It’s 4th of July weekend and everyone is booked. They answered the phone right away and were so helpful while we were broken down and needed a tow. I have a 14 ft step van that is a food truck and they were willing to tow it. Their prices are so fair and the service is fantastic they went out of the way to make things as convenient as possible.

Hands down the best towing experience Ive ever had. I bought a car in Pittsburgh and needed it towed to Morgantown, WV (78 miles). AAA was giving me the run-around. After waiting for 10 hours, AAA said they could not find an operator to complete my tow. I called around for quotes from local Pittsburgh towing companies. Not only did Stickles Towing give me the lowest quote, they were the easiest to deal with and the most personable. I was apprehensive, because Morgantown towing companies are VERY unethical and predatory, however with Stickles, I was able to arrange a tow and rest easy.Joe is very personable and easy to work with. He gave me updates and worked with me to get me an invoice so that AAA could reimburse me. He even honored my initial quote down to the dollar! Stickles Towing was there for me when AAA left me stranded. Id recommend Stickles Towing to anyone needing a tow in the greater Pittsburgh!

They got involved in a domestic verbal agree between my son in law and my daughter. They came on my posted No trust passing property and removed my daughters car, and damaged my property. Of course the driver of the tow truck refuses to take any responsibility in any wrong doing, he even went as far as to say we put the no trust passing sign up after he left.

I requested the tow service at night on a busy 4 lane highway. The dispatcher promised three times that the driver was on the way. They never showed and then stopped answering the phone. My daughter and I were alone and in an unsafe situation. They did finally show up and tow the car but the process was less than ideal. The pricing was reasonable and those we spoke to were apologetic. I have adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Broke down in the Squirrel Hill tunnels, got pushed out and then called Stickles. They were there within the hour and had very fair prices. Driver was very friendly and great at his job. Ill use them again if I ever need to.

We are from Ohio and while visiting friends in Pittsburgh we unfortunately left a light on in the car. Battery was dead when we went to leave 2 days later. Our friend tried to jump our car and did it wrong and blew a fuse. We called 4 other towing companies before calling Stickles and we were either quoted much more and then told they didn’t service our area or they wouldn’t take a card and we had no way to get cash. Whomever came to us from Stickles Towing (I wish I got his name) was an absolute godsend! He was super funny in a stressful time for us and was VERY knowledgeable. He helped us get the car running and safe enough for us to make it all the way home (a 2 1/2 hour drive). Took very little time and only charged us only $10 more than a jump to actually fix the fuse in the main fuse panel enough to get us home. His tow truck had a skull on the front of that helps 😂 Was VERY impressed and very happy we called!

Stickles Towing was contracted to do a flat-tire replacement on my work vehicle this evening. Joe arrived in his truck within the estimated time-frame (despite driving from one end of Pittsburgh to the other), he got the damaged tire off - and the spare on - in no time at all, and was a very cool guy as well. My car insurance State Farms told me to use this company. They brought a flat bed to my house to tow. I was inform from my repair shop car that the driver left some kind light on in my car and of course they had a dead car! They dont have trusted employees handling customer property. I called and the guy did not say sorry nothing but he did hang up on me! Beware!

Had to have my car towed from the city all the way out to butler county. Driver was polite and professional and helped me stay calm through car problems. Rate was fair and the whole experience was pleasant.

Extremely reasonable prices, maybe even the best in the city. I called in to have my car towed but they were pretty busy, asked me to text them the pickup and drop off locations. Contacted me later in the day and even waited for me to meet then though I was half an hour away from my car. $80 to tow 6 miles in rush hour traffic cant beat that. You are the best!

Came quickly and made me laugh which was difficult with the frustration I had been having with my car. Not only did they take me to the garage so I could talk to the mechanic, but offered to drop me off at my apartment which is up a steep hill. Because I paid with a card I was worried that it would take forever to collect the money. By the time I got home and checked my bank account they had already charged the card for the amount quoted, which was much cheaper than I was thinking it would be! Highly recommend them.

Broke down on the parkway just as rush hour traffic was starting. Went through the list of closest towing companies and got no answer from other people. Tried Stickles and he answered and got out there fast. Very nice, down to earth owner/operator, and Im very thankful for the cheap rate too.

They went above and beyond to help a distraught mother in Georgia retrieve her sons car that had broken down on a friend 110 miles away from Pittsburgh while he was out of the country. This company only cares about taking your money. I parked my truck in the back of a parking lot. I asked for permission from the owner of the parking lot. He said it was ok. I parked off to the side because I did not want to block anyone. Low and behold it was a Stickles Employee parking spot and they park a tow truck there. The guy told me there was a sign. The sign was behind some trees and you couldnt see any writing on it from 5 feet away. It was faded off. It looked to be 20 years old. I called the people to ask them why they towed me and they said because I parked in a no parking zone. The tow truck driver was so stupid he compared me parking at the back of this lot to someone parking on someones lawn. There was ample parking to park behind my truck. They charged me $185. They towed my car maybe 10/15 miles. Typical low life scheme to make money. They cant find real jobs or ways to make money so they tow cars for no reason. Then they charge $18/mile. When you are ripping people off you are quick to tow anyone that calls you.

Absolutely horrible. They were supposed to load our vehicle up at our house and haul it to Texas. They showed up 12!hrs late and said they had to drive it 16 miles to load it cause their truck broke down. Well they ended up driving it a hundred miles to their shop In Pittsburgh and now they won’t answer our calls. Totally unprofessional and we will be taking action. U guys are liars

A man in a pickup truck from your company saw me broken down, my exhaust system had fallen down and was dragging on the road. My brother in law had come to my rescue to help try to rig it up so I could get to a muffler shop. The towing guy helped lift up my car and helped rig up the coat hangers. I didnt have anything to give him but I could not be more grateful for his time, kindness and help.
