Not only fedex failed to deliver my express air mail for $40 dollars but they trying to send me for collections since i disputed the fee. Dear Fedex when you guarantee mail delivery you must deliver it on time. You know why because i paid $40 dollars for something that was time sensitive and you delivered 2 days later.Tried to contact claims department multiple times to resolve and you know what happened i was hung up on every single time after a long wait!!!!So pathetic and pitiful! To report your customers for 40 dollars after you didn’t do YOUR job !
I generally have a good experience with the staff here but was appalled at the level of service I got this evening. I was having my husband rush an overnight delivery to FedEx before 8p and I called ahead to let the employee know he would be arriving and to please accept the packages. Jeff, the employee, said it is corporate policy to lock up right before 8 and that no one had been in since 7p. I pleaded with him that I really needed my packages to go out tonight and he could care less. After getting the train on the way my husband arrived at 801 and said Jeff had locked up but could see him at the door. Although he knocked Jeff ignored him and decided to leave out the back door. How rude! I have been a customer for 5 years at this location and never received such poor service. Shame on you, Jeff and FedEx for such a terrible customer service policy.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I sent a birthday package on Tuesday and paid for three day delivery so my son would get it on time. On Saturday I checked tracking and it won’t be delivered to Monday. Monday!!! Worst store ever. The help was horrible. I so regret not using UPS. When I called customer service I couldn’t understand the person on the phone and when they transferred me I waited on hold for 14 minutes before hanging up in disgust. I so regret using FedEx
Good attempt at service, as the gentleman helping me was friendly. But after refusing delivery of a package, I found it at my doorstep not but 3 days later. Went to a different facility to refuse delivery, shipped back to sender and I was charged twice. Another FedEx issue followed this, but a separate issue. Nonetheless, the headache couldve been avoided had the item been returned to the sender the first time I asked.
Just hire the worst girl to entrust your package. Walked in, she was perturbed as she was closing her phone. Took her time getting to the counter, made an excuse why one package cant be sent so she doesnt have to do much. put a label over it like UPS did, not a hard job, lot of people want to work but they hire the worst. Asked if you want a receipt, with my photo memory its easy to remember the tracking number - not. Never Fedex again, you cant even hire.
I’ve always had friendly and quick service here. Also they allow you to pay cash for printing, which is a great thing because I’m sick of having 65¢ charges on my credit card from other Fedex locations. I will go out of my way to go to this location over others.
Awful customer service! People behind the counter have no idea what a person is shipping, and this is why customer service should be high. Every package should be treated as if its the most valuable package they themselves would send. Treat others like you wish be treated!!
Slow service and could not put a FedEx location at a worse location. Cant even get to this location. Unbelievably bad!
