Walking down Carson street hunger. However walked pass a dozen places that or closed. Came across Fudge Farm. Since they had happy hour burger& fire special menu on street, I walked in.I wasnt expecting much for this burger. Just hoping to be cooked, lol its a fudge shop.Wow, what awesome burger & fires. Excellent size, tasty and cooked to Perfection. Fresh fries reminded me of Kennywood potato patch fires.Great place and outstanding customer service too...Ill be back for a Mania Milkshake soon....

They used to be very delicious, but I ordered freshly baked cookies today, and were pretty much the same if I opened up a pack of chips ahoy. The soft kind, but still cold and overly sweet. I remember they would always be hot even from ordering delivery.... Still unsure about their milkshakes or other sweets they carry, but perhaps Ill try them again.

I love their milkshakes!!! Theyre SO good, especially their Red Velvet one. They have ice cream flavors like Apple Pie, Red Velvet, Cookie Dough, Coffee, etc. I think they switch some flavors up from time to time. They have a small few non-dairy options too!They have regular & specialty shakes too! They have the cutest names & dope choices that come with each, like Pop Tarts, Toaster Strudles, Cheesecake, Cookies, Pretzles, etc, plus they got a lot of topping choices.You can also so scoops if you want & they have candy apples, fudge & other little goodies there! They have regular & swing seats! The staff is always so sweet & they make sure your milkshakes overflow (literally sometimes lol). So get napkins because they hook you up!

When their cookies are freshly baked they’re *amazing*. Unfortunately, not only are they sometimes not baked fresh, the cookies don’t appear to be theirs at all. When you order you never know if you’re going to get the fresh cookies, or the grocery store/mrs fields kind. It’s like they sometimes run out of cookies so they go grab some at Giant Eagle. It’s obvious they’re not Fudge Farm’s cookies. They don’t look, taste, or smell like the same. They’re exactly the same kind you get from the store. I don’t like paying $12 for cookies that are supposed to be fresh baked, and get awful grocery store ones instead.

Food truck came to Plum. No fudge on the truck. Milkshake machine kept breaking. Over an hour wait for a burnt burger. They were late getting there and then took a half hour to open. Unorganized and not worth the wait or the money. Embarrassing.

If I could give zero star rating to this Carson St location I would. They were to deliver a fruit bouquet for Valentine’s Day (I placed this order on Feb 11, 2021) to my mother between Friday Feb 12 and Sunday Feb 14, 2021. They then updated my order to say it was delivered on Friday Feb 12, even though it had not been delivered. My mothers house has multiple cameras, and I went through all of the video between Friday Feb 12@7am-Sunday Feb 14@12noon - no one attempted any delivery during this time period. So I contacted business a little after 12noon on Feb 14 and was promised it would be delivered by 8pm Sunday night Feb 14, 2021. It was not delivered, and I again called the business after checking my mothers house videos. The person took my name and contact info and said the boss would call me back asap. Monday morning Feb 15@11am - cannot get through to business for the last 1 hour - constantly getting a busy signal. Finally got through to the business via phone around 3pm Feb 15. A different person took my info. I told this person I want to have my order delivered tonight and person said the boss would contact me asap. As of this posting, I still have not received any callback from this boss person, nor has my mother received her fruit arrangement for Valentines Day. One would think a Valentines delivery order would have extra effort made to ensure it was delivered successfully, instead of telling me, 2 days past it was due to be delivered, that it would be delivered by 8pm, but again, it was still not delivered 4 days AFTER it was to be delivered. UNREAL!!

I am disappointed with my experience with Fudge Farm. I thought that I reserved a time for an event when my almost $200 payment was accepted and processed from my account. My husband called the next day to ask if we could push the time back. We were told that the space was already reserved. We were told that our money would be refunded. We asked to receive an email confirming the refund and explaining what happened. The manager was pleasant but their system should be reviewed. I shared how its inconvenient to take money for a service and product that is not guaranteed without clearly explaining this on the website. The site explains that the fee is to reserve your date and time but you are really just paying for a request.I had to make other cancelations because of Fudge Farms flawed system. I asked to speak with the owner but Ive yet to be contacted by email (even regarding the confirmation ) or phone. I was told that shell see what she could do but there was not any follow up. We should have been contacted asap when they received notification that a customer paid for something that they were unable to provide. They should also update their website so this inconvenience is prevented in the future to other potential customers.

The lady with long black hair was super busy playing with her phone while a new worker has no idea how to make the shake! You have to waste an hour to get your order with workers that dont welcome you or even smile at you! First and last time visiting this place!

An excellent and unique milkshake and dessert shop! Right from the front door we were greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. He helped us out with the menu and was very pleasant.The milkshakes were mind blowing. So delicious. Havent stopped thinking about the shop and will definitely be back!

Food truck was a massive disappointment. Frozen burger and it was paper thin. The milkshake tasted like plastic or metal. Had two sips and threw it away

Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of different options to choose from, but I recommend one of their signature milkshakes. They are well worth the price.

Their mania milkshakes are fun and delicious! The service tonight was not the best. Worth it if you dont mind waiting a while.Update to the owners response: I could understand new staff however there were four employees and only one to two executing orders, with little to none customer service skills. (I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me...) I hope I just came on a bad night. If this was new staff they seemed extremely overwhelmed and in need of guidance.

I loved fudge farm salted caramel fudge until they changed it . I stopped by homefront store the Fourth of July weekend to buy some. It’s white in coloring now not even that rich dark Carmel coloring and the flavor has totally changed. What a disappointment!!!

Very delicious though I couldnt bring myself to buy 1 caramel apple w/ nuts for almost FOURTEEN BUCKS!!!

Had a fruit bouquet delivered to me from a friend. No one knocked they just dropped it on the ground in front of my screen door. When my friend said she received a confirmation that it was delivered I went and opened the door and the whole thing tipped over and fell apart. It was a warm day and all the chocolate had melted off the fruit. It was one big mess.

There is no taste of chocolate or cocoa in any treats and everything tastes of plain sugar. Wouldn’t go there again

This place is great! The milkshakes with hot brownies inside were fantastic, and they have all kinds of delicious fudge and chocolates! They also have swings inside that are pretty fun to swing on while you sip down your shake. Definitely a new gem in Southside!

Loved it! It was a great experience! World Class service, like I train my staff, very clean store, which is important. The shakes were great! Plenty to choose on the menu, which featured some places that Ive known growing up in the city. The shakes were aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and the pallet. Its a go for me! A great place to take your kids, or for a date. 👍 Definitely a place to frequent.

I came here regularly and loved it but lately its just not that good. I got the carson st deli and it tasted like banana flavoring mixed into vanilla and was kind of bitted. And they put this weird yellow dye on top which gave it a bad flavor

Went for the first time a few days ago. The girl behind the counter was nice but very slow. Ordered two milkshakes at $6.00 each, and they were so thick and chunky that they were almost completely undrinkable. Also the cups were super sticky. I was very disappointed, probably won’t go back.

I waited two hours for an Uber driver to pick up my milkshakes, which isnt their fault, BUT that was plenty of time to call me and tell me they didnt have cheesecake for my foxtail. I paid $8 for a red velvet milkshake when I only wanted it because it came with a whole slice of cheesecake. So disappointed. False advertising.

Have you been to Fudge Farm yet? It is amazing. The staff and owner are incredibly nice and make you feel just at home when you go in. The desserts there are out of this world. I went once and had to go back twice in the same week because I couldn’t stop thinking about it! I would recommend to anyone when you are craving sweets or need anything for parties!

Super slow! It took them 40 mins to give us two milkshakes. After that they said they were out of salted caramel. They guy was really rude.

A friend recommended the place and it did not disappoint. It is a little pricey, but they have happy hour. I purchased a cone for only a $1! I know I will go back in the future to most certainly try the other flavors of ice cream and a brownie sundae.

Went here over the weekend from a recommendation of a friend, I was beyond satisfied with my visit. The manager went above and beyond to make sure my young daughter was happy he gave her a brownie to try. This was very refreshing to see that level of customer service. I have been a manager for 11 years and it is great to see someone else care. The vibe in the whole place is great makes you want to stay for awhile and the Sundaes we got were absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I got the one with the chocolate covered pretzels, it was to die for!!! We will be back frequently! The combination of great service and great treats will have me making the hour long trek into the city for such a great experience! Thank you for everything!

I went into this place at around 10pm so maybe that is why it wasnt as great as I had heard but it was pretty empty and all the sweet treats looked good but when I ordered a shake for not 4, not 5, not 6, but 7 DOLLARS I was a little off put. The shake looked very pretty however it tasted like milk. Nothing really sweet just cold milk. I gave it to a homeless person and they threw it away to sum it all up.

My husband and l just stumbled upon this incredible shop for the first time and have been talking about our experience for days. We loved chatting it up with Sam while he talked us through and recommended some tasting on different fudges. He made an awesome milk shake and the ice cream selection was enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. We look forward to coming though again soon and kicking our feet up on the swings! . Thanks again Sam!!

It was fine. If you’re looking for ice cream or shakes go to the milkshake factory. Atmosphere is kind of awkward and unfinished. The only trash can is up by the registers which doesn’t really make sense. There are swings though so there’s that.

Amazing place between the fudge and the milkshakes you cant miss. Has an amazing southside theme with all the bars and shops listed as items on the menu. It also has all gourmet chocolates. We got the Jekyll and hyde milkshake with banana and chocolate ice cream and we sat on the in-house swings. Great place no matter your age or time of day!!!

If you have a sweet tooth and want to shop local this is the place to go. Every sugary, sweet good you could possibly imagine. They make all of their own products and are very knowledgeable. I highly reccomend you try one of their pre designated milkshakes.

They have a really good happy hour and I had a brownie and mint chocolate chip sundae for 2 dollars. BUT the girl who served me was rude and scowled and sighed through the whole experience like she didnt want to to be there. I think she was staying there past her shift time because when another coworker came in she slammed something down and stormed away. So rude. The girl on the cash register was super nice in comparison.

Ordered ice cream with strawberry topping. Paid, then they gave me plain ice cream and said they were out of strawberries. Didnt offer no substitute just said thats all we got. Should of told me before I Paid! Wouldnt recommend just because of the non smiling no helpful rude service.

This place is fantastic and a great place to take a young family.Let’s start off with the building...You walk into an inviting and large space that has a bunch of swings attached to the wall which were an instant hit with my two young children. The entire inside was very clean and I didn’t see any trash or dust anywhere. There are enough tables inside for customers and it’s well illuminated.The service here was very good and the staff took great care in taking my families order and making what we purchased.The sweets, let’s start with lemonade I ordered, it was straight up the best I ever had. The gentleman who made it took great care that it was full of lemon flavor and that all the sugar was dissolved in the water. They also have wide straws so getting the drink out was easy. It was also NOT full of ice, it was probably 20% or less of ice which is a nice as you get more of what you paid for.My two children each got ice cream cones with two scoops each. The scoops were really large and perfectly formed which helped keep it all together and melt in a uniform manor. Both of my kids reported the ice cream was very smooth and had zero ice crystals.My wife got a milkshake and I was surprised by the amount of care the gentleman making it put into it. The craftsmanship, if I can call it that, was unlike anything I had seen before. We have also been to another big milkshake joint two blocks away from this on and the care here was much higher in quality. My wife exclaimed this was one of the best shakes she had ever had and given how well it was put together there is not a doubt in my mind that it was.We came on a Sunday so the usual crappiness of the Southside (Parking, Drunk People....) was not an issue so if your a family man like myself a Sunday afternoon is the perfect time to stop by as the crowds were low and parking was only a nightmare instead of the apocalypse.

Completely satisfied. Milkshakes are amazing, a bit overpriced but the presentation makes up for it. Ended up leaving with two milkshakes, about 12 chocolate covered pretzels and a pound of assorted fudge for 20.00 total. I would definitely check this place out if you havent already.

Milkshakes are okay but overpriced. Waste of chocolate in the rim you cant really eat it. Sundaes are just a few scoops of ice cream a lot of whipped cream and some random piece of chocolate stuck in the top.
