I have bought 2 sets of tires here in the past. I must say that this place has excellent customer service. Ive had issues both times but they have fixed them in a timely and efficient manner. I will definitely come back and refer people to shop here.

While pricing about control arms. Labors, parts etc. I asked about purchasing my own and bringing them in to have put on like I have in the past at other shops. The service rep told me we don’t do that because we lose our commission on selling the parts. That’s good to know that you care more about your commission than doing the labor and still getting paid. Needless to say I’ll never do business with a greedy company like that.

Take time to go there and discuss your tire options. If at all possible, make an appointment. Quick, thorough, and very informative relative to your driving habits and expectations.

I would give them so many more stars if I could, Nate and Dave were amazing when we needed to get 4 brand new tires put on my dads vehicle. Customer service was the best we have experienced, I highly recommend coming here they will take such good care of you.

Buyer beware. While my new tires are great, Belle Tire told me the struts on my car were leaking so badly that they couldnt even check the alignment. I promptly scheduled a service appointment at my dealership. Before I even said anything, the tech asked me, Have you been to Belle Tire recently? Ive had 3 people a week coming in for struts they dont need. He checked mine out, they were in tip-top shape, which makes sense given that the car is only a year old. Trying to sell repairs that people dont need strikes me as a pretty awful thing to do.

I waited almost 3 hours but had 2 nails in the good tire and to get 4 tires. Roger and Alex were very nice.

Ethan was very helpful on picking out wheels and everyone was very professional. will definitely shop there agian.

Customer service was amazing. The amount of time to get new tires and an alignment was very time sufficient. They were able to help out with the budget that I had. Overall a great place to get service done.

I had a appointment at 2:30 pm and they just pulled my car in at 3:55 to put my new tires on. Definately not a place I would recommend to others. I would have went somewhere else if we already didnt pay for the tires.

Went to get a slow leaking tire fixed, rotate and balance, and oil change. Apparently they couldnt find the link, Im honestly not sure because they never said anything and didnt charge me but a week later my tire is low. They also tried to tell me my front tires are bald when they are 1/2 tread, and that my back tires are really choppy. Said if we rotate them it will be the worst ride of your life. Then proceeded to tell me the front brakes I changed myself a month ago were almost gone. At this point I had been waiting in the lobby for 2hrs and 45 minutes when they had told me it would take about an hr. I didnt wanna argue or cause a scene so I got my keys and left, but will never be back. Also I went somewhere else and got my tires rotated and balanced and ride is as smooth as can be. Drove 4 hrs on the interstate at 80mph after with one of the smoothest rides of my life. This place seems to be lieing to customers to upsell, be forewarned!

Dropped off car at 4, they told me to come back at 6. When I came back they hadnt even started on my car. They said they had a lot of walk ins so why do they have you make an appointment if theyre not going to do your car until they want to. When I got there I still had to wait 30-45 minutes to get my car. They should have offered me a discount or something. The problem was they didnt communicate at all, they should have taken my car in before taking the walk ins, thats poor management and they should have notified me before I drove up there to sit another 45 minutes. Discount tires would have made it right and not made excuses.

Alex the store manager is an amazing person to work with! Explained everything thoroughly and make sure you’re in something that you can afford!

I needed my tire patched and they did it for free! They were very friendly and it was a great waiting room.

The staff was very helpful and showed me multiple options and provided good guidance in my decision. I was also surprised with all the services that Belle Tire offers, its just not tires!

I went in, TOTALLY expecting to have to pay for damaged hub bearing and alignment...Dave looked at my vehicle and was honest to the point of advising he would watch the noises, etc. He gave me an estimate of what he would recommend, but it wasnt urgent. Although the quote was pricey, I will go back simply due to his HONESTY. Please keep up the good work:-)

I work full time with 3 active kids, so this was SO important to me! I called around SO many places trying to get the best price...they not only had the best price, but also the best customer service...most places were so rude to me over the phone, and could careless about my business! Everything was so clean and well maintained. You could tell they actually cleaned the place frequently. Most tire shops make my skin crawl, and I would avoid using the bathroom, but not here! So happy I went with their business!! Park was amazing and patient with me on the phone. Introduced himself when I arrived for my appointment and everything!! They have got it going on here!!

Prices are high but they will negotiate. I went through the whole process of comparing tires and negotiating an equitable price. They wrote the work order and had my keys in hand, and THEN they decided to tell me I had to wear a mask. I took my keys and left. That was my first and last time at Belle Tire. I went a mile down the street to Discount Tire and bought a set of tires for even less money and they never made an issue of my not wearing a mask. Your mileage may vary.

Mechanics are well trained! Everyone is super nice and friendly! Tell them exactly what needs to be done. Belle Tires gets straight to the point of your conversation. I will be coming back. I my done very quickly and professionally. 1:00 PM is probably your best time to go and get it done immediately. Thanks Belle Tires.

I came in with a low tire and the gentleman that greeted me actually fixed my tire, two issues, and couldnt have been nicer. That was the second experience with belle and I will be back for other work! Mo more Discount Tire for me.

They gave me really great service, very friendly and Im happy with the tires I got for a really good price. However, I feel like the 11.50 per tire warranty should just be included in the price of the tires, even if it make them cost a little more, which still would have been a great price. I feel like the extras that businesses try to tack on at the end might be unnecessary so I almost always decline. Just add the extra warranty to the price of the tire and with the great service they provide, its well worth a few dollars extra. Thank you Luis for taking good care of my car needs at your store.

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, but the tires I purchased from them.....not so good. Today they replaced a tire that I bought less than a year ago (this was the second tire they replaced, the first one was roughly a couple months after I bought them).

I called in about getting a tire repaired (screw in tread) and the customer service guy said to bring it in and they would be able to look at it to see if it could be repaired. I took it in right away and was told that it would take about 45 minutes. Someone came out after about 10 minutes and said it was repairable. He also showed me the cabin filter that had been removed during the free inspection and it was full of debris so I said to change it while I was there anyway. All in all I was out and headed back home in less than an hour. Very satisfied with this place and will likely buy tires here before winter.

Great price on 4 tires. Was able to get two repates. This was the second car Ive bought tires for from here. The waiting area is nice and comfortable with a bathroom, TV, vending machine, coffee and water fountain. I got in and out quick and easy. Great service and great job.

Luis Carrillo has the best customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. He explained all my options for tire purchase as well as things that needed to be repaired. I walked in without an appointment to get one of the tires looked at, which was consistently on low pressure, they took my details and immediately looked into it, they found a nail in the tire and fixed it promptly, to my surprise they did not charge me a penny for it and they said yea that what we do, we take care of you . Needless to say I will be going back to this location for any tire related needs. I was there with my friend on my lunch break, so the quick response was very much appreciated, the seating/waiting area was very nice, the seats were as comfortable as anyone can imagine, the guy who received me was very professional, courteous, friendly and just the best, this was the best customer experience I have ever had.

Well all I can say is they completely lied to me. I was at Discount Tire and they didn’t have the brand of tire I needed to replace my Tire with a nail in it. I called and asked Belle for my specific tire and size and they said they had it in stock. I specifically told them the issue and the tires I wanted. I drove 12 minutes in my mini van with a nail in my tire. I arrived and they tried to sell me another tire. I asked do you not have the tire I just called about. Then I get no, we don’t.Really irresponsible of them too as a company. Having a person go from one place to another on a bed of lies during the Covid pandemic. I obviously could have bought a Forrest brand tire at the tire store I was at when I called?I give you a Thumbs Down. Unbelievable.Oh and Discount is ordering my tire and I get it tomorrow. Thanks so much for their honesty and good service.

Ive been to Belle Tire on 10th Street and on 96th Street on the Northside of Indianapolis and they have done really well with my vehicle by putting on the tires and fixing the rear hub of my vehicle I havent had no issues at all they fix things on my tires that need to be fixed and they did the job really well and Im looking forward to coming back and putting some more stuff in my vehicle some more new parts Belle Tire will fix your car the right way. 10th Street Belle Tire is the best for me cuz they have great hospitality and they know me already because I have a quite some of money already.

New tire dealer in Plainfield area thought I would give them a chance. I expressed what I wanted to spend. After visiting other dealers they offered me the best price and service for the specific tires I wanted. Actually received a better tire than the original tire asked for for some savings. Received a quote yesterday (4 tires and alignment) and made appointment for the work to be done first thing today. Was in and out of the door in 90 minutes. I believe they price match but didnt have to do that. I would recommend giving them a chance.

I called Belle Tire today and was shopping around for tires for our company truck. Park, the sales rep, answered and was very professional from the very start. As they went to change the tires they noticed some issues with my rotors and rear brakes and they contacted me immediately to explain and get permission to replace those for me. About an hour later, Park called and said there was now an issue with my calipers. I immediately became skeptical and frustrated with Park as I just had the tires off looking at the brakes a few days prior. I went back up to the shop and Park took me back to where my truck was and explained and showed me what had happened. Still skeptical and frustrated (call me Karen) I gave them permission to fix the caliper as I had no choice. Park called me once again to let me know the job was completed and the truck ready for pick up.In the days we are living in its rare to find someone as professional and personable as Park (Yes his name is Park). As frustrated as I was, Park remained calm and explained every detail to me every step of the way.Park was flawless on the phone when landing the sale, his customer service was incredible as he communicated effectively and often, he was knowledgeable about his products, and he remained calm and respectful when I was frustrated.You build companies around guys like this. I will definitely use Plainfield Belle Tire again because of Park. If you are looking for a new set of wheels or tires call and ask for Park!

These guys are absolutely amazing. Did a price match and saved me quite a bit. Alex is the man if youre looking for tires.

I went here because I found some wire in my tire the other day. I got in a half hour before they closed. They fixed my tire for no charge! They also changed a couple swollen lug nuts with lug nuts that would not swell, and charged me $4 for those. The wait for all that was about one hour, and they were very polite.

Repaired my flat to get on time to work

We went to the Rockville road store because they were on the way to our destination. We told them ahead of time that we had five dogs and a suburban full of weekend trailer supplies when we had a shredded tire on the interstate caused by a faulty tire. Luckily Hoosier helper was right on us and had us fixed quickly but the Rockville store didnt care of our urgent/ emergency situation. They told us it would be about 2 1/2 hours. They had two vehicles in the bays and a full staff so were not sure what their wait was caused by unless it had something to do with the two young scantily clad girls that were running in and out. Who knows. We called the Plainfield store and explained our case and they said come on over and well get you right in. They took awesome quick care if us and the staff was friendly.

Took my fatherinlaw in for new tires, which they had in stock. They explained all about the tires and warranty even the money back rebates. As we set down in there nice show room are truck was on its way in for the new tires. The technician came out and told us the truck needed a alignment, and the did it for free.
