I went in looking for a specific set that I saw on-line, the pleasant sales team told me that they don’t sell sets at the outlet store.The sales team went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and created my own custom set.First they pulled up the website found the set I wanted and started there. They showed me all the pieces in the set and I found that most of the pieces were smaller than I had wanted.The sales team had me show them what I wanted and placed everything on the counter and then added everything up. With the their help and the in store discount I did much better than on-line! More pieces and a little less cost.This shopping adventure remained me that the in person shopping experience cannot be compared.Jessica S and coworker made a forever customer out of my husband and I.Thank you, Diane

Jamie was amazing!!!! She helped me get some discontinued pieces to complete my set. I had broken one of the plates. She went above and beyond to get everything shipped to me very quickly. Also, I had some pieces that arrived broken and she immediately took care of this and sent new pieces. I was very pleased with my experience. She was very pleasant and helpful and even recommended an additional piece (oval casserole) that is one of my favorites. You will definitely receive great service from Jamie and her team!! I visited this location last week to find a last minute housewarming present for a friend and Mary Jo was so helpful! (I hope I remembered her name correctly). She answered all my questions and offered her suggestions as well. I actually ended up purchasing some pieces for myself as well. I usually visit the Grove City location but I will definitely be back to this location when I’m in the area.

I purchased a kettle from this store less than 6 months ago. The mechanism that makes it whistle fell out. I took it back to the store, the very rude manager informed me it was my fault. She eventually said Mail it back they might help you. As you can see from photo I believe in LeCreuset products, this manager should get trained on how to treat customers with respect. It wiill be a long time before I go to any of their stores and certainly will never go to this one again. I reccomend you avoid it.

I came in to purchase a gift for my wife. Jami was wonderful in helping me pick out several items. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. The other employees were also very nice. I plan on shopping here again and would highly recommend this brand.

Selection is limited indicative of customer service. Best to browse online if you want to stick with Le Creuset as they had better deals. I even turned my ad block off to get a resemblance of customer service. Unfortunate that the manager doesnt care, hard to turn a profit in brick amd mortar these days, wouldnt expect them to survive another year without better staff/training.

The associate that I actually spoke with was lovely. The selection in the store was great. While I was there, another employee (I think the manager) walked across the store without a mask on.

I stopped in to see what they had and was surprised at the amount of items and quite large selection. There was a lot on sale and managed to snag a 5.5 qt Dutch Oven for over half off 😊 The associate that helped me, Jami, was knowledgeable and no pressure. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to shop here again.

The visit was very disappointing. The associate was Lisa. Normally we get exemplary customer service at all the Le Creuset stores. This visit was anything but that. She was too busy typing on her computer to help us. We are Le Creuset collectors and we shop the stores regularly. She did not guide us to any bulk deals or sales. We will return but she needs guidence on how to wait on clients properly.

Melissa (store manager) was so kind and helpful. We drove there from Youngstown to purchase some sale items, and she was thoughtful enough to send me a thank you note in the mail for my patronage.She has won a loyal customer in us that is for certain!The store is extremely clean and organized.Will DEFINITELY be back next time we feel the need to add more Le Creuset items to our growing collection.

Melissa was the most friendly, most helpful salesperson at the Le Creuset Store in the North Hills in Pittsburgh, PA. Her information and insight sold me on Le Creuset, which I have looked at for a long time, but hesitated to buy due to its weight. She made me understand that a big portion of the weight of the pieces is in the lids, which can be placed on separately into the oven, thus lessening the load. Thank you to Melissa. I purchased two pieces today and received great prices as well.

I am very disappointed with the order I made on Dec 21, 2019 on the Le Creuset website. I paid $46 to get overnight shipping of my overpriced dutch oven. I was planning on leaving for Christmas vacation on Dec 24 and I wanted to bring the dutch oven with me as a gift. The order was not delivered until Dec 26 so I had already left.I tried to reach them by phone and by email to request a refund on the extra charge for overnight shipping since it was not shipped. No one ever answered my call or my email.

We (my wife and I) specifically went out of our way to go to the outlet store located at 8021 McKnight Rd Spc K4, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 and were there on 12/14/2019 at 8:40 pm - twenty minutes before closing time. However, the store was closed but we could see an employee walking around and they knew we were there but they wouldnt open the store for us. We were there to buy a 6 qt dutch oven. Needless to say we will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
