Definitely Horrible Customer Service !! First the guy broke my rear view and had to wait for them to fix it and then come to find out when it was pouring raining in my car once it rained and then been in contact with them about it and was told they were coming back to check it and never did and keep trying to call and they blocked me !!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! I am reporting them!!! Horrible !!

Went to get my windows tinted to only be 4 hrs later and yet nothing was done to my car. Completely lied and said it should be done in another 45mins. Highly unprofessional please don’t waste your time hgoing here

NOT RECOMMENDED - Arrived for a repair of a crack in my wind shield. Unique also offered to do tinting of my windows for a good price. Given I was there I accepted. Wind shield was done professionally. Tinting was done and the team broke/cracked my door... a jagged 5-6 inch crack next to the door lock (pic later). When I pointed out the damage the response I got was I might use a part from my old car. The team is nice but unwilling to take responsibility for their work. I called to ask them to address the situation and was ignored. I can not recommend.

Wow... truly impressed with this company, I am a little late with my review - but wanted to make sure I put one up. The girls who answer the phone and make appointments are so friendly and courteous on the phone. They definitely have the best price as far as windshield replacement, as I always compare costs. The tech Johnathan who replaced my windshield, was very nice, fast and efficient.PLUS: My cracked windshield had a tinted bar across the top of it, and while I was comparing - every other place I called stated that for the replacement, I can only get the regular stock windshield and there is no option for them to add the tint. Although, I really wanted the new replacement to have the tinted bar - I thought I did not bother with mentioning it to Unique Auto Glass, because I assumed it would be the same deal - not an option.However, I must have briefly mentioned it, because after Johnathan was done and I came out - the windshield replacement had a tinted bar going across the top. =) Which made me extra happy with my purchase. I really did not even remember mentioning it. I strongly suggest using Unique Auto & Truck Glass Repair for your windshield repairs and replacements.I will say, they were a little late: my appointment was in the morning, and the guy did come a few hours than the time range we had arranged. But really with how nice they were in the office, and there service tech - it really did not bother me at all. They come to you, so I was at work for 8 hours anyway - service was still amazing....

I made an appointment the day before .. for 5pm came 10 min earlier to the appointment ... waited an hour and left cause the person behind me got service before me

My experience began pleasantly as they were able to locate the my part(passenger window) for same day service. After being given a price and time for service, I had felt pleased with the business. As the day went on I called repeatedly and was given later and later times. When they finally arrived to get the car the rain was BAD and they were late. Taking my car to their “lot” they brought it back fixed. I came out to pay and was attacked over $10. Having heard the commotion, thebstylist comes out and sends the men on their way. Noticing there was NO receipt, I called and requested one. He said to me”I didn’t charge you taxes so if you want a receipt you charge a card for (price paid) PLUS tax and then you’ll get a receipt, I asked him, “You left here laid in full and are refusing to produce a receipt and demanding double payment?”. Ive called plainfield police and am making an official complaint!!!If something is wrong with my window I have no proof, other than a shop full of witnesses and phone records!DO NOT USE THEM!!!! DO NOT!!!

Dont waste your time. Was extremely late and also after all was said and done they broke the windshield fluid nozzle which we are getting fixed elsewhere now.

Do not go to them! I am sueing them. They not only never sent me a receipt and were rude on the phone, but they scratched my window frame as they did the work for my car.

Absolutely horrible window leaks cant get hold of them only if I try different numbers to call from will they answer told me family problems why they didnt answer still waiting on 3 Rd time to show up to fix problem

Worst auto glass company. Took my Honda accord twice to get my sun roof fix and its still leaking what a rip off.
