I’m from Florida and came to town for my best friend’s birthday. I came into Rally House in Plano to buy him a gift as he is a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan.First, I just wanna say that this store is great!!! It was neat and very well merchandised!The staff is super friendly from entrance to exit and the store manager Vanessa personally helped me pick out the perfect gift.Her sister and brother are both Cowboys super fans so she had some great gift ideas for the fan who has everything.At checkout Madi offered me a gift bag and wrapped the gift for me. It looked amazing, much better than anything I could have done.Before I headed back home I came back in a grabbed some Texas souvenirs for my wife and kids.Again, I received amazing customer service this time by Vanessa again and Lawson at check out.They made sure everything I bought was wrapped well and ready for safe travel.I will definitely be back and am now an online customer for life.Thank you for everything, you really show what customer service should be like!!!

This was my very first visit. I was shopping for a Graduation gift. They didnt have what I was actually looking forward, yet I did find something. I will check back in the near future to see if they have what I wanted. Drop back as soon as you get a chance. Its a nice sports clothing store. Enjoy.

Let me just start by saying I have been shopping at this location for years.That being said, Vanessa has been there from my first shopping experience to my most recent. She is always so thoughtful and nice. She takes the time to really get to know you and will do whatever it takes to find what you need.On my most recent visit I jokingly asked her if she ever goes home because she is always there.Over the years she has gotten to know me and my kids. One who just graduated from Baylor and another who is headed to Tech.I must say that she makes the Plano location an amazing place to shop and your company is truly lucky to have her representing your brand.If you are looking for college or pro gear and want to experience how customer service should be, then visit Rally House in Plano, they have everything you need!!!

My son was just accepted to UT and this proud papa went in to my local Rally House in Plano to get some gear for the whole family. My experience there was truly amazing. Tanya greeted me as I entered the store and I automatically told her my good news. After congratulating me on the good news she walked me over to the UT section which I must say was more than I expected. She was so helpful and nice, truly great customer service. Then I get to the register where Vanessa also congratulated me on my son’s acceptance into UT. I must say that these two ladies gave me the greatest customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be back!!!

I came in with my family to buy some Texas souvenirs as we were in town from New York. The staff was amazing!!!! Vanessa greeted when I entered the store and helped me find everything I needed. She was super friendly and helpful. She explained what Whataburger was to me because I had no clue, lol. I must say that I will definitely be back my next visit. Let me just say that Vanessa is amazing!!! She is so friendly and remembers me every time I come in. She takes the time to ask about my son who is at OU and shows me all of the new Sooner gear they’ve gotten in. The Plano store staff is always friendly and helpful but Vanessa always goes above and beyond for everyone who enters her store. If you are looking for college or pro gear I suggest you visit Rally House in Plano where you always receive a 5 star experience!!!

This place has all my favorite sports teams! I’m a HUGE ice hockey fan so you know I buying everything Dallas Stars related. GO STARS! I bought a few Dallas Stars merchandise from the store and was pleased with the selection and price. I believe the employees could have been a little more friendly and inviting. I got a cold shoulder feeling while shopping in the store. A few employees passed me with no smile and/or greet. All of us experience bad days. It happens. That doesn’t mean we should turn off your customer service while approaching customers. I’m going to visit Allen location and hope for more welcoming experience.

Great place to find anything Texas sports related

I’m just amazing I didn’t lose my head in this store. From the first time coming to this store till now.... I will never shop at this horrible customer service place ever again. I don’t know if the manager even knows how to treat people. She literally was bad mouthing her employee to another worker in front of her customers. She barely even help me find anything rather just point me in the direction and walk away... definitely interested in what happened to my favorite place over the last few weeks. The last time the energy was addictive. Now I can feel the bad vibes from the workers and I rather spend my money else where.

So much college gear! This store has anything and everything college related you need. Some things a little overpriced but since Im not die hard maybe Im on the cheap side lol. Staff was polite, but never attempted to be helpful or upsell.

I went into the Plano location to purchase some items for my son who is attending Texas A&M is the fall. The staff there was amazing and very helpful. The Assistant Manager Vanessa walked me to the section and helped me pick out some really great stuff!!! Her niece is graduating from A&M in the fall and she was telling me what a great experience it has been for her. If your looking for great gifts and/or college/pro apparel, I recommend Rally House in Plano, TX.

If you need Texas apparel for any school it is a solid choice. Prices changed a lot. The item I purchased had 3 tags stacked on top of each other ranging from 9.99-12.99. All around a decent place for Texas college and sports apparel.

This store had everything I needed and then some. I was helped by a young women named Vanessa and she was amazing. Best shopping experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back and encourage everyone who hasnt been there to visit Rally House in Plano.

This is not a review for the store but for the company. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service department supervisors are either liars or the companys return policy is complete BS. They claim they have no way to reimburse shipping so if the wrong item is sent by the company the customer is forced to eat the shipping cost because of the companys mistake.Update: After being reached out to by the company the company apologized for the confusion and shipping was refunded. Thank you.

Yes the staff I have come in contact with could be more personable, but just need them to open dressing room and check me out. Selection is SUPERB here. Have come here for last minute Rangers, TX Tech and UT apparel and always found cute stuff

Great clothing place for local sports teams. If youre looking for a certain style of cap ora rare color, this is the place. I love white caps, with good thick threading, they can be hard to find, this is your place.

I love shopping there. The staff is very helpful and you can find all the latest local college apparel.

This store is excellent. It has everything you would ever need for the Cowboys, Rangers, Texas A&M, Texas, Tech, Baylor and more. They have shirts, hats, sweatshirts, books, watches, stickers, kids outfits, home decorations and more. Basically anything you can think of with your favorite teams logo on it, they have. My first place to shop for any sports clothing.
