When you search through items, you can really find some great deals.Always an adventure shopping as there are so many items to choose from. Lots of gift ideas as well.Very huge warehouse type store that has so many different and unique products to choose from.Checkout was smooth and excellent customer service!

From a trucking standpoint, its a good place to go. Depending on the time of day, maneuvering through the front lot can be a breeze. Docks are in the back but drivers will need to exercise a bit of care since its not a straight line.Got in about 2 hours early and they got me into a dock immediately. Staff are quite friendly and helpful.All in all, I wouldnt mind coming back to this one for future deliveries.

So many amazing things in this store! The decor is always top notch. They have absolutely everything for any craft you can imagine! The sale prices are excellent, though the regular prices arent bad.My only complaint is that they like to make large displays of assorted products and put big sale signs on the display. BUT only some of the products in the display are actually on sale! You have to read the small print on the sale sign and then look at tags and try to figure out whats included and whats not.Its not usually clear and if youre not watching every item ring up when checking out, youll find out later you were charged full price. Its actually really sneaky.

They have a great selection of decor for any occasion or holiday. They have wall hangings, fabric, floral, kids crafts and so much more. The prices very from really expensive to very affordable. Keep in mind they no longer have the 40% coupons. But its a still fun to walk around and look at all the stuff.

Always uplifting, inspiring and fun to look for materials to make gifts or decorations for special events. The staff are warm and down to earth. I love going there.

I always love Hobby Lobby, their deals are hard to beat but why does this location not have Halloween? Crazyness! Plus when I asked a worker about it she was kinda rude. But other than that good store!

I always forget how much great stuff hobby lobby carries. They have a huge selection of anything you could be interested in for crafts, home decorating, sewing, crocheting, knitting, etc. And their prices are very good.

You can find some cute things there but the furniture is cheaply made and way over-priced. The picture frame selection is nicely varied through as is the wall art and there is usually a sale.That being said the total insanity of the CEO is EXTREMELY off-putting. They tried to stay open during the pandemic lockdown by claiming themselves as an essential service. Most recently they had to return apparent black market antiquities to the middle east that theyd purchased to fill their Bible museum. No, really.

I was in your store recently and my cashier was so sweet. Her name was Cheri. She was so helpful and was so nice to my son. She literally knows everything about this store! I asked her multiple questions and she had the answer for everything. I wish more places had employees like her. I will definitely be coming back!!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Most of the time I am finding what I am looking for without having to ask for help. Set up is very nice with most everything segregated by the hobby or interest, however some is intermixed by crossover hobbies. Prices fairly reasonable and sales are often. Definitely worth checking out.

They have anything you could need, but the items are overpriced. I saw the same thing elsewhere for cheaper, but Hobby Lobby offers a percent discount. Still doesnt work out to a better deal.

Not a bad place to shop for anything hobby at all. Its a huge store with lots of selections. It like the Walmart of michaels. Its got lots of seasonal selections as well. So if its summer and you want to prepare for Christmas this is the place to go. Employees were pretty helpful when looking for things. And its a great place to find models and tools for modeling.

I’d say this trip to the craft store was ok. I only give 4 stars because of steep prices for items that can be diyd for much less. ( I’m talking about the wall fixtures and home decor section of the store)BUT NO WORRIES there’s Christmas music bumping in the background 🎅. The staff was extremely cautious when it came to Covid-19 regulations.I must say the woman runny the cash register area is a great team leader!! She’d be over the intercom anytime more than 2 people hopped in line, which is really appreciated. No staff member seem at all irritated or stressed.On another note the discounts are 25% to I believe 75% ! And that’s a great deal! And if you’re in to floral arrangements then this stores for you, there are giant sections and rows of the store dedicated to the craft. It’s a wonderful store.

They stopped selling Halloween stuff a few years ago. Kudos to them. Yet another reason to shop there

Always long lines. Mainly due to store process not employee speed. Prices are OK when on sale but certain items you pay the premium VS ordering elsewhere. If youre in a rush, good place to check. Odd hours for retail. Check before going.

Went to/called 5 different framing places. One closed the framing shop. None of the others had: frames over 2inches wide, for large pictures; had wooden frames; could promise even getting stock in & having our picture back to us in 3 to 4 months, IF that.Hobby Lobby was the only place to come through with flying colors AND called us 5 days EARLY!!! Also wonderful, professional, very knowledgeable assistance in choosing mat colors! We couldnt be happier! 😊🤗❤️

Great place to get everything you need for crafts and such. Michael’s doesn’t hold a candle to this place. Also if you’re into Christianity, they have crosses and Jesus stuff everywhere all over the store to tickle your fancy.

I grandson and his girlfriend to this store. Well they were shopping I walked around the store just looking for nothing in particular. I got upset at the fact that I was being followed through the store by two male employees. Even the attitude of the cashier towards my grandson was messed up. She acted like she didnt want to take the money from him. As a black shopper I will never go back to the store again.

Wow, this place is huge! Wasnt a fan of their checkouts though. Had a long wait to checkout due to line jumpers.

I love this place. Something for everyone. I like the plastic foliage for camouflage that lasts forever. Leather, snaps, buckles and other products that you can use for outdoor sports.

Needed some items for a memorial board - as soon as I walked in I went to the sanitized carts - there were 3 rows of them - I tried removing one and it was stuck - had to walk behind the manager who was standing there leaning on the second row of carts talking to another employee there about nothing regarding work as they were chatting and laughing etc. I went to the third row of carts which was inconvenient and sitting far back and got one. That was a chore in itself! I have been to other Hobby Lobby stores in the area and have noticed that the management stands around and does nothing. They should be directing customers to open registers as they don’t have lights on their register numbers to signify that line is open. There were 4 people ahead of me in one line and only one person in line next to us so we figured the register was closing. Another customer got in that register line and it was in fact still open. Managers are standing at front of the store just looking doing nothing. SMH. On to the positives. They have a huge variety of craft items which I do like and when I did get to the cashier, he was the most polite, friendliest person in the entire store! Kudos to him! The management personnel though need to be trained in customer service!

Just a huge store with tons of unique holiday/craft items you wouldnt find at Michaels or Jo-Ann. Kind of reminds me of Kirklands in that its a little difficult to find non-religious decor sometimes but I guess its a Christian-owned store so it makes sense. I still love to stop every few months to see what new things are in stock.

The staff are actually visible & very helpful.This visit was disappointing because we traveled 35 minutes for a few Christmas items that unfortunately were not available.This is still an incredible store.

The store is huge and offers a big selection. Its clean and seems to be organized well. It is a bit pricey but theres an app where you can get a coupon, though the way they do their pricing, you cant use it on much. Overall a nice craft store

This store is disorganized with everything just jammed in displays. So many broken items, and missing prices. Cashiers slow and rude. Not enough staff. If you want to shop a large, organized, larger selection, with pleasant employees, go to the Washington Hobby Lobby instead. Just discovered my new go to, and will never shop the Robinson store again.

Besides not having my design ready (I was the host and was the 1st design provided for the party), we started over an hour late and falsely accused of not being ready. They were more concerned with another larger party present. Several of my guest went home with unfinished projects and no materials to finish them.I was expected to pay full price for a project I was improperly instructed on, it was maybe 15% done. After being told I could leave without paying for the project, security was called, told I was stealing services and causing a scene. I was accused of being irrational and drunk . Being America 2018 I recorded the incident on FB Live and that was my only saving grace. The incident it public on FB if you search the business name and look under videos or find my profile.The owner asked me for mercy on her business and attempted to meet with me. However, after attempting to have me unjustly detained once; I wasnt willing to put myself in that predicament again.Before this incident, I was in love with this business and promoted it like it was my own. The staff on the day of my party not only attempted to humiliate me but hoped for worse when calling security. In the end, they humiliated themselves, the business and showed their true colors.I attached photos of my desired design with what I was actually provided, and the end product.
