It is such a good feeling to have a vehicle repair shop we trust... and we have found that in Jeremy and the crew at Performance!!! Had a long standing problem with a vehicle that we had two shops investigate and repair, including the dealership. The car was making a VERY LOUD squeaking noise when braking that could be heard outside the vehicle!!! The noise started again within a couple of days after both repair jobs!!!! Heard about Performance, and are so glad. Told them the issue and they went the extra mile, bound and determined to find and repair the problem, which they did!!!! They even showed us the parts on the car, and what was causing the noise, explaining in detail what was happening. And of course it wasn’t what the other two shops said was wrong. Thank you Jeremy and and your crew at Performance...NO MORE SQUEAKING!!!!! And the repair price was very reasonable, for the time spent investigating the cause. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERFORMANCE AUTO FOR ALL YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS.

Did a good job of aligning my Tesla 3. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have provided a before and after printout of the alignment.

Rarely were repairs not done in the same day. Most importantly the owner brings a legend of having been a long time, high grade mechanic at a leading North Shore multi brand dealership. I benefit from that because he reviewed each repair diagnosis for possible adjustments that I could decide on.

I just had my first auto repair done at this shop, and it was a superb experience from start to finish. One of the Owners (Pat) did a test drive with me to do an initial assessment of the problem, and I am confident it was diagnosed properly and repaired correctly. Kurt (who is a really funny and personable guy,) even drove me to my house nearby yesterday when it was obvious the repair would need to be done this morning. The work was done for a competitive price, and Ill be doing business with these nice folks again. Based on this first experience I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

I have been taking my cars to Performance Auto Center for repair and usual service for a while now. They are good and do a good job on repairs and service. They will only recommend what is necessary.

Waste of time- place didnt even have my engine oil ON HAND. I called ahead and the place is in the middle of no where, waited a couple minutes for someone to even get to me. I went to Firestone and they had my engine oil and provided better customer service then this place. FIRESTONE IS BETTER.

This is a great establishment with exceptional trustworthy leadership. They took excellent care of my family. Ensuring that only what was needed was completed, and that the work was done at a good price. They honored their Valpak coupon as well, and they did it all with a smile, in appreciation for our business. This is how mechanics are supposed to treat you. I am grateful for their leader Pat and their seasoned team of mechanics.

I called for a quote and their prices were very fair. So I decided to take a chance on a shop that was 30 minutes out from where I live. I came in at almost 4 oclock for my two rear brakes and rotors to be changed and they closed at 5. Needless to say I was cutting it close to their closing time but Pat assured me on the phone the could fix my car before they closed. As soon I was walked in and talked to Pat and Kurt, I knew I made the right decision! Friendly, professional,fast and honest are the words to describe these guys. Really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and what I needed and didnt need to repair. Best shop Ive been to in years. I cant talk enough about how welcoming they were to me. I will definitely be coming to them for all my future repairs!

Honest car care, quality repairs, they always confirm repairs, and give you the choice of doing the basic necessity repairs to keep your car going, or the full service repairs to get everything done to keep your car in top shape.Best to call ahead at least 2 days to set appointment for your car. They seem to be running behind in repairs often. However, I also take that as a good sign that they are respected, trusted, and do good work, so they are very, very busy.

This is a typical auto shop where they are competitive in comparison to other typical auto shop in terms of repair price point but still pricey for my budget. I found them through mailer coupons for $18.88 synthetic blend oil change (normal price $25 with buy 3 get 1 free program). The front personnel guys are great. Like the typical auto shop, a check of your vehicle is normal and then the upsell of what needs to be done in your vehicle to be in tip-top shape. I guess they do trucks as well.If I have to choose among the typical auto shop for repairs in case my mechanic friend isnt available for a major fix then Ill come here first for price comparison.A caution: The nicer the waiting lobby, the pricey the fix becomes. Dont be fooled with the complimentary (drinks/snacks) ambiance because you as the client pays for those.

Jim and his crew are the Best. They do the job right the first time at a great price. I have saved a ton of money over the years taking my vehicles to Jim instead of the dealerships (have been taking cars to Jim for over 10 years). The dealers are always trying to oversell service and Jim is honestly completing what is truly needed at a very fair price. From time to time I have check with the dealer to see what he had to say about a car problem only to find out I was again being overcharged and oversold on services. I rate Our Team Auto a 10 out of 10.

Ive been coming to these folks instead of the dealerships and certainly instead of various repair chains literally for decades. The reason is that they know what theyre doing, treat the customer great and give great service.
