Bought a 20oz soda and charged me for filling up my water bottle at a sink as well. Not at the fountain as that’s not an option, at the sink. Wouldn’t take the charge off. One star on principle since I work outside all day and need the water. Not coming back

Absurd prices. When I went there, none of the pumps were working and there was a giant line inside, so I took my business elsewhere.

Went to get gas because it was the cheapest option and I couldnt afford to spend to much on gas. Pumped only $4 worth of gas, wouldnt let me pump anymore and when I checked my bank account, $75 worth of gas is what I was charged for. I went in to speak to the man behind the counter to ask why I was charged $75 worth of gas and got no help. Got nothing but a bad attitude and an excuse that made no sense, that every gas station does it. Ive gotten gas at BP, Speedway, etc, none has ever done this. They robbed me of $75 and now I need to get in contact with my bank to figure out how to get it back. Wont make the mistake of trying to get gas at any of these locations again.

Kristy and Kristen were awesome! I dont play the lotto or Lottery, they both explained helped me understand. After my purchase I explained to them the one in Shorewood the blonde night time manager last Friday told me it is not their responsibility to explain the lottery to me and tried making me pay for tickets I did not ask for! I just wanna say I have an hour drive everyday To work I passed by this gas station and I make it a point to stop in because no matter what type of day Im having... The Music and the attendants inside including Carie,Norma and all others greet you with smiles & simple hello. totally makes my day, wish there would be more people and places like Gas & Wash it would make life a lot easier...

IN TERMS OF THE DOG WASH:Today I went to the dog wash over in Plainfield IL off of 126 because my regular dog wash was out of commission. 1) the wash was too expensive. 2) the water was freezing cold. When I started to bathe my dog, he started freaking out because of how cold it was. I spent $10 to leave in 2 min and barely use the wash. WORST experience ever please turn the heat of the water to a bearable temp.DON’T waste your time here. Pet Supply Plus on 59 by Meijer is drastically cheaper, way easier to use, and better amenities.

Whoever does their stocking should be fired. They run out of things and then don’t have them for a month afterwards. You would think if you sell out of something you might want to order more of it.

Easy to get in and the gas pump area is spacious for any sized vehicle, even with a trailer. Very close to a great car wash with free vacuums.

I highly recommend this place. They took excellent care of me. Great job. Its like driving a brand new car!

Best Gas Station Ever Honestly! Great management and great people.

Convenient location. Clean store followed up with they have a Dunkin inside. Gas prices are little higher for cheaper gas. Thats the only downfall for not giving them five stars otherwise Im happy with the place.

Went to the car wash and waited 5 mins and nobody came. we couldnt go in because there was a cone in the way...we moved the cone and a guy comes running out and yelling at us. I understand its a safety thing but, he was screaming that he wasnt gone that long and he wanted to see our receipt. We gave it to him and requested our money back. Wont be going here ever again!!

This store has let me down numerous times with not having the pizza that they advertise to have here. Dont go out of your way. You will be disappointed.

I come to this gas station regularly today was not a good experience put credit card in no problem then the problem begins handle broke not working went inside Steven manager stated cancel out. Thanks for letting us know continues to help other customers stated look on your credit card bill too see if you get billed. I am disappointed how rude he became his customer service was disrespectful I dont understand please fix your handles on the gas pumps

I bought a car wash at the pump when it asked if I wanted a wash, then drove around and the wash was closed for service. So I come back a week later and the place is still torn up. I dont pass by this place daily or ever for that matter. Just a friggen hassle.

Price is never competitive. Just another place where they sell garbage food, except for beggars, that surprised me.

The car wash completely scratched my truck I told the employees immediately after the wash 2 guys looked at it and said yes that’s bad and that the damage was done by allowing a van cover in mud and sand through just before me I’ve been fighting to get repairs done but keep getting the run around so now I’m left having to file a small claims against gas and wash in Plainfield
