Shipped a couple of returns and some personal items for a relative. There was no line and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
Avoid this Location if Possible! This location mostly has rigged the scale and are charging more compared to other UPS locations in the area. They weighed my item, it came out to 19.04 lbs (minus packaging) compared to 16.22 lbs (with all packaging) at the nearby UPS location. Also, the owner tried charging me crazy price to pack my items compared to what I was quoted by his own staff.
The new owners are absolutely wonderful! They go out of their way to help, and are always nice. I would literally drive to this location over a closer location because their customer service is that great :)
This is my favorite location because of great service! The staff is very helpful. The owner was so kind. I make sure to always go back to this store for the great experience!!I highly recommend this location!

If i could leave zero stars, i would. this is the worst facility to deal with and the owner of the store is completely apathetic and has no concern for customers items. he simply DOES NOT CARE. i came in to ship a fragile and heavy item, (which i was charged extra for the packaging and fragile nature of the item-which i understood) and they assured me that everything would be nicely bubble wrapped and secure and well label it fragile/this side up, etc. it arrived to the recipient completely broken and damaged, with nothing on the box indicating heavy/fragile/keep upright of anything. inside the box, there was no bubble wrap and so much empty space for the item to be knocked around and be beat up. i thankfully purchased additional insurance (but had hoped id never have to use that). i had to wait day before the owner was there to even file a claim because apparently, you cant do that with any of their other reps. finally filed a claim with the owner and showed him pictures of the damaged items. i didnt hear back from anyone so i called him 2 weeks later to ask for the status and he asks for me to send him the pictures again because he never sent it with the original claim. when i asked why he didnt, his only response was im sorry, i shouldve sent it back then but i didnt. this owner seems completely incompetent and shows a total lack of care for his customers or their belongings. i have never dealt with a more unprofessional owner of any business or franchise. IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE SAFELY AND NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH CONSTANT HEADACHES, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE! I will for sure never walk into this store again and will take my business to FedEx for all future needs.
Customer service is awful!!! Pete really doesnt care about doing his job, or satisfying customers. We mailed a package to Oregon, and it was destroyed in route. We purchased the insurance, had everything packaged nice and secure. We placed a fragile, contains glass sticker on it and they carelessly damaged the package. We received a message advising us that the package was discarded due to damage. We have reached out to the store manager several times with no results. He keeps telling us he will call, but never does. Its been 5 weeks since they have damaged our property, and not a single bit of effort has been put into resolving this. These clowns have no business being in business. Guess we will take our money to USPS.

Reminds me of the old fashioned shady butchers who used to put their thumb on the meat scale. Tried to make a simple UPS shipment, no special wrapping or packaging just put it in a box a send it. Wanted to charge me $10+ for just the box. Same box at office supply store was $1.87. I wont be back.

Worse customer service ever!!!! Disgusted... never will I ever return! Tried to rip me off by over weighing the scale with extra envelopes after he made 3 mistakes that I had to keep explaining to him what I need done, tried to blame me for his mistakes! If youβre miserable and not into your job find a new one! Donβt come to work and ruin other peopleβs day! I think itβs time Peter finds a new job also the lady that works there

So far, not overly impressed with the service. Dropped off 3 boxes recently and the staff person didnt really handle them with care - even though it was clearly stated on the boxes. Customer service needs improvement. May try other UPS stores in the area.

Do NOT trust this theif! He tried to say I owed for my box. I have proof I do not owe another $380. He canceled my box with out calling to tell me and returned my mail! I mark NO stars but this site makes you at least press a star.

Went to drop off an Amazon return and they want to charge $2 for shipping label. Amazon said that they will print the label if I show the QR code.Please do not charge the customer, not everyone will do their research.

Terrible experience. Paid for insurance on my package, had a claim due to ups abuse of my package, turned in a claim for the damage. New owner did not turn in my claim to main UPS and now will not pay my claim. New owner in October 2019 messed up and will not help. Do not use this UPS, unbelievable bad customer service.
