I don’t know where to even begin. Lloyd was professional and informative. After taking my vehicle he checked it out and in less than 3 hrs, he called me with the problem and price. I drove my car early morning and later on in the evening and IMMEDIATELY saw the difference. Overall, you will not regret the service.

Wonderful!My Jetta had a warning, ABS, and passenger airbag lights on. My heater and my wipers did not work. Then, my battery died.I called Lloyd and within 10 minutes he went out of his way to jump start my car and get me to his shop. With all the issues my car had, he replaced everything within a few hours the same day.I am new to New Jersey and it is a relief to find a RELIABLE and FAIR mechanic. It adds a cherry on top knowing Lloyd is a wonderful human.

My name is Otto from Irvington NJ. twenty years auto technician for General Motors. ASE certified in all eight, became an Irvington police officer for twelve years. Got fired for speaking up against police brutality and police coverups . I then decided to own my own transportation business for the pass four years. All my wheel alignment were done by BRUCES alignment out of Irvington. I could not find a place to do a more accurate alignment than BRUCES until I visited Complete Car Care who bought BRUCES business. The alignment machine is now a much more up to date equipment. I had a very positive experience with Lloyd. I developed an oil leak in my car and after going to the vw dealership I purchased my Eos from I decided to google some local mechanics rather than spend thousands of dollars as i normally do. I found positive reviews about Complete Car Care on google and decided to give it a try. The neighborhood is obviously not the greatest but if you are looking for someone whose knowledgable, honest, and wont break the bank then I absolutely reccomend Lloyd. He did not talk me through the issues with my car but actually showed me. I have always gone to VW dealerships as I am a female and have been ripped off numerous times by local mechanics; however, Im more than pleased with my experience and can say theyve found a repeat customer in me.
