I haven’t gone to these folks for service BUT my 96 Ford E-150’s ac gave up the ghost and I called for advice on an alternative option. I spoke with Chris and he was amazing! His store couldn’t help me, but he went online and searched for a product that seemed as though it would do the job and told me where to go to get it. If someone is willing to go out of their way for a random stranger on the phone, imagine how far they will go for an actual customer. Just sayin…

Had a Teraflex lift put on by these guys, install was good, took it back for the 500 mile check up they do as part of the install, everything was perfect. Labor price was very competitive, I worked with Max. Great experience.

Absolutely in LOVE with the work that the crew from 4WP does. The assistant manager and the front salesman are the best people in retail to ever work with. The store manager is also so nice and accommodating to anything anyone needs. I love the mechanics as well, they’re so great and do such an amazing job on my keep. This place is located on old 22 business district they supply parts for off the road and on the road 4wd vehicles they also repair said type s of vehicles they sell all types off accessory the people are easy to work with

No one answers the phone and when they do you ask a question they dont have an answer for you get put on hold. After being put on hold you realize no one is going to be getting back on the line. This has happened twice now. Garbage customer service would never recommend let alone trust people like that to work on anyones vehicle. Find people who want to work and do there job.

Agreed with other negative reviews on here. Rudest people ever, very unprofessional and bland. Owners should fire them all or close down. Who runs this place ? Look at the reviews this place is getting a bad reputation already.Clown mechanics, they forgot to tighten several bolts on differential cover, fluid leaking all over. Inexcusable.

Matt and his crew do awesome work I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had a 9 lift put on it with helper bags in the rear and a bunch of other stuff they did an awesome job even if you would have problems they will do anything they can to make it right

Im a first time jeep owner. 4WP was highly recommended to me. The jeep needs basically everything. Mint frame and body. I went in and the assistant manager was at the register. He was the one assisting me. Since I am new to jeeps I asked him many questions. He was very short and rude with his answers.I went in with my check book and left with no parts. I would not recommend anyone dealing with him. He seemed to not understand I was the customer.I would highly recommend NOT going to this shop in monroeville pa. I felt belittled by the time I was done dealing with him.I was the only customer in the shop at the time. It wasnt like there was a line waiting to check out!Thanks for reading this review.

I am very disappointed with 4WP Monroeville. I was about to make a big purchase for my boyfriend’s jeep on Wednesday. But then felt very very uncomfortable when I was sitting in my car as I witnessed the assistant manager walk outside and throw his cup against the side of the building. At that point in time It also caught my eye as he was raising his hand that he was carrying a handgun. My boyfriend has spent a lot of money and worked with crash a lot making deals and it is very disappointing to have witnessed this. This is unacceptable behavior coming from an employee especially the assistant manager. I also do not think it is acceptable that employees are permitted to carry hand guns. Because of this, I am taking my business elsewhere from now on and will be sure to spread the word.

I asked about a lift kit for my truck and was told that its probably too rusty to work on. They didnt even see it. Its a southern vehicle with no rust. I bought a lift kit and did it myself. The manager was really rude in my opinion, maybe he judged me on the hole in my work jacket...

Don Kasyan, an excellent salesman, he will literally reach his hand in your wallet to steal all your money. These people do not follow COVID19 guidelines.

I placed a order with a sales associate which was the assistant manager I was told I would get a phone call on Tuesday or Wednesday with a confirmation and order number for my bug shield and at that time I would schedule an appointment that was on 31 June today is July 20 and I stopped at the store to ask the status of my bug shield and the sales associate called and the Company was not able to ship until after September so I canceled my whole $700 order the problem that I have is the fact that I could not even get the decency of a phone call To be notified about the delay or if I wanted to go a different route. Customer service is the number one thing to me in once a place provides poor customer service that is the last time I will ever do business with that place so I recommend anybody that wants to get anything done to the vehicle or buy anything to go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I got a Jeep back in February and was excited to find this store. The store is actually much smaller than I anticipated. There was one person working when I visited and unfortunately I wasnt ever acknowledged after being in the store for almost a half hour browsing. The inventory in the store is significantly smaller than online. They do have a ton of bumpers, hitches, etc., but I would recommend browsing online first to see if its in stock at the store before going.

Got a lift kit there for my Jeep. The customer service was pretty good. They have reasonable prices! The only thing was when I got home with the kit I found out it was missing the rear sway bar linkage, I called them up and they took care of it right away and are shipping it out right away! So Im very pleased with how they handled the problem! Would definitely be shopping there again!

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. Tonight was my 3rd call to the store. Every other time I get the response we’ll check on it and call you back to no avail. I only ordered vent visors for the windows and apparently that’s a special order requiring payment when placed. I will not do business here again. The manager tonight was polite enough but I honestly felt like he could’ve cared less that his sales team does not return customer calls!

You would be better off driving your jeep off the closest bridge than letting these guys touch your rig. Went in to get some simple work done. They charged me a ridiculous amount to do. Oh well. Got home, realized they didnt even touch the parts that I needed fixed but still charged me for it. Dishonest business and terrible lazy employees.

These guys REALLY dropped the ball. It took multiple visits to install my Icon Stage 2 suspension and UCA on a 2016 4Runner. I was told they install this setup all the time so i figured it would be a simple install for them. They removed my existing bilstein 5100 all around and rear spacer to install the new setup. I requested the new set up to be adjusted and level front and rear (3-2). When they installed the rear springs they reinstalled the rear spacers (1.5) with the new springs that were 2 taller and never adjusted the front coilovers. They gave me the hot rod special lol. I called before picking it up to make sure it was adjusted and leveled. I was told yes sir!! Not the case. They also installed new UCA. They come with 8 washer. 4 for each side. They only installed 6 out of the 8. That caused the bushing and grease to slid out and a washer width of slop which cause a bunch of knocking on every bump you hit. Not sure how they missed that one. Went back to get these issues corrected and requested AGAIN for it to be adjusted and level. They still failed to get it leveled. Bad experience and wont be returning. 3 out of the 4 guy working out front were great except the dude i had to deal with. (RTT/Truck dude)

Ive sent 3 emails for a status on something I ordered online June 20. As of July 17, not only have I yet to receive the order, but no one will return my messages!

I ordered a replacement radiator which said it was in stock. I called a week later when no status change was made, waited on hold for 35 minutes for the customer service rep to tell me if was in back order and they do not know when it will be filled. I asked if they would put the credit back on the gift card and they tell me they don’t know and I will need to call back. I waited on hold for too long before and will not call back. I will attempt to get the gift card refunded and will use a different company to make my purchases from now on. With a market that is full of options to purchase accessories and parts for off road vehicles, customer service is what sets a company aside from the others.

Came in for an alignment on my custom f350 and these guys almost killed me tire rod literally popped out of the sleeve while i was driving 40mph damaged parts and ive spend alot of money with this company for my jeep never will i spend a penny with this company again. Also sent in pictures of the sleeve before it popped out because it was bent and multiple calls into the shop with no return calls absolutely do not go to this location!!!!! And thats after i tipped the shop manager Nate $45 for doing the alignment and paying to almost kill me.
