Employees were just talking to each Chad completely ignoring me to help a customer that sign in after me. I asked him if they were still working and he stated they were busy but that was not true.

HORRIBLE experience with Jeff at the Print counter. As soon as I walked up to him, he immediately demanded Did you check in, even though I was the only person there. No How can I help you or any pleasant greeting. I proceeded to tell him I had a few things I needed printing, and asked if I could e-mail it to him to print. He then continued very impatiently, Okay what? a letter? a banner? What? I told him one of the things I needed to print was a double sided business card for same day printing (which was something Ive come to the location previously multiple times to get printed). He just stared at me incredulously and said we dont do that. When I explained that it is something Ive had done before here, he said No and continued to just shake his head. I offered to pull up an old receipt on my phone so he could see what exactly was done before. As he was importing the images to print on his computer, he continued to shake his head, say this isnt what they do, and was overall very badly mannered. He asked me how many I wanted to print, I said 200 and he just gave me this very impatient look. After a few seconds, I asked if he could actually do 300. Instead of being happy for a larger order, he gave a very exasperated sigh and gave me more attitude of changing the number I wanted (even though he hadnt even gotten to the screen to select the quantity to print yet). He then waited until AFTER I paid to tell me that the cards would be ready tomorrow (even though I paid for Same Day Cards, which is more expensive). I was expecting them to be printed right then and there since it was Same Day Cards and thats what had been done at the store previously. This was a very disappointing experience, and Ive lost a lot of respect for this location and company.

I called in to ask if they had a power cable and they were rude and completely unwilling to help me. Told me to bring my laptop in and look through their cables and to figure it out myself. Then I called staples and bestbuy and they helped me immediately by looking up my model number.

I use their printing services and have had great experiences. Recently with the larger number of orders Ive transitioned to using the self service machine even though the paper quality is worse than what I can get if I order through the actual print shop. However, I did learn the other day that I can bring my own paper, which I will definitely do! Only reason that theres 4 stars instead of 5 is that customers in the self-serve area have no sense of time and bring in very large personal scanning projects that would be better done at the post office, FedEx, UPS, etc where there are people to help rather than watching people struggle to use the machine for scanning a zillion separate pages. I always go in on my lunch break and theres been times I wait for 15 minutes because both stations are occupied by someone, and I end up just leaving and coming back later. A little sign reminding people to be mindful of the time they are taking would probably help.

Went in to pick up a chair for my home office. Associate Clint saw me walking towards the front with a tag for the chair and immediately went to the stock room to get me one. He was friendly and helpful, from first contact, to checkout, to putting the box in my trunk. Store was clean and well lit, too, very pleasant. Highly recommended.

This location the employees are very rude. They try to push you to use the “Self Service” printer and it doesn’t work properly. I own a business and I’ve used Office Depot for years and just moved to the Plano area and this is by far the worst location ever. I don’t normally post bad reviews but today was just a horrible experience and I spend a ton of money here!

Terrible customer service, I stood in the printing line for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were 3 workers walking around looking busy with no customers. I walked out

I bought some dry erase markers for online teaching. When I opened the box, they had obviously been used. There was barely any ink left in any of the markets and two duplicate lime green colors.

Do not use them for your print orders. I came in the store and placed a stamp order. They said it’d be completed before the end of the day. I received a text that it was completed and went to pick it up. I get there and they said they didn’t realize the system was sending notifications and that it’s not completed. They promised it’d be completed before the end of the closing that day. Here I am the next day afternoon abs it’s still not ready

I had an issue returning an item with online Office Depot. I called them multiple times over a month could not resolve the problem. Finally, I came into the store and spoke to Chad the store manager, he took care of This issue in 15 minutes.

Limited selection, low stock on what they do have. Limited employee knowledge... Its a mess.

They are not willing to print if it is not enough profit for them

First time in my life I had multiple staff members inquiring whether I needed assistance - all for a sub $10 item! Honored, may I add.The checkout too was very friendly but the marketing tactics to get my email address was old school (in terms of technology) and very little added value.

I use this location mainly for printing services and Im so happy that its something available for customers. I really like the staff. Theyre always checking to see how Im doing.

If you shop online for local pick up ALWAYS bring a copy of the product web page or look it up in the store on your smart phone. Office Depot often has significantly higher prices in the store than they show online. Otherwise, an average shopping experience.

Friendly, helpful, well stocked. Even loaded my online order into my vehicle for me saying a lady should never have to pick up anything heavy, thats what they hire them for. Customer service at this store is always excellent.

My cashier Y was really nice and helpful! She answered all my questions and assisted me in finding a product very quickly. 10/10 service, walked out with a new paper shredder!

The pick up in store system actively fights you and the employee I worked with didnt seem very interested in helping it work even after having called the 1-800 number twice in store. Dont waste your time here when there are plenty of online retailers with better service.

Store is nice, but the service sucks. They need to train staff better. Jamie, working on the register discouraged me from using my loyalty discount by obfuscating how to redeem it. After I figured out how to get the QR code to redeem it (by myself), there were no apologies for wasting my time and returning my stuff, to recharged, and give me the discount. The irony was he said that whoever signed me up should have explained better how to use it.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in, 4 employees standing behind registers, 2 stocking products, all of them around acting as though they were too busy to help me. No other customers in site. Looked at them waiting on any of them to greet me and ask me if I needed assistance, nobody stepped up after 5 min. So I finally screamed out, “Would anyone like to help me today, or is stocking more important than a current customer in the store?”Finally the store manager walks up and says, “I guess I’ll help you.”“You guess?” I replied.“I’m here now”, he said.Wow, “How long do you teach your employees to acknowledge customers when they walk in the door?” He replies, “15 minutes!!!!”What kind of lack of customer service is Office Depot offering to make customers wait 15 minutes before being greeted and assisted. The is unacceptable for any customer related business to wait this long, especially with no other customers, and that many employees standing around doing nothing!!!!Mangement is rude and unapologetic, and has no customer service skills. Since he is the leader of the store, employees follow suit.Terrible customer service, find another location....even if you have to drive to another state!!!!!

I had a brand new clock that only worked when laying on a flat surface. I didn’t have the packaging or the receipt. The manager allowed me to exchange it for another one. I love when companies back their product! Office Depot has earned my respect and devotion for future office supplies!

The store opens at 8am. I was there at opening to purchase copy paper & to get print work. 3 people in the store and no one knew how to print a document front and back. 30 minutes wasted and I left without my print work needed for the day. I learned the people that actually know how to print documents arrive at 9am. The following day, I spoke with the store manager. He was apologetic but hung up on me before I could finish what I had to say. So NO. I do not recommend this store.

The Office Depot website states that they price match Amazon. I tried to do so on a $25 item that was shipped and sold by Amazon.The cashier told me they do not price match Amazon - period, then the manager came over and said the same. I left the store without buying anything, feeling embarrassed, and having wasted my time.Is the store staff undertrained or are they going against company policy to save a bit of margin? I looked up the price match policy beforehand and yet I was still treated poorly.

Employees are nice and will help IF they are in that department. I wish big corporations would train all their employees in ALL departments to avoid long wait times and to increase productivity in ALL departments. I hate going to a store and getting the, Im sorry thats not my department excuse.

Office Max and Office Depot both are owned by the same people. They has many types and selections of office chairs. If one doesnt find one, they will call the other business and will check. They will allow others sale prices.

Easy layout. Have never walked in before this time, was greeted and lead to the car charger section. Lady was knowledgeable, made my trip in and out very fast.

The worst experience ever. Does not stand behind products even after 90 day failures. Stick with Amazon- brick and mortar is not what is used to be.

Cant believe, last week I stopped by print, but the surprise was: Now if you want print in the moment they charge 25% more, just because you dont send it on line. After 8 years visit this store, ( was my favorite). I was trying give my point of view with the store manager, and surprise!!! He dont show up and instead of that run and hide like a rat.The only ones that represent and give the face on this situations are an African American Gentleman and Loreal, congratulations these employees

Managers are awsome to help with any customer service issue you run into. They need to change cashier thats been there 15 years or so she claims dark long hair indian decent looking middle aged lady has a bad customer service attitude.

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and stood in line only to have one of their regular customers cut in front of me. The workers did not awknowledge me waiting and continued to talk amongst themselves with their more familiar customers.

Hace unos meses fui a comprar unos cartuchos de tinta para mi impresora y la atención fue pésima, el señor que me atendió fue muy sarcástico y no me ayudó para nada, yo era la primera vez que compraba cartuchos de tinta para mi impresora no sabia que no debía quitarle el número y se los quite, y aun que le decía que tipo de impresora yo tengo al que me atendió el se nego ayudarme y se burlo sinicamente de mi error. En esta tienda yo recibí un pésimo servicio al cliente 😡. Espero mejore esto.
