**update 9-22-21 Finally after then 3rd time out it has been fixed and the installer today answered our questions as to why what was what etc. We now have a matching set with all the accessories that are supposed to be on the door. Not recommending Window World to anyone.  Good sales man although he did have to call twice to say what he told us was not correct after we ordered but said we wouldnt be charged it was their mistake.  Had to wait a while for install but that was stated up front.  They came to install the door and only had half of the correct door and the other part was supposed to go to North Carolina and that was where ours was.  Also had holes in the screen and 2 missing locking mechanisms.  They never said anything while installing then installer called someone and said they will contact you on a fix.  Then we had to call after the installer left to see what was going on 2 days later because no one ever contacted us.  They had to order a new one which took another month.  They just installed it today and there are holes in the door that look as if they should have plugs at least in them and the foot lock was installed on the wrong side which we didnt know (thought it was a bad design) until we looked at the brochure they left behind.  We went to the showroom to see if we could verify it was installed wrong and they didnt have one out to see.  Very very unsatisfied.  Well see how long it takes someone to get back to us now.  I sent a pictures of the holes and wrong installation.  Only have a contact of a middle person.  No one has been very sincere in the whole process.

Great experience and products!! It started with the design consultant, Gary, he was wonderful and knowledgeable. I ordered my windows late April and was quoted September for the installation, which was perfect. They called me mid August and said they were in. I got them installed the very next day. The installers Monte and Ernie were great. They installed the windows quickly and left no mess whatsoever. They showed me how to operate them and how to report any issues in case I had to.. Lucille was also wonderful, she kept me in the loop the entire process. I would highly recommend Window World to my family and friends !

Salesman Jeremy showed us the options for the windows we wanted to replace and was professional, efficient but not pushy.The 2 installers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up any mess inside and outside before they left. They were able to install 7 windows that we needed in one day.

From the beginning the company was courteous, professional, and always available when we asked questions. They kept us informed through the entire process. Even when it took a while for our windows to get from production to the warehouse they made sure to keep us informed. When it came to the installation the crew was courteous, answered all of our questions, quickly installing our windows and cleaning up after themselves. Lucille (aka Loose Wheel) was a joy to work with. She kept us informed, answered our questions, and was simply great to communicate with. This is a company constantly trying to improve with their product as well as customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

My painting company just painted a house that got that more expensive company to replace their windows and I was shocked at what I saw. They didnt wrap the wood and they didnt caulk. I LOVE our Window World windows. Weve had them for 12 years now and the still look new. When one got broken they replaced it quickly and without any hassle. Love you Window World!

Windows were ordered in March & I was told theyd be installed in July. They proactively emailed me once with status. I chased them for a bit to find out it was delayed. Windows finally arrived mid-August. Every. Single. One. Was. Wrong. They all had to be sent back. Now they are telling me end of Oct. Ive asked numerous times for a manager to call me back, and no one does. All I get is a call from the install coordinator. Ive used WW in the past. Will never use them again. Very poor customer service.

The windows are awesome and the installers were quick and clean. Only issue was the lead time getting the windows having ordered in April and installed in September.

I had a number of companies give me prices !My brother had window world do his windows a few years ago, he never had any issues with them. No one could come close to their price and the quality is very good. I am so glad I got my windows installed from Window World.

First installer had some issues. Second installer corrected them. Customer service team was very good. They stand behind their product or as the ads say on their product.

Windows were of high quality. The installers were very professional and performed the window installation in a thorough and timely manner. They were also very informative on how to operate and maintain the new windows.

I had 6 windows replaced with capping trim on the outside of the window. The WW advertisement states trim included.(there was a cost). I had one window (not from WW) previously replaced, that they installed the outside trim to match the rest. ( keep in mind ALL work is done from the INSIDE) when they removed the windows to install the trim, they broke the window track to keep the window in place and to open and close properly. I called to report it to customer service and they sent out a service tech to look at it. He admitted the track was broke by the service crew, temporarily got it on track so it would close ( there was a big gap letting in cold air). They never contacted me after the service guy was here I had to make several calls to find out what they would do to fix and/or replace the window. I was told that because the window was not from WW They wouldn’t do anything about it even though they’re crew broke it. After installation I gave a good review, I also recommended WW to friends. While I still have additional windows to be replaced, I will not be using WW since they will not replace what they broke and the window cannot be used. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. The broken window is their responsibility to replace since their crew broke it. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Had 6 windows replaced, they did an excellent job and Jamie addressed all my concerns I had with my old windows. The windows seem like a good quality,made a big difference on the appearance of our house.There seems to be a lot of value, especially once you compare prices with other competitors. Only down side is 3.5 months to get the windows installed and communication such as an update could be a lot better.

If you need windows..do not use window world. Installation was delayed at least 2 times. They guys they sent broke my old windows to get them out...2 years later i am stlll finding glass. One window was installed hastily and ended up coveed in yellow melted foam that is out inbetween the windows and the frame. Mutliple locks on the windows dont work. They didnt caulk around the bottom of any of the windows. They sent another guy out weeks later to fix these issues. Now the seals on the inside of the windows are coming off. These windows are 2 years old. Ridiculous, esxpecially for the price. Would not recommend to anyone.

I did my part to prepare for my window installation today.Even called last week to confirm install can happen with rain forecasted.I’ve been waiting since 8 am for installer to show up. Got a call from WW installation dept at 9:15 letting me know the installer called off due to rain.I’m worried going with WW has been a mistake and I don’t even have the windows, yet!Addendum:Fast Forward to Saturday! The team that did the install went above and beyond to do an excellent job for me. My windows are amazing and I am pleased with my choice!

The whole experience went very well for my wife and I. Everyone we spoke to at different times throughout the process was very polite and professional. Window World was the only place I could find that would replace one single window. The installers were great. They arrived early (they called first to make sure that was ok), they worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards.

I think they did a very professional job. They were on time, went straight to work. Did not interfere with my routine. Cleaned up, explained how windows worked.I am planning on using them for more home improvements.

The initial installation was delayed due to the virus. Upon rescheduling, the original installer arrived, decided it was not the job he thought it was (even though the job layout was established 2 months prior) and left. Upon contacting Window World, they went to great lengths to get another installer here 4 days later who did an exemplary job and completed a beautiful installation. The door looks and operates perfectly and I commend Window World on getting it done properly.

Everything seemed fine with this company until......they didn’t show up for the install. I had to call in and let them know that they didn’t show up. So install is completed and 1 of my 4 windows was “measured incorrectly.” I was told and even signed documentation that I would receive the window for free. Cool. I didn’t even ask for it or complain. I waited a week and like every step throughout the process I had to babysit and call this company to see what was going on. I was told not only is my window not for free but I had to install my own framing. News to me. So i ask for a manager. Manager tells me and quote “nothing in this world is for free.” What? Ahhhhh, yeah it is. I dish free stuff all the time when my business fails to deliver. I eventually got to a point, similar to a battle with an ex wife, that I just wanted out of this contract. Which only took three phone calls. I’ve accepted customer service is nonexistent pretty much everywhere now but this company sets a new bar. It is laughable how horrible they are. Stay away.

It took a long time for these people to get back to me and install the windows. They did a good job. Cleaned up well. However there was no mask wearing whatsoever going on with the crew that entered the house. It is state mandated to wear a mask when indoors and not one person had one on. They were licking the window, I watched them. Now imagine that one window installer had 24 windows to do that day in 6 different homes and he went to lick the window in a house contaminated with COVID-19. Not only did this windowstaller infect himself but he is going to go on to infect the next 5 homes and who knows whether or not any of those homes are housing someone high-risk for the virus. This can cause big trouble either way you look at it. Very unprofessional. Definitely will not be getting windows from here anymore during a pandemic. Not safe.

The workers were on time and worked hard in the heat and humidity. They were polite and pleasant. The work was done quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would use window world in the future and plan to do so when the rest of our windows need replacing

My experience was excellent. The problem was resolved quickly.

We scheduled to have a door replaced in....February I think, and we got the measurements done by the salesman prior to the final/official measurement. When they came to do the final measurement apparently the measurement was actually smaller than they originally thought. I found this out when they called me to tell me that they charged us too much and since it was smaller we would save a little bit of money. They could have been greedy and kept that to themselves but they did not. Then the pandemic happened and they were delayed for a few months. I cant be upset about that because there is absolutely nothing that they could have done about it. They replaced our door and frame (at our request) in June. They were done in about four or so hours. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, I never once felt like they were trying to upsell us or add extras and we are 100% satisfied with our door. If we ever need to replace anything else, Window World will be the ones doing it. Thank you guys!

Service is good. Prices are way too expensive. Of money is no object then I recommend them. If you have a project budget, prepare for sticker shock.

16 weeks to get a window!

Very pleased with the quality of the windows and extremely happy with the installation process! Fred and Frank were very professional and extremely clean and neat with the installation! My only disappointment was with the amount of glue that I had to scrape off of the glass. This glue was from the manufacturing process of the windows.....very careless and messy! I worked for a very long time using a razor blade and Goo Be Gone, trying to remove the glue from the glass. My husband and I think that this should be addressed with the manufacturer, so that other people arent Inconvenienced like we were! I just received a call from Lucille....such a nice and friendly lady who wanted to know how we liked our experience with Window World. I have already recommended Window World to two friends of ours! Hopefully,they will give Window World a try!

The crew from Robinson were totally unprofessional. They swear like truckers, blare their music with no concern of the language in the lyrics. They did not offer to wear masks in my house. ( my child and I are high risk) They didnt clean up from putting the windows in and when a window broke, alot was left over for my dog to step on outside. They also left cooking on the window and the sticker mess because they were in such a hurry to leave. I wouldnt recommend their service.

It’s been about three years but when the salesman wayne came out just wanted to hear himself talk. He talked to me for two hours. They are just windows. I tried to wrap it up but he kept talking. Then he told me to buy double pan windows instead of triple. I just hope this guy retired. After I told him I wanted good windows. Now I’m stuck with them. I would definitely shop around. Very professional. Quick work. Very clean. There was a delay in the windows being manufactured but we were regularly updated on status of our purchase through email, regular mail, texts and phone calls.

Starting with the salesman, to being kept informed by window world staff, to the two expert installers that put eight windows in my house/professional from start to finish. Took about 8 weeks. The triple pane windows look great!!

Installation was quick and clean. The window was easy to access both inside and outside with no climbing needed, so that probably helped with it being convenient. The two installers were kind, polite and I was comfortable with them (and they made a fuss over my dog). We will only use Window World in the future!

The process of getting windows from WWoP started out great. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgable, thorough, not pushy. I felt very confident about my purchase in the initial phase. Thats where all the positivity of this experience ended.When it came time for the install, I had an appointment for 9:00 and I explicitly stated to the scheduler that I had a dentist appointment at 8:00 that morning, but I would be home and ready for the installers by 9:00. They showed up at my house at 8:15, and because I wasnt home, they went back to their office. I get home at 8:50 expecting the crew to show up at any time. Instead, I had to call at 9:45 to ask where they were. Only then did they come back to the house. So they got started at 10:30 and immediately told me they had to leave early for the day because they had to pick up their kids. They had the nerve to tell me they werent going to be finished in one day as promised because they chose to be an hour and a half late.Then, I find out after theyve already removed two of the old windows that the windows I ordered werent the windows they were about to install in my home. The manufacturer actually made the wrong windows for my house. Luckily, the sashes are interchangeable so they are able to come by at a later date and swap them out. But as of now, I have the wrong windows installed in my home. Did I mention that this was a two day install for six windows instead of one day as promised?Then theres the matter of the clean up, or should I say the lack thereof. After both days, I spent hours cleaning up after them. There was little fragments of plastic and dust all over everything in my house. The TV, the sound system, the router, my bed, my couch, my bathroom sink, all of it. Everything had to be cleaned after both visits. The worst part was that I found fragments of glass left in my driveway. Oh, and the plaster around the window frames is chipped in about 20 places total, so now I have to spend the time to do touch up and painting. Meanwhile, Im trying to get my house on the market as soon as possible, thinking the whole time that the windows were going to be the last thing I had to do to get it ready for sale. Instead, I have to prolong putting it on the market because Im still waiting for the correct sashes and I have the matter of painting to fix their aftermath.Now that the windows are installed, Im noticing quickly that they arent the quality they assured me. I was under the impression they were energy efficient and that the argon gas would keep the warmth out in the summer and vice versa in the winter. Well the dont do any of that. The quality of the sashes are so lacking that Im able to shimmy the sashes even when theyre locked. So forget about none of the hot air staying out in summer and cold air in winter. Thats coming right in my living room for sure. Oh and that expensive argon gas that I just had to get to keep the suns rays out? Ineffective, just like everything else WW touches. Standing right in front of the windows with the sun shining in, I can feel the sun burning my skin from inside the house.The fact that I was conned in to spending extra on snake oil is what really sets this whole experience over the top. I paid a significant amount of my savings for these replacement windows because I was lead to believe they would be more energy efficient. But here we are, on a nice warm summer day, and my A/C is running every 30 minutes just as it was prior to getting the windows replaced.Overall, terrible experience, waste of money, too much time and hassle for no positive return.

A local contractor suggested we contact WindowWorld to replace the nearly 70 year old windows in the family home. We were impressed with Rich Dugan and the information he provided so arranged to have WindowWorld replace 9 windows. We are very happy with the new windows. We had a very large order of 27 windows and 3 storm doors. The communication, punctuality and organization from the company was lacking. I felt like I had to stay on top of the communication & progress or the job would have taken even longer to complete. When paying for a service such as this, I feel that the company needs to take responsibility and be proactive making sure that the job gets done & stays on schedule - it should not be the responsibility of the customer. At the end of the job, the manager admitted that the company was overwhelmed with the project due to the amount of windows & doors that we had ordered. I wish they would have told me up front that they were not use to this size order. As far as timeframe goes, we started this process in September, it is now February & things have finally come to completion. I would have a very hard time recommending this company in good conscience.

Loved the Windows and Installers( they were extremely informative and helpful and measured my windows correctly) ! As far as my experience wasnt great! My windows were to be installed in Dec! Only three of nine were right! Measured wrong! Had to wait till Feb for the rest if the windows to come in! Discussed with a manager some kind discount on the windows! The manager I dealt with never returned my calls! I repeatedly called to get this matter resolved! Wanted to pay them!! Took me three months!!! Almost six months till this matter was resolved!! Happy with the windows but not management!

Installation went well. The crew was efficient and neat. The windows look and work well. While we paid the crew the balance due it took weeks and a couple of calls to make sure all was paid in full. Wound up stopping payment on the check and paying over the phone by credit card

Every part of my new window experience with Window World was went great. I couldn’t find.anything I would change. Originally we had 2 windows that needed replaced. The appraiser, from Window World, was very informative and knowledgeable. Throughout the appraisal he was content with replacing the bad windows. We discussed our options and chose replacing 5 windows of the same size. When the call came to install the windows 2 very considerate installers arrived around 1:00pm. They started the job all the while they kept us informed of progress. 5 hours later, all 5 windows were installed. They totally cleaned up after themselves. The job was so professionally accomplished, you cant tell the difference from the old or new windows. Lifetime guarantee, including screen replacement, fantastic. Got every window and a sliding glass door installed. Great work and no complaints. But dont ask for a new screen. Jeez.

Pricing was much more reasonable than we expected. Contracted to have the windows installed and follow up questions answered in a timely and courteous manner. On the installation day the crew was on time and replaced 16 windows in all - including two 7-foot windows in the front of our home - in 7 hours. They were not rushing it, but they were very efficient in doing their job. New windows are remarkable. A mix of sliders, double hung and casement, all function as expected and look great.

I hired Window World for an install of three extremely large slider windows. These are windows other companies said could not be done. After finding their prices very reasonable, I asked for a quote on a garden window. Super price so I went with that also. It too was very large, almost pushing the limits on max size. The windows were installed over the course of a day and a half, and the installers exceeded my expectations in every way, as did the quality of the windows! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Yay cheap. Umm no. DONT DO IT The windows are not great. I bought them 8 years ago and still have one that it is still not finished. I have a window that they forgot to actually complete the job. I tried to have them finish it at least 10 times. Honestly. The rest are horrible. I would never trust this company again.

Great job by the installers. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the finished product. My only complaint is that they did very little to cover up my newer living room carpet as they were walking in and out with their shoes on.

Window World did show up on time for the measuring of the windows, I do finish carpentry and was concerned about the fit of the windows. The problem with the original windows was that there was no way to adjust the side jams and this caused the sides to bow out creating a gap between the sash and the frame of the windows. When the gentleman was here measuring I asked about side frame/ jam adjustments and was told that they do not have any means of adjustment however they do have a section on foam that will keep the window frame from bowing out and they measure it to be within 1/8th of an inch of the opening. After the windows were installed I have to get foam insulation to fill the 3/4 inch gaps on several of the windows, not one of the thirteen windows was within the 1/8th gap and all required foam insulation in order to prevent the window side from bowing not to mention the fact that there was no insulating value in caulking the exterior. Honestly I could not recommend using Window World.

I bought 5 windows about 7 years ago. Had a problem with a few being off track. They told me how to fix them on my own by watching a video. I watched the video and was able to put them back on track just like the video showed you how. Window World has great windows and staff is very nice. Im very pleased with the results.

My first experience with Window World was with a sales member that was amazing and made me excited to work with this company. However, it went down hill from there.First, nobody ever called me to schedule the installation of the windows. I finally called after almost 3 months and was told my windows were in and ready to be installed. Then the day before my install I received a phone call informing me that the installer was no longer with the company and they needed to reschedule. I asked why I had to call to schedule my own installation and was this a normal practice. She told me that they call either right before the windows come in or immediately after they arrive. However, she was unable to answer my question of why this did not happen with my order. Needless to say I was not happy at this time as it now took close to 4 months from the time I ordered my windows to the time they were installed.The installers were amazing and worked very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and friendly. If it werent for them my rating would be much lower.Unfortunately, four out of the 10 screens were too small for the window and replacements needed ordered. I was very happy with how quick and easy this process was because I was worried it would be a repeat from the original order.I would still recommend Window World to other but warn the customer they need to stay on top of things to avoid an experience like mine.

Ray and crew came as scheduled, did the work and left my rooms and yard spotless. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am already planning to use Window World services in 2019

The window install went perfectly and we are very pleased. There was no mess left behind and the crew was very professional in how they handled themselves and the work. The windows are high quality and look good as well. My one complaint was that we were told that we would need to wait about a month before the windows could be installed, and it ended up being two months before it happened.

Had my beautiful windows installed by WINDOW WORLD...What a great job the 2 installers did...Thank you for thecare that was given from start to finish... not a hint of dustinside or out when they finished..Except for the beautiful windows you would never know they werehere.....

My wife and I are absolutely disgusted with window world. we had siding, sofits, gutters and windows done. over $20,000. the installers were horrible. barely spoke English and did substandard work resulting in thousands of dollars in damage including water damage. It took a FULL YEAR to have the problem resolved and not once did the ownership apologize for the situation and, though a discount was mentioned, nothing ever came of it. I was assured by Chad Lewis (regional manager) that Patrick Moran (owner) knew my name and the situation. Not once were we ever contacted by Mr. Moran and Chad stopped taking my calls. This Company is terrible in my opinion. Dont do business with them.

Window world did an excellent job installing my windows. They did 15 windows in roughly 5 hours. The guys were fast, courteous and they left my house cleaner then when they arrived! Awesome job! Thank you 😀

If I could give a negative star I would. I used window world to install 2 windows in my newly purchased house and it was a disaster. The guy they sent to install the windows destroyed my walls, half installed my windows, and left for over 5 hours to go back home to “get a tool”. A call was made to the manager who scheduled a time to come to my house the next day to look at the job. He apologized up one end and down the other for the horrific work done. He told my boyfriend and I that he’d be back Monday to make it right. There wasn’t any follow up on their part Monday so we reached out to them on Tuesday. The manager said he’d be out on Wednesday, but when he came out on Wednesday he brought all of the wrong trim so the job got delayed again until the next day. On Thursday they sent out 4 guys who did a great job fixing what their company destroyed, but they had to frame in my window. They did great work, but since they framed in my window with untreated wood I now have to prime and paint that plus my blinds no longer fit. I made numerous calls to their office to discuss and spoke with both the manager and his boss, but again no follow through. I made the complaint to the second level supervisor that his company lacks follow through to which he told me that should never happen. I told him that I wanted to speak with the owners to let them know what poor work their company provided and the lack of concern & customer service. The manager told me that he’d pass that along to them and follow up with me to make sure that I received a call from Patrick. Surprise, that never happened. The only calls I received from Window World was phone calls requesting payment. Lord only knows what damage they did to my house leaving open exposed wood out for a week in the rainy summer weather. Buyer beware!!! I will never use window world ever again.

Sales and installation service was amazing. Guys were respectful of my house, arrived when they said they were, cleaned up around them, very friendly, and easy to work with. Value of the windows are great! Will recommend them to anyone!!

Installed 2 sliding patio doors in less than 6 hours. Amazing cleanup. Friendly.

I love my new Windows. They make the house look so much better. It only took a month from,the time we order till then day we got them installed.

Fantastic resaults, the life time warranty is what sent Window World to the top in our home. The seller explained every detail of measuring to installation to clean up. The install crew we polite and showed every step of the install. Would highly recommend to all. And the PRICE cant be beat. Thank you Window World.

Everything was done in a timely, professionally and very neatly manner

The salesperson was very good so we went ahead and ordered our bay window. We booked a Saturday, 2 months later for the installation and waited. I expected to receive a call the day prior to remind me about my window but never got the call. I left a message to ensure my window was going to be installed to find out that the person who was to install it called off. Wasnt convinced this was the truth and was very upset to have wasted my Saturday. They did install the following week and I love my new window. The individuals who put the window in did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new bay window!!!

I just got my Windows installed today the 18th of April and I have to say that the installers did an amazing job today. I am very happy with the results. Hopefully the windows holding what Window World promised. Again amazing work from the installers

Excellent work, but one window out of 14 doesn’t stay up. We hope we can have someone come out soon to fix it. These windows are in our sunporch in the front of our home.

Everything went well, just one piece of siding knocked loose to the ground, other than that it was perfect.

We recently had 7 windows replaced by Window World. After shopping around with the major brands and getting quotes that ranged from $6,000-$20,000. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Brian Dailey and his crew.The crew set up and began working on time and worked well into the evening. The 3 man crew worked non stop starting with the 3 double hung windows on the 2nd floor. They then moved on to a large casement and picture window that we had them to convert into 2 large double hung windows.The final window was an old box bay window that we wanted removed. They removed the bay and replaced it with 2 large double hung windows. It was not an easy job but they worked through it and made sure it was done correctly.We are completely satisfied with the windows and work done by Brian Dailey and his crew.

Do not trust their sells man. They just promise you everything. I was told at the end of the installation that the windows will not be covered by warranty as I have storm windows. They ask me to pay extra 3K for external capping to have warranty back. Nobody mentioned about this from beginning, and the local managers were rude.

My experience with Window World was wonderful! Low cost. They actually showed up early. They installed 8 windows in a little over 3 hours. There was no mess after at all, not even a finger print on my nice new windows. So happy I chose to go with window world. I would and will recommend WINDOW WORLD to anyone and everyone.

I had 16 windows installed by Window World. The first problem arose with the salesman who was slightly unprofessional but for the price, I decided to overlook it. But then he ordered the incorrect screens for 4 of the windows. Once the correct screens were ordered, the installer brought the screens for another customers house. I missed a half day of work for that. Then once the correct screens arrived and were installed, one of them was torn and I was not informed that I must take the screen to their showroom for repair. This company has been entirely too inconvenient to work with. On top of that, the window quality is nowhere near what I expected. It is difficult to open/close the window with one arm if needed.The only praise that I have is that the manager took money off of the set of screens for my inconvenience and the company does a lot of work for charities that I endorse.I wish that I would have just spent the money to go with a better company.

I am a returning customer. Had several windows installed two years ago and I was beyond pleased with the quality of the windows and the installers.I just recently purchased a few more windows because of my previous experience.I have nothing but good reviews for this company and highly recommend them to everyone.

Overall, we are very pleased with the windows and doors we received from Window World. The two young men that did our installation did an excellent job. However, they had to come back a second day because they did not bring our door. The second day, they had another job to do and hurried through our job leaving it not quite finished but promising to come back. They never did. We do not blame the two installers but rather the company they work for as they scheduled too much in one day.
