Had to drop off AT&T equipment and ran into the main manager. She is incredibly sweet and helpful. The entire staff really is, they even have a postal drop off box. I would rather go here instead of anywhere else and the prices on anything are not even bad too. You would expect that from a brand named store but its fair. I go here for anything including printing and also shipping. It never feels like a chore coming here.

The workers at this UPS store are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. What more can you ask for.I am new to the area and this ups store took care of all of my faxing, mailing, amazon returns and making copies everything. I love it.I have been there at least 3 or 4 times now and each time the customer service was the same, Great.

Failed to tell me that packages dont ship on Saturday and wont be picked up until 6pm Monday. So much for getting birthday presents to my granddaughter on time... Cost was outrageous also.

My daughter went there morning of 12/22/20 and asked for regular mail, basic service, just postage for her padded envelope.Total weight was minimal.They sell her 1st class with tracking number for about $6.50.This probably shouldnt have been more than $1.00 max!Not going back unless they fix this for her.

After a unpleasant experience at another USP store, I was hesitant to try another but very glad I did. I took a box in to send back to Amazon, and was helped by Steven H. He was very polite and even made sure the box I brought in was sealed with enough tape. The store was clean and orderly and I highly recommend.

The staff there are very nice and helpful. One time I mixed up my packages to be sent back to Amazon. They were kind enough to take the time and help find my package so I can resolve the mix up. Appreciate the extra mile service.

This is hands down the best UPS store I have ever walked in to. We use them for work, and I’ve also used them to design business cards now and ship my own personal items. Their manager is amazing. He’s always helpful. They are punctual and worked with me even though I put them on a time crunch due to my own procrastination. I will continue to use this store for any of my packing/shipping or printing needs. Thanks guys. I am so lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff at my local UPS!

Excellent service provided by a young man here. He happily helped me carry in 2 heavy big boxes. Very Professional services, the way he served me and others. He was by himself but greeted everyone who walked in and made sure everyone was happy. If I was the owner, I would raise his pay and keep him for a very long time.

This is the BEST UPS store around. The staff make the store. Daniel is the best manager ever. Laurie is the best supervisor. I think UPS as a business is horrible. Dont ever call UPS to track or find a lost package because you will get NOTHING. The employees at this store though go way out of their way to take care of you. This store alone has kept me loyal to UPS. I will literally only bring this to this store.

Zack and Ethan are amazing. They went above and beyond taking care of me today. It was one of those days where you have a handful of challenges to tackle, all at the same time......however, Zach had a solution to one of my major challenges (2 pallets of boxes) .... And executed it immediately! I am very happy that my husband and I selected this UPS Store location to do business with. I use this location all the time for both personal shipping and that of my company. I have never found anything but personal, professional and pleasant staff who is happy to assist with whatever is needed. I highly recommend this location.

RUDE: Will not return!I went here today to drop off a shipment. When I arrived, I was not greeted, although the woman was helping another customer. I was waiting by the register, and needed to tape my label on the box. There was a single dispenser of tape sitting on the counter, so I proceeded to use it to tape the label on the box. The womans first words to me were: YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT!. Ok, but the tape should not be left out if it isnt available for use....and why wouldnt you provide tape to customers shipping from your store? At any rate, the issue was her tone and disrespect. So, they have my $3.50 but they dont have my business any longer! Use Fed Ex or drive to Coit & 121.
