For about 6 years their speaker box has not displayed your order resulting in numerous times repeating yourself or finding when you get to the drive up window whats what. Now the screen box is gross---was blank until this summer when it looks like something is growing inside the box --like white mold!!!! Its finally got to me! When placing your order for drink/food it looks disgusting. Considering the price increase over these few years I would think a repair or replacement could be made by now.

Time and time again poor experiences at this location. Today was the final straw. If you don’t want people to sit at the tables, blasting the music is one way to make that happen. One old guy reading a book, another lady trying to do a new hire orientation, another lady on laptop and one more lady studying with two kids, and why was the music blasting like at a disco? Only reasonable explanation you really don’t want people to sit in your store.

Love that I live so close to this store. Where else can you buy a new shirt, a pair of socks, dog treats, trash bags, a bag of walnuts, windshield fluid, chicken feed, mouse traps and a toy for your kid all while your waiting for the service department to finish your oil change. Service is always great, cashiers friendly, the store is neat and well stocked.

Looking forward to a day off and about an hour in the store to get some paperwork done and make calls. Coffee was good, staff very helpful and polite, but the music in the store was so loud I couldnt make calls and had to sit outside. Could of asked them to turn it down but I thought that would be rude of me. Probably would go to another location next time due to it being so loud.

Using the app to place orders ahead of time is C L U T C H!!! We all know about the sometimes long, slow-moving lines you can experience in the drive thru, so being able to just walk in and grab your mobile order is a game changer. Staff are always fast and friendly inside, quick to say good morning, good afternoon, good evening or good night.

I truly believe this is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Multiple I’ve ordered the exact same drink on mobile and it’s never ready and they don’t put base in it and waiting for them to remake it is worse because they put you at the end of everyone else. The drive through is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is even worse in the drive through.

Horrible experience, parked and went inside to get myself and my kids drinks. Spend $14. Waited over 10 min with no other customers inside but me. When I asked the girl, she said she’s the only one working. So freaking hire more people! Asked for a refund, got a voided transaction receipt which doesn’t sound like a refund but will see in a few days. Left with very sad children and late for an appointment! Thanks Starbucks crew, you are the best, not!

I was ordering white chocolate mocha, Venti and tall hot chocolate and blueberry scones and chocolate croissant. I asked to put half of the pumps in my mocha and put one extra raspberry pump for taste. She wanted to charge me extra for it, how come? Since you are not refunding me the cost if those 2 pumps that I am saving you? Nickle and dime me? I do not think so. I will go to another place.

If I could give this Starbucks location 0 or negative stars I would!!! I love Starbucks how we this location I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I decided to go inside since the drive thru line is slow like always and long. There were only 3 people in side who were waiting on drinks and I was able to order my items right away. After receiving my pastries right away all that was left was a cup of milk I ordered. However after standing waiting for over 15 min to receive 1 cup of milk, and multiple mobs orders walking in and leaving I decided to ask the lady who took my order (who was also making drinks) if I could please have my cup of milk because I assumed it would not take long seeing as though it was not a specialty drink. She proceeded to keep her head down ignore me and I finally stated that I wanted a refund. This employer then told me to go to the register and get a refund. Still wanting my cup of milk I then asked the employee at the register Kiersten if there was a way she could please just pour me a cup of milk. She said no it is by time order and to insert my card for a refund if I did not want to wait. The fact that their are employees at this location who dont. Value your business is completely baffling to me especially as a customer. I understand having to wait typically if you have ordered something specialty. BUT A CUP OF MILK... REALLY?!! The fact that their was no a commendation or anything made as a customer disappoints me. also, this location is constantly taking 15+ plus minutes to make drinks... Literally the worst ever!

The waiting time was incredibly long. Waited almost 20 minutes just for a cookie and a cake pop. People after us order and got their drinks before us getting our dessert. The wait was unnecessary since the barista packed our pastry in two seconds. People after us were receiving their pastries before us and I just felt like that wasn’t the best customer service and their was no apology for the wait.

As a long time Starbucks customer I love going during their special promotions. That being said, shame on Starbucks today for not only the time it took for me to get my two drinks but as not enforcing social distancing. If these promotions are going to create unhealthy inviroments or their going to take forever, they should not do them or do them for longer periods of time as to not create a rush feeling.

Out of the three Starbucks locations local to the area (127th, 126th, and 111th), this is arguably the best! They take customer service to the next level and I cant say Ive ever had a poor. experience here. The staff are amazing at what they do, and are consistently some of the nicest food service workers Ive had the pleasure of encountering. Would strongly recommend.

I went to this location to get some coffee while feeling down about some bad news I received. I am very grateful to have been treated so kindly by the staff. They were refreshingly cheery, polite and made me laugh. What started out as heading to grab some coffee ended up lifting my spirits and making my day 10x better thanks to them!In a world where you can be anything, be kind. I have struggled with this Starbucks far too many times. Yesterday, I stopped by to get a Chai Latte. I went inside because I thought it might be faster than the drive thru. MISTAKE.... You go in order... so if there are four cars that have ordered ahead of you, though you were second in line... you wait for 25 minutes for your drink. Sadly, and madly... I left without my drink because I had to make an appt. Today, I went back to the same Starbucks, (you would think I have learned), and ordered the same drink, this time thru the drive thru. Faster, yes... but my drink tasted terrible. I asked for a chai latte, w/coconut milk, and the shot a blonde. All I tasted was coffee and strong at that. Moving on to a different coffee shop.

Incredibly slow. The people who work there are polite as would be expected at Starbucks which is good. However, each time I have been there Ive used the drive through and they are incredibly slow. I stop going there then after some time I forget and make the mistake of going there because of the convenience of the location only to sit in my car waiting and eventually regretting having gone there in the first place.The beverages and food is good as expected.

We waited for over 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. Every time a mobile order came in, that took precedence. How about you focus on the customers standing in front of you or designate one person to do mobile orders. The people were nice but the system was horrible. No one should wait 20 minutes for coffee.

The employees are seriously so nice! Especially at the drive through. I was inside once when they were incredibly busy (the lines get long both inside and outside regardless of time of day) and they put whip cream on my drink when I had requested without. (I dont tolerate dairy) but they were so busy and I feel bad so I scraped it off. I brought my mom here twice in one week and they were super kind and got her orders right. Be careful because the plain coffee is incredibly hot.

Employees are what makes a place great. Thats the case for this Starbucks. Theyre pleasant and smiling even at 5am! Lattes are always on point and they always offer a pupaccino for my co-pilot. Super busy location so be prepared to wait a few minutes!!

Worst store by far. If you need coffee, plan to wait 45 minutes. The service at this location is horrible!!! They need new management because obviously the current management isn’t working. It’s pretty bad when you finally get to the window and the employee says “yay! You made it” and to top it off they give you the wrong drink! Need to start going to the new one inside Target.

I come here every Sunday & I typically like coming here except when 1 person is working. Small blonde girl who works the register who’s been there for quite some time. 3 out of the past 4 times she’s messed up my order. 1st Time she didn’t reload my card and I got screwed out of 32 points (which is a lot) also didn’t know the difference between a blueberry scone and a cranberry one, 2nd time she completely rang up the wrong drink that I didn’t notice until I was half way home, and this 3rd time rang up the wrong size. If she was trained better this would be a 5 Star establishment, but that one employee needs to be trained better. Starbucks is expensive and when mistakes keep happening from the same person it can be a bit frustrating.

WORST Starbucks in the area! Every morning they move the line EXTREMELY slow, mess up simple drinks and have an attitude when I have to tell them my drink wasnt right! The ONLY reason I pay this ridiculous amount of money for a coffee and deal with this is because I need to have coconut milk and dunkin doughnuts sadly doesnt have it. To be so expensive, and on top of that rude and SLOW moving when they have a full staff, that is horrible. People need to get to work and should not have to wait forever for one coffee in the morning! To top it off, they either hand you a sticky coffee cup or leaking out all over...one time they even just double cupped my ice latte because they were too lazy to quickly wipe down their sloppy job!!! I Not cool. Move the line people and have some common sense!!! Thank you!

This Is the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been too. It’s hard for me to pinpoint whether it is an ignorant GM or an ignorant owner. The employee turnover must be 75%+ based on the amount of new employees rumbling thru here. I hit Starbucks 5 times a week. Unfortunately, I hit this one twice (avoid when possible). They screw up a drink at least 25% of the time. That’s remarkably high for something as simple as pouring coffee. Today my wife ordered a Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino. It was bright white. Take a moment to google the drink. It is not supposed to be bright white. I mentioned before the reason for this Starbucks being the worst Starbucks on the planet due to ignorant ownership or ignorant leadership. Turnover issues, training issues, poor quality, etc. an hourly kid follows directions... GIVE THEM!!

Worst experience EVER! Literally took 30 minutes to get one tall cappuccino and one grande Frappuccino. I saw health code violations like server pouring the wrong tea into a mixing cup then actually pouring back into the original container, contaminating the product for the next customers who ever order the red tea beverage. It was so busy and under staffed and employees never once acknowledged the customers and slow service. This just happened today 5-20-16. Dont go there this morning or ever unless you want to get sick from food poisoning and cross contamination. Should seriously call the health department. Fortunately for them Im not the Starbucks police.
