The people in the office were very kind, but they are not the ones that do the work. Apparently there service people arent very. The body work was good by the mechanical was awful. If that bed would have blew off going down the interstate and stuck in the windshield of a car or truck and killed someone, what then. And it took over a month before I got it back.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns with authority. Gave me truthful time deadlines and amount of work that would be done. Very helpful in providing me with information and how a rental car would work with their service. They were also able to have the car ready earlier than expected which was most helpful.

The Customer Service at (Plainfield) Caliber Collision was spectacular. Courtney was so very kind and helpful all three times I had to come in, and Mike was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process as well. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing body work, as I was also pleased with the repairs to my vehicle.

The service was excellent. I received notifications by text frequently to let me know the status of my repairs. Doug was particularly helpful. He had someone drive me to Enterprise as the rental company did not have enough staff to pick me up. He also dealt with my insurance company to make sure all of my coverages were applied correctly. He also helped with my rental car when my repairs went longer than expected. The repairs were excellent. Above all expectations.

Great service and good work. After a collision with a deer, they worked directly with my insurance company to repair my vehicle. Enterprise dropped a car off at their place for me to use for the time my car was being repaired. The color matched beautifully. I hope I dont need to go back but I will if I need to. They just changed their name to caliber collision.

I took my BMW in for a windshield and in the process they knicked my A-Pillar and ripped a small portion of my drivers seat. I reached out to the GM and he told me to bring it by. I stopped in one evening and he was gone. Ive left messages with no response. Ive contacted corporate with no response. Very disappointed in service nowadays.

I called to schedule service to my vehicle after it was damaged and from the minute I called received nothing but friendly, timely and professional service. Heather was very helpful in answering my many questions going above and beyond my expectations. Doug was helpful in not only assisting with our current needs but helped in giving us an estimate on previous damage. My car was ready over a week earlier than they estimated it to be complete. I was able to contact them via text whenever I had questions and their responses were quick. This all occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic and they never skipped a beat. They took appropriate measure ensuring our safety in their office as well. I hope to never need their services again in the future but if I do I will not hesitate to return my business to Caliber Collision. Two thumbs up!

I have used them twice and love them! After hearing horror stories from my friends over their experiences at other places I wanted to make sure everyone knows this is the place to go! They fix your car in a reasonable time frame and sometimes even quicker than you would have thought was possible. The staff is wonderful and so Plesant. When I thought there was an issue after my car got fixed they took a look for me and showed me what was going on. I elected to use Caliber Collision in Plainfield when my truck got hit. They replaced the step bars, passenger door and a tail light. As well as painted the new door. The work done was really nicely executed. The parts are all OEM, the paint and blending of the new door looks spot on like it never was replaced. Very nicely done by those techs. Everything is clean with zero overspray or things of that nature. The staff on site was very knowledgable and professional. Communication all the way through. They were prompt and helpful. And in my case they got my truck done early. Definitely recommend thise folks.

Repairs were completed before due date, truck looked great, wash and cleaned inside and out, text me each day to let me know how things were going, great job, would come bake again. Thanks

If I could give 10 stars I would! My car was only two years old when someone hit me head on and required a very extensive repair. Caliber was wonderful throughout the whole process and working with my insurance company. My repair took longer than expected due to the huge amount of work needed and how many parts needed replaced. They took the time to do the job right and did not seem to cut a single corner. When my insurance car rental benefit ran out they picked up the bill to keep me in a car until I got my car back. They also insisted in using the highest quality parts. They reached out to me regularly to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I am completely satisfied but I hope and pray that I never have to do business with them again.

Very disappointed. My hood needed repainted. Abra in Plainfield had my car in their shop for almost two weeks. They were very unapologetic when there was a shop accident that made the process take even longer. Three months after the paint job, the paint started chipping off, however their contract says they’re not responsible if this happens. So now my two year old car, looks ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have taken my vehicle here 2 times in the past year because our vehicle was in 2 separate collisions where State Farm was paying for it and State Farm referred me there for an estimate. Both estimates where horribly inflated which was fine with me because I knew the insurance company would cut a check and I could find a much better price and keep for difference.My problem with Abra is the first time we went there, they started working on the car before they even called us. A day later, when I called back to find out why an estimate was taking so long, I find out they already had the car torn apart. There goes my plans to take it somewhere with a reasonable price, and there goes my weekend plans since I wouldnt have a car. (This was an uninsured motorists claim, so no rental reimbursement.)The second time we went there I made certain they knew they would not be doing the repairs but State Farm was making us take it to them for an estimate. They inflated the damages so much that the insurance company totaled the vehicle. I kept the vehicle anyways and still fixed it for less than 1/2 what the payout was.First collision:Cost of repairs - $4,000.00My estimate - $1,200.00Difference. - $2,800.00Second collision:Their estimate - $7,000My cost to repair - $1,800Difference. - $ 5,200So why such a difference you might ask? They replaced stuff that wasnt damaged or so minimally you wouldnt even notice. Thats great if its a new car. Mine is 15 years old and has $150K miles. You dont need to replace the whole wheel for a tiny scratch that was likely there years ago. Especially considering the other 3 wheels had similar scratches. And why did they replace the tire? We drove on it for 4 weeks following the accident with no issues. Oh, just in case they said. Do you think I got the same warranty as the other tire I had? Not even close. For the second collision, they claimed we needed to replace the entire right side of the vehicle. There was minor damage to the rear rocker panel. They claimed you couldnt buy just the section that was damaged. You had to buy the whole panel from the rear lift gate to the front fender.Once I got my insurance check, I took it somewhere else. Guess what they found? Yes! The rocker panel! And in the end they didnt even use it. Being a knowledgeable body mechanic, they were able to straighten it. Its places like this that are why your insurance premiums are so high by-the-way.Anyways, they are a great place to take your car for an inflated estimate to get the most from the insurance company if the insurance company is too dumb or lazy to look at it themselves. But take your check and run away to someone else who knows how to do body work. If you are fixing your car out of pocket, just keep looking.

500 extra miles on my vehicle that the refuted but I had written down the mileage, 10 days to replace bumper left of clips causing damage to bumper that they refused to replace or repair they did install the clips they forgot to install on original repair took them a hour.
