Got home to find out my coffee wasn’t full paid for a Vente and received a Grande.

We ordered online and got stuck in the traffic. Upon request to heat up one of the drink one very kind and sweet girl, Maddy, made a new drink for us and treated us very nicely. Good place to stop by. Restrooms are very clean also. Love to stop by here again!!!!

Always fabulous customer service. I rarely get coffee out, but when I do here its a great experience. This time I recieved my drink and it was surprisingly low in the cup, I ran in and showed them-obviously someone new was getting trained, very understandable-and they made me an additional drink. Thank you, Starbucks, for empowering your employees to make excellent customer service decisions. Im grateful for the extra pick-me-up on a long long drive!

Very clean inside. Outside seating and bathrooms open. Drive-thru for convience! Staff was not very friendly at all but the food is good and the drinks are great (one drink & food item werent right but quickly corrected).

Starbucks is handling the quarantine fantastically. There is plenty of seating, and the store remains very clean. The indoor seating has been closed off for now. Starbucks has pretty expensive drinks, but theyre good quality. The staff is always nice and the drinks are made quick.

I dropped by Starbucks while I was on my way to Tahoe. Social distancing was followed. Mask is needed. Service is fast so didnt had to spend much time there. It has restrooms

Workers are so sweet and even though they got my order wrong, which I am pregnant and dont drink coffee and wanted a creme frappuccino instead of coffee, they fixed it right away and were really nice about it . One of the best Starbucks Ive been to.

Thank you for the wonderful staff here for letting me charge my phone while I look for a safe place to be tonight because the public law enforcement and safety system failed to find emergency shelter for me. I will be eternally grateful to the staff here today that have given me unlimited time despite the Covid-19 restrictions and how slammed busy they are. God bless you. Always friendly and reliable, this is my favorite Starbucks location. So far, they have a spotless record with regards to the accuracy of the orders. More importantly, they consistently produce drinks that actually look like they do on the menu.

Great Starbucks. Cozy, convenient location—last Starbucks en route to South Lake Tahoe. Professional staff. I lost a valuable item there during a stop to Tahoe. The staff sound it and it was returned to me safe and sound on my return trip.

This location can get very busy because of its proximity to highway 50 but they try to keep the lines moving. Other than the high volume they are all nice and professional and I come here multiple times a week since I work near by.

Ive been to the one on Broadway a couple of different times this past 2 weeks, the first time on a Sunday afternoon and the drive thru was closed when going inside to order after we repeated a fairly easy to remember 4 times they still got it wrong but insisted thats what we ordered then saying it was because they were short staffed and they were backed up! But there were 6 people in there 3 already been served aid saw at least 3 employees working, then the following Saturday evening they were completely closed at 7:00 because they were short staffed!

Wonderfully good coffee mocha macchiato and espresso drinks.No they arent the cheapest place to buy coffee in the world, but many people get used to having their coffee made a certain way and a certain temperature with a specific flavor and the nice thing about Starbucks is repeatability no matter where you go.I know what Im getting when I order it and that makes me happy!

Disappointing and inconvenient. Placed a drive through order for 2 drinks for Thursday’s happy hour. Previously I have never felt the need to check my order before leaving. But I was a mile away before realizing both orders received were wrong, so had to drive back and walk in to reorder and wait for the new beverages. Additionally I did not receive an apology. 2 different individuals assisted and failed basic customer service. Management may need to step in.

Im from Seattle and I always use the restroom to see how important cleanliness is. The bathroom was the same after sitting for 2 hours waiting for a download. I never ordered anything. They wernwew even busy. Unbelievable

Thank you for remaking my drink, when I pointed out the error. Cup instructions were good the result not so much. They were kind about it, through letting your coworker know I was grouchy was out of line. I gave it back and was laughing. Oh well. I go to another on my way to work, its not like the stores are scarce.

Ive been there multiple times and they are fantastic at making their coffees however I have noticed that they do mess up my orders every once in a while. However they are always willing to correct their mistake as long as you inform them.

Dont know how to make their drinks right at all!! Ordered a salted caramel mocha, I got coffee with mocha syrup. No toffee nut syrup and no caramel. Super disappointing

You know Starbucks! This placerville Californiawas just the right thing I needed having just driven over the Sierra Nevada mountains in a snowstorm. I needed a chai latte, dark chocolate-covered graham and a break. The staff for friendly.

They went out of their way to sanitize the blender so that my wife wouldnt have to worry about her nut allergy. It is greatly appreciated.If you dont know, Starbucks no longer has separate containers to mix drinks for almond milk, soy milk, and regular milk. Its tough for those with allergies.If you have allergies, make sure you ask to sanitize the blender and be prepared to wait a little longer for your drinks. But, they will do it.

Most of the time Starbucks has five stars but today I wanted to add $25 to my phone app and only had $100 bill they would not change it or add it to my phone app luckily I had enough change to get a cup of coffee, feel like Im living in the seventies cant change $100 bill

Usually a wait in the drive through but thats because the atmosphere and the coffee is well worth it.

This Starbucks is a cute cozy one. I enjoy stopping here on my way up the hill with a friends or family.

Not sure if it’s because they are always so busy, but I seldom get a good cup of coffee there. I will drive the extra few miles to go to the one on Missouri flat Road.

Fast service at the drive through. The staff were professional and made everyones orders very quickly. Only thing is that its sort of awkward to drive into the drive through the way its set up, you can only get to it through one section that bottlenecks all the cars trying to get to Starbucks or the neighboring taco bell

The gentleman behind the counter suggested a black iced tea gingerbread with a splash of half and half. Amazing! He knew the perfect combo when I wanted a holiday iced tea option!

My early saturday morning experiences are great because the baristas are always pleasant and happy that early in the morn. The coffee I order is always Oh Yeah, with that first sip.

I would go somewhere else, they dont honor their gold card members. The coffee was warm not hot & Starbucks always makes fresh hot coffee! I have never had the service I had here at any Starbucks in California! Snippy & rude! Thumbs way down!

Not a huge Starbuck fan but we stopped to get hot coco after the Christmas tree lighting in Placerville. And we were told they were all out of chocolate syrup. Not hot coco or mochas. We settled for white chocolate, not the same.

My drink, Venti Mocha Frappachino w/ extra shot, is more than $6... too much for me...Not to mention McDonalds has a large mocha frappe for less than $5, and i think it tastes better...
