They ordered my windshield and had it installed within a week. They came right to my job and replaced it and even saved my oil change sticker and inspection and emissions stickers. I can’t believe another company tried to criticize this one; Tim was great! Not only was Tim wonderful but Greg was as well. It took 2 days to get a windshield at a cheaper rate and the work was excellent. Both Tim and Greg were great at communicating and never made me feel like my time was being wasted. The price was the best price even came to my vehicle to replace it. They are less expensive then the one that claims they are 50% and they dont come to you. The customer service over the phone was just as great and smooth as the person they sent out. Tim called before he arrived, he was polite an professional. I truly wish there were more Tims in this 🌎. He told me what to expect as far has what he would do and that the strip around the window may look different but it serves the same purpose he told me about how long give or take. I called three highly reviewed places for windshield replacement. Auto glass discounter was the best price. The technician came on time and called me to give me heads up. I live in a place where it is very hard to find a parking spot. I forgot to give him instructions on where to park the car. So he had to loop three times to find parking. He was being very understanding about my mistake and very friendly. He did the car windshield very quickly and carefully. I want to thank the technician again for his nice work! I am very pleased with my services from AutoGlass Discounters.Originally I had tried to get an appointment with a different business named Xtreme AutoGlass Pros, but they wanted to just play a bunch of phone tag and not call me back after I left voicemails for them.I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next.I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civics rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know theyd meet me at my house.The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability.The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh.He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car.The service for my quarter window/rear vent replacement was $245.03. This was the first place I called when I needed my windshield replaced after a big cracked appeared. They called me back less than 24 hours after I sent my request, gave me a quote over the phone, and set up an appointment to do work right away. The work was done in my driveway and very quickly. Good quality and very professional. My only trouble is that the inspection stickers no longer stick but that’s to be expected.

These guys were great! I had a small crack on my windshield and called on a Wednesday and promptly received a text message asking if that Friday worked to come out for a repair. They actually come to you! After it was determined that a repair wasnt going to work (it was on the drivers side impairing vision and slightly bigger than anticipated), they rescheduled for the following week for a replacement. Again, the technician Bob came out to where I was. He was pleasant, fast, and courteous. They even have a limited warranty on the replacement. All in all it was a good experience. Affordable and really good service! I have a salvaged Prius that isnt road-ready yet, so we needed a replacement service to come to us. These guys are based right in town, and they were able to set me up with an appointment on the MORNING of the day I called. They were also able to save my quote while I checked to make sure it would fit in the budget, which was really convenient.I messed up my order (turns out the Prius C is shaped nothing like a regular Prius, oops), so Bob got me a new quote on the spot for the correct windshield and brought it over to my house within half an hour. Took em maybe five minutes to figure it out over the phone. The new quote was barely $20 higher than the original, so you can expect no last-minute fee hikes from these guys!Hes still installing it, but Im pleased enough with the service already to give Auto Glass Discounters a full five stars.
