I was able to go in here and get most of the items needed to complete my resource vending table. There was a very worthy sale going on at the time.

I take my Mom shopping here frequently and I generally just browse around while she does. Im amazed at the variety of fabrics available, as well as all the different craft supplies. Anytime I have a question about anything the staff is happy to help.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Their mask policy and 8 feet back from the cutting people is ridiculous. Meanwhile people are coughing behind the station no plastic. Its all for show.

You can tell this is a very well ran location. The employees were all extra friendly and helpful!! Also, all merchandise is clearly priced.

Overall this store is very good thebemployees are always friendly. One bad thing though is you can never find an employee to take off the end barriers on cricket material. Also this particular trip there was hardly any yarn but I think that may be a COVID thing not a Joanne thing because they are low at multiple stores.

I USED to love going there for all of my sewing needs but after the way I was treated for not being able to wear a mask I will not go there ever again! I even contacted corporate over it and I got treated even worse! I will never shop there again!

Manager Katherine or Kaitlyn I think really great lady helped me find my reciept very nice unlike other Joann stores in the area the managers were rude and tried to stick me with my product because I lost the receipt and payed with cash as If I committed a crime or suspicious which is so annoying when they can just help instead of working with you not against you?? But yeah they helped

Visited the Century 3 store on Clairton Boulevard on Sunday June 7th. An older couple in their 60s must have missed the mask policy posted on the door...The store manager Katy, Katelyn ? politely approached the couple and asked them to wear masks. Her delivery was impressive! She was respectful in her wording to the elders and stated the store policy.The man got irritated and gave her a hard time... The couple was cleary irritated by this, as they exchanged words with me, in front, and another lady in back when I asked her husband to step back from me.I felt compelled to share this story...due to the young lady managers politeness and impressiveness. She handled the situation with flying colors.

Still one of the best craft stores in the Pleasant Hills area. Yeah, they opened a Hobby Lobby up over the hill, but that store doesnt have the selection of fabrics and small notions that Joanns does. And not to put them down about it (because I understand their founders religious beliefs) but with Hobby Lobby not being open on Sunday, it makes them a little less convenient on the weekends.

This Joann’s is the friendliest Joann and craft store we go too. They are always saying hello, if we looked lost and someone is available, they will ask us. I enjoy going in here because they are friendly. Sometimes they don’t have what I am looking for, but knowing they are friendly makes a big difference. Keep up the great work Pleasant Hills!!

Wide selection of fabrics crafting supplies, & sewing notions.

Out of any of the JoAnn stores Ive been to this one is the least inviting. It seems dark, messy and only is 1/3 fabrics.

Any clue how long it will take to get an on line order for pick up at the store? I was careful to order only supplies listed as available, in stock at this particular store. I have waited 2 full days now. Had I known I would have ordered through Amazon and had it delivered.

I love JoAnn Fabrics. I love the people who work there, they will stop what they are doing to help you. Point out what coupons are available for what you are looking for. They have a wonderful stock of fabrics, craft supplies, and home decorations.

Not as big of a selection as most JoAnns, but the lady cutting fabric and the one on front register were both very helpful.

Great place for crafts. Pricey if you dont shop sales or use coupons. A lot of fabric.

Great quilting fabric selection. A decent cross section of arts and crafts supplies. I was pleasently surprised to discover that this location had stretched artist canvases and high end paint supplies. I bought some Winsor & Newton acrylics.

This JoAnn fabrics is by far the best in the area... Its huge & has a wide variety of crafting needs... Love it!

Joann Fabrics stores are always a nice place to go when you need a specific type of fabric or fastener that you just cant find at Michaels. Ive never had an issue here personally, though I go quite frequently.
