Been trying to work with this company for years. All the aftermarket parts are equal and everyone sells the same imported stuff but these guys have the absolute worst logistics of anyone Ive ever dealt with. The few $ you save over LKQ comes back to bite you in the rear because they refuse to staff properly and CAN NOT commit to a delivery day yet alone a time. They left me hanging for the last time. Operating the way they do, they wont be around much longer.

Not sure why the negative comments but personally the folks that work here are great people and give 100%. The DM will deliver parts if they get too busy.The parts are quality but not OEM as dictated by the 90% savings off of list. I’ve ordered tens of thousands of dollars in parts and may have had a total of 2 or 3 bumpers that were warped or damaged. Perhaps 2 or 3 lamp assy’s that were incorrect.We inspect upon arrival and test fitment when possible, ASAP. (This avoids “labor claims” and headaches on Friday afternoon…just a tip) but they will make it right no doubt.

Absolute horrible service! Tried ordering off them multiple times and every time I end up disappointed! Parts are not quality, poor fitment and they will not issue labor credits. Called accounting to get reimbursed for 3 parts I returned defective and they keep giving me the run around. Buyer beware!
