Went for a drive-thru COVID-19 test, and the staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful, providing no direction. They did not give me my requisition number, so I couldnt look up my results online. I called the pharmacy to get the requisition number, and the person who answered the phone was also rude and unhelpful, giving me a really hard time and insisting first that I didnt need the information, then that I was already given the information. What takes the cake, though, is that 30 hours after I got my sample taken, they still hadnt sent it out to the company for testing. Im furious.UPDATE: I have no idea when the test was actually sent out because they gave me the wrong information regarding tracking - wrong company, wrong tracking number.
Horribly incompetent pharmacy is horrible and incompetent. They straight up gave my meds to the wrong person…then had the gall to imply that I picked it up in a grey car in their drive through….I don’t use their drive through, and I don’t own a grey car…they wouldn’t let me see the footage to see if it was someone I knew…Because no one I knew would ever think to do something like that or have enough info to pick up MY prescriptions. The kicker is they gave me 3 capsules and told me that will hold me off “until I find it”. They still don’t know where it is! Someone out there is taking what they aren’t suppose to be taking. Stay away from the pharmacy if you don’t want to make embarrassing phone calls asking people if they picked up your prescription. But if you do go there go for the snappy, over-worked, and miserable pharmacy techs.
Walgreens in general are terrible but this particular location is abysmal. There isnt a time of day or night when you dont have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to either check out regular merchandise or at the pharmacy. One time I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru because they only had one person working the pharmacy check out for both in store and drive through. Also youre supposed to be able to refill prescriptions in the app, but it seems the store associates never get around to actually contacting the doctor for the refill. I have to chase them down each and every time. Even more alarming Ive experienced them trying to refill drugs that are controlled substances where they werent supposed to be any refills. Between the slow service and the inaccuracy of the pharmacy department I would not recommend this location to even my worst enemy.

Went for Covid test, got appointment within 48hrs. There was no line did the nasal swab self test, got results in 48hrs,very quick service,this was for Lab results NOT RAPID TEST,comparing this to CVS, WALGREENS was much faster to get appointment & results.
Unorganized. The pharmacist gave my paperwork to someone else to sign and gave me the lady to sign. Had to wait a while to get the vaccine and they had 4 pharmacist working.
Used this site for a package drop off. Some difficulty at first getting the label to scan properly, but they persevered. Thanks for the help! Well lit. Clean. Nice staff.
Ahmed in the pharmacy was a huge help when picking up my prescription today. He took the time to help me locate the correct coupon for my medication and was very patient. The other employees in the store were also friendly and helpful.
Horrible wait times in the pharmacy, especially in the drive thru! Why! The drive thru has even gotten totally worse the line is an absolute standstill, every time... How can any business operate this way??
Charlie the pharmacist was very helpful, called the insurance company and figured out what was going on.
Customer Service training is needed for your Managers. To know that your Managers talk to customers in an unprofessional manner is highly insulting and disappointing.A young cashier was having trouble processing a customers check, which caused a severe backup at the register. I noticed a manager at the photo counter, so as a courtesy, I walked over to inform her that the cashier was having troubles at the register. To my shocking surprise, the MANAGERS response to me was Im only one person! in a a very unprofessional & disrespectful tone. This also occurred in front of another customer. This manager proceeded to debate me showing a severe lack of professionalism and discipline.I am a business owner with a located around the corner from this location. I refuse to come back to this store...extremely embarrassing...I will also inform my customer base and constituents from the Chamber of Commerce & UEZ about this.
Very disorganized. You can never get the pharmacy via phone either.
Pharmacy needs more staff. prepare to wait for at least 20-40 mins for your turn in the drive thru.
Absolutely disorganize its a shame the company wont do anything about it everytime I come to get my prescription there is an issue I just font disgustingly hate going here
