Customer service was great and everyone was really nice. I was even going to ignore the fact that no one answers the phone or tells you that you have to walk through 2 buildings to even get to the place. But the mildew on the fruit really cut the cake for me!!!! I gave them the 1 star just so I could leave the review.
Received a box as a gift and it was so good! The fruit was very fresh and everything looked beautiful. The delivery driver was also so sweet!!!
They advertise same day delivery but it’s actually not same day. The customer service representative is quite rude and it felt like she was having a bad day and had called me to take out her anger. Quite disconcerted by this. Anyways, the fruit etc itself is quite nice.
I work at Allegheny General hospital. My order was not delivered at the time it was scheduled to be delivered and it was also left outside of a entrance for a stranger to pick up. The stranger called me around 5 after my work shift and I had already been home and told me they found my order outside the hospital sitting on the ground. I told the woman she could have the fruit because it would just go bad. I also had a order a few months ago and it was also delivered after the time that was picked. This second time that this happened I left a voicemail to speak with a manager and of course no one ever got back to me. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll take my business and money elsewhere.
This is absolutely the worst Business I’ve ever delt with I guess this is why they refuse to answer the phone no doubt I had a few choice words for them. I put a Order in for my wife’s birthday the morning 8/9/21 for delivery at Children’s Hospital and payed $120.00 she got off work at 4:30 and the order was never delivered I couldn’t believe it I would Love to meet the owner’s of this business so I could explain to them how they messed my day up I would advise anyone dealing with this business to spend your money elsewhere 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽
Unprofessional. Never answers the phone. Being that they’re the only edible arrangement available in pittsburgh I’d never want to order from here. I can’t even get in touch with anyone to inquire.
First time ordering an edible arrangement. Ordered for a friend thats in the hospital who just received a kidney transplant. They received it today, looks like someone dropped it, picked it back up and still gave it to them! All the cheesecake destroyed. The tray looked a mess.. Very disappointing for them to receive it that way.. Tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. All around horrible experience
I feel bad because my husband knows how much I usually love edible arrangements but it was a massive letdown this year. The strawberries were brown, didn’t look like they had been washed and seemed to be mushy and old. It was actually so gross I didn’t even eat half of it! Waste of money and huge disappointment.
Horrible Service! I ordered an arrangement for my husband who is away and specifically requested in the delivery instructions that it be delivered to his hotels front desk, because I knew he would be away. They decided to deliver it to his hotel room door instead, where no one would be there to retrieve it or refrigerate it, and not to mention, potentially stolen. They also called him, so the element of surprise had also been ruined. When I asked why they would do that, they said because there was no one at the front desk, and when I pointed out there was no one at his hotel room either, they argued it was store policy. I think they need to get some new policies and drivers who pay attention to the given instructions.
The arrangement was beautiful. However pickup is very confusing there is no place to park. Phones were busy when I was trying to call and voicemail was full.
Did this for an employee at my job, I didnt actually get the experience, being it was for someone else, specifically!
Ordered a Birthday gift to be delivered to work... the building is 5 minutes from our workplace and was delivered almost at 5PM!!!! Coworker stayed later just to recieve the gift. We thought it would be here at 9AM. Ridiculous especially the amount of money it was!!!
My order was supposed to be delivered today and wasn’t. Store is closed now and can’t get hold of anyone. What a disappointment and terrible holiday weekend

Amazing service. I am a frequent visitor of this new location and I have to say the staff is a pleasure to interact with. They provide amazing service and even better samples. when first shopping at this location I didnt know they provided more than arrangements. They have smoothies too!! I wasnt sure what to order but an sweet girl name Ashley convinced me to get a liquid sunshine with whipped cream on top and it was just as great as she said it would be. She picked out the perfect arrangement within the price range and offered a coupon even though I didnt have one. She had the arrangement sent out the following day just as she said she would 🤗She was great. Keep up the good work ladies!!! Im telling everyone I know.
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home for a family friends funeral service as i was unable to make it. The order didn’t make it in time for the funeral. Understandable as the site does say they can’t guarantee delivery times. I called and asked if i could have it re routed and they said sure. I hung up got the address it needed to go to and called back and was told by a different person who answered the phone “well that’s not possible” i just talked to someone 10 mins prior who said it was fine. Put me on hold then placed me on speaker phone as i could hear more than one voice in the background. I gave them the new address and the woman was very ignorant and said we can’t deliver there it’s not in our vicinity. So i politely said “well we need to figure something out” she so very rudely said “NO YOU NEED TO FIGURE SOMETHING OUT” very very unprofessional and i said excuse me i just spent 50 dollars for an arrangement for someone who had just passed aways family. That’s not very polite to talk to someone that way who’s mourning a loss. And they all started talking crazy couldn’t really make out what they were saying i asked 5 times for their names and they wouldn’t answer so i said i would by calling corporate (which i did) and I’m hoping the owner will make this right. My order was re-routed to be delivered from another store. And the one lady at the end of the call yelled “BYE BITCH” and hung up. That level of customer service was completely unnecessary i remember one of the ladies names who answered the phone the second time i called, the one who was rude her name was Tammy. Edible arrangements pride themselves in customer service and i was let down. These employees get paid fairly decent money and to act that way is appalling.Edit: right after posting this the owner called me and got it out for delivery today which is nice. I just hope something is done about the employees who were beyond disrespectful
I would give 0 Stars if I could because these people do not even consider seriousness and customer service when it comes to certain matters and the law. Two Times I was sent a anonymous (same) package from someone and had to file a police report not once but probably twice because they do not do their job there even when building security has been advised on ongoing matters. The Manager Lori or Laura, not sure tried to be understanding but basically told me the he that ordered it would not be released. When I explained how this is the second time they sent the same package she just said sorry about the mix up. How can this company continue to issue to someone who files a report against them and pretty much send a product for free the second time? What happened to compassion and peoples safety!!!???

Horrible customer service
Speaking as a former employee fruit is pretty hit or miss at best, management is an utter travesty, and if you plan on working here dont expect any formal training except from fellow associates.
Ashley is the best at customer service. If shes not working the counter then, I keep walking and wont buy anything where as if shes working, Ill usually spend $10
