Very professional and personal. Easy to deal with, and reasonably priced I have now had them repair a couple of things, after first taking my Jeep in for body work. While they prefer cash they take various credit cards and also offer on the spot financing. I would highly recommend.

They are great up there. This was the first time i used them and I will definitely use premier auto body again. They are fair and most importantly HONEST. I didnt know my exhaust clamps were broken and my tail pipes were hanging down. The guy Michael who inspected my truck let me know and fixed them for me. I will be taking my truck back there when I need back brakes around the end of summer.

Hands down the best place Ive went to in years and probably the only place Ill be going to for now on drop my car off on a Thursday told me they couldnt check it out call me Thursday told me what was wrong they got my car back on the road Monday they dont play around they got the job done wish there was more mechanics like them

I have been searching for a local establishment to service my vehicles. Last year I started to look for a place to have my antiques truck painted. After stopping in at Premier and talking with Jay and some of the employees I knew I found a place that is reasonable and trustworthy. I will continue to use Premier for all my service needs.Thanks

Where do I begin... well first of all they had my car for a month did about 3 days worth of work on it when they were supposed to do alot more. They got paid close to 4 thousand dollars by my insurance company for the 1500 dollars worth of work they did. So not only did they rip me off but my insurance company too. Then after having our car back for 2 days the car dies on my wife driving home from work with all kinds of electrical issues now and all they told me was we didnt do any work under the hood YOU REPLACED THE HEADLIGHTS how is that nothing under the hood! Very disappointed and I hope they lose a ton of business from this review and from all the negative comments Ill gladly be giving out to everyone I know!

A tow truck company and body shop you can trust. We had a accident and Premier auto body towed us to their shop. Then the other people’s insurance company said that their insured said it was not his fault and we only had liability insurance. Instead of charging us for the tow Premier auto body told us not to worry they would not charge us for the tow and would tow it to our driveway until we decided and saved the money to fix it. After a week do to a wittiness they ended up taking fault so we called the shop and told them we would like them to fix it for us. They did a great job and we where very pleased from start to finish. They also called and said that we needed front tires for inspection and they had cords showing that was due at the end of the month but we had to decline do to my husband was hurt at work and just when back so thing were tight for now. When we picked it up i noticed that the tires were new and said that we declined the tires because we didn’t have the money and the employee said the owner seen the car seat in the back seat and said to put them on free of charge. I started to cry and couldn’t believe it. So if you are looking for a shop that has your best interests and more this should be your shop of choice without hesitation. Was in a accident and Premier auto body had one of their tow trucks tow me to their shop. The owner called to check on me and ask if he could help in any way. He explained the process and called and got me a rental. The rental would not be ready until later in the day so they arranged to pick me up and take me to get it. After getting the rental a few days later my insurance company sent someone out to look at it And called me to tell me what they saw and the amount of the damages and how long it would take to repair. They asked where I wanted it fixed at so they could issue the check in both of our names. I asked if I could leave it at Premier and he said that their work is excellent and they are very professional so he would let them fix his car and told me to look at their reviews and review tell a lot about a shop. I looked them up and told him I would call him back to let him know if I wanted it to stay with them. Well it stayed their reviews are excellent and after they repaired my car now I know why. Day by day updates and the repairs are like it never happened and they gave me a written lifetime warranty. Great job and very fast completion. Truck was fixed 3 days earlier than insurance company said it would be done. 2017 Ford F-150 that very few shop have the ability to repair them. Repairs where spot on and the fit and finish was same as it was before the accident. Had my car towed her after a accident. I had them do the repairs because I drive past the shop everyday going and coming from work and they are always packed with cars and high end luxury cars. so leaving my 2015 s550 with them made my choice easy. The repairs came to $27000. The owner assured me that it would be repaired to the way it used to be and it was. The paint work was top notch and it’s a black car they even used factory parts even when my insurance company said to use aftermarket parts. They went into their profits to do that! My new Vw was hit while parked and had major damage. Over $9,000. I was so worried that it would never be the same car again and I didn’t even make my first payment and the car only had 300 miles on it. But the shop came highly recommend by many people that I knew and everything I have heard about them was true. From the quality of workmanship to how they would handle everything to make sure the insurance company would pay to make it complete again. I really like how I got picture updates of the repairs to show the repairs that you would not be able to see when covered by another part. This put my nerves to rest that they where the shop to fix it properly. When I got it back it looked like it never happened and looked great. Was in accident on June this year and it was my fault and I only had liability insurance only. The car was still a nice car 2012 Vw cc so I wanted to get it fixed but before I knew it was said that I was at fault the insurance company wrote a estimate for $4900. I didn’t have $4900 so I didn’t know what to do. The shop said they would look for the parts used and see if the could get me back on the road for as cheap as possible but still safe. Well they did what they said for the price of $2100 I couldn’t believe it when they gave me the price. It wasn’t going to be painted for that price but they painted it anyways for free. Couldn’t be happier

14 day repair done in 5 days! I wrecked my truck and I am from out of state and was towed in by Premier auto body. I was never in a accident before and was clueless on what to do. They handled everything for me from driving me and my wife to the place we where staying at to getting us a rental the next day and picking us up to get it. I told them we would have to fly back to get the truck because we would have to go back home before it was done. We were assured that they would have it done before we had to go home. I was unsure at first until they started to send us updates and pictures of the progress of the repairs. Every shop should take note on how they run their business.completed in 5 days with updates everyday to ease the stress. Repairs were superb and we are thankful that we made the decision we did to let premier repair the truck. $14,000 in repairs in 5 days takes a professional ran business in my opinion! I would like to start off with how professional this shop was during the whole process. The owner answered everything that we wanted to know about the damage and walked us through the whole process of the claim. The repairs were very severe including structural damage of over $28,000. I thought it was totaled for sure but the insurance company said it wasn’t do to the cost of the cars value. Our neighbor referred Premier auto body to us. He had his car repaired at the shop a year earlier from a referral from another party. the repairs on our car were incredible workmanship and they should be proud of there capabilities and skills that the employees have in there facility. We been using premier auto body ever since we found out that they services a car that we bought from a dealership. My husband noticed that everything they serviced they took a extra step to make it better. For example they installed a new battery and put protection on the terminals to prevent corrosion and put anti squeaking spay on the brake pads and greased the slides. They Do great mechanical work and their collision repairs are the best that my husband said he has ever seen. They fixed my sisters car from a wreck and it was perfect from paint to fitment and they cleaned the interior also like it was when she bought it new. Great people and great repairs.

I can’t say enough good thing about this shop to give them the credit they deserve from being honest, knowledgeable, and their professionalism. Towed my wife while she was on her way to work after she was hit by another driver. She called me and was upset and didnt know what to do so I asked to talk to the tow truck driver and after talking to him he said the owner would call him in a few minutes and answer any questions you have. After a few minutes I got the call now it’s 11:30 pm and it was the shop owner Jay and explained that he would take the car to their shop and I could come look at it in the am and see the damages. I told him I had my two sons in bed and would have my mother come and watch them so I can get my wife to work and without hesitation he said he would go pick her up and take her to work and arrange for a rental to be ready in the am when they came to look at the car if I was ok with that. This is a true business that’s not all about the money! And to top it off we had the car repaired by them and we are very pleased with the work they did. Great ownership and great employees! Professional from start to finish. They have decades of experience and it shows in the quality and knowledge of the repairs and the black tape that the insurance company puts you through. After they towed our car into the shop we received a call from the owner checking to see if everyone was ok and if he could do anything to help us. Even that it was 1:30am he still called and went through everything about the process from getting us a rental first thing in the morning to the repairs that they update you with photos of the day to day progress of the repairs. And by the way the photo updates are a nice thing that they do to show you what’s going on with your repairs especially when you wouldn’t be able to see some repairs that would be covered up and you would never know if it was even repaired properly or even repaired at all. They also picked us up and took us to get the rental. I can tell you that we are extremely pleased with the whole situation from the quality of the workmanship to how professional everything went from start to finish.
