Worst local pharmacy weve been to. Osco and walgreens both quicker. Never had the second drive through lane working till today. Always issues and or a long wait. Looks like theyve deleted reviews to get a 4 star rating.

I came here for a prescription, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was amazed at the speed, efficiency, and friendliness of the pharmacy tech. Thank you for the great service, you have earned my business should I need to pick up any more prescription medication.

No electronic interface to send rx -lousy distortion of “music” on hold. Obviously don’t want to talk to the doctor about rx wants me to use voicemail

Every time I come here there is an issue with insuranceOur company has Caremark which is worthless.

Automated system for pharmacy sucks, Told me my prescription was ready march 2021 and asked if i need it sooner. I go in to ask them and she said they are very backed up and I cant pick it up til later, 5 hours later, still not there. People need their medicine to function in this world. Been on hold for 25 minutes no ones picking up.

Got my flu shot. Fast and very nice.

I LOVE CVS and the staff in this location. Everyone is friendly, efficient and my medications are ready in half of the time of other drug stores. I would never change it, been a customer for over 5 years as service has been consistent! 5 stars!👍

I have used CVS Pharmacy almost exclusively for 7 years for my Pharmacy needs. They are great to work with, have excellent pharmacists that are extremely knowledgeable. They even helped me dispute a drug coverage issue with my insurance company! Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable Staff.

This location is pretty typical of the CVS experience. The layout is easy to navigate. The staff in the store is friendly and really helpful. The pharmacy staff is also very helpful. A great location for the North Plainfield neighborhoods.

Great to work with. Very helpful and I’ve never had a problem with prescriptions . I’m diabetic so I have been going there for a long time.

I have been coming to this CVS for years. I have refilled hundreds of prescriptions here and had no problems with any of them. The pharmacists are caring and smile all the time. I have no clue how People have issues with them because I certainly have not had that issue.

I have been in here a couple times on our visit and the staff is insanely friendly for a CVS. Very nice.

I have been going to this CVS for over 5 yrs. The customer service is always wonderful. Even when they are busy they are still very polite and curteous. When looking for an item, the staff is always helpful with a smile and the correct information.

Their store manager was super friendly!Had the most random conversation about different types of sodas.

I only get one thing here but its quick and they are all friendly.

Run as fast as you can. These folks are rude, impolite, really not the brightness bunch, and have no clue what customer service is. Although there is NO SIGN, you Cant pick up prescriptions in the right lane of the drive through and forget about dropping up a prescription in that lane either cause that doesnt work.These folks need to go to Walgreens for training!They wont fill a prescription while you wait even though there is NO person in line waiting for a script...well unless you want to wait an hour. They say they are too busy with baskets of prescriptions behind the counter. Hire more people if you cant keep up! Thats ridiculous. Walgreens is 10 times busier with prescriptions and with people waiting in the store yet they can fill a prescription in a timely manner while I wait. Whats your problem CVS?Walgreens is so people friendly and always full of smiles. These folks need to dig into their pharmacy and find some happy pills. They are rude every time Ive been there.We are forced to use CVS now because our insurance company has changed from walgreens. I pray that CVS in Bolingbrook is better cause we are tranferring out. Enough is enough.
