If you go here ask for hayden he was super helpful and amazing to work with made the process of switching companies super fast and easy he went above and beyond! The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because when I had to go in and pick my phone up a couple of the employees were super sassy.. but other then that its a great location

I was at sprint for several years. Always had so many issues with their customer service. I am so glad to have finally switched over to verizon. The lady at the store was new but was very eager to help and already seemed more knowledgeable than any sprint representative I have ever spoken too. Kathy with the online help was wonderful and did everything she could to help me with my issues including calling me back more than once and was a wonderful help. Im glad to make the change and went to verizon

Austin was very informative and helpful. I was having trouble with my old phone holding a charge and he actually gave me some store credit to get some accessories for the phone. He was able to answer all my questions and was really knowledgeable on all subjects. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family!!

George OBrien did an exceptional job helping me with my phone purchase. He came in on his day off to help set up a Home Phone Connect T2000 for my 92 year old mother in law, and as he moved me from pre-paid to post paid he found out I had good credit and sold me an iPhone 8. I had been using an iPhone SE, so this was a big change and I love it!!

Never answer the phone, have shown up several times and sit and wait forever. They lie when trying to get commission hidden fees. I regret switching to them.

We repeatedly come to the store in Pittsburg because we have always been given the attention and time required for phone sales, upgrades, and technical help. Amy helped us most recently with adding 2 lines and upgrading another, switching get phones etc. Her customer service is outstanding. The other guys jumped right in to answer my questions also. So thankful to have such helpful, knowledge staff at our Verizon location here in Pitt.

Had a terrible customer experience today. Im sure the employee followed policy (which felt like I got completely shafted) but he could not care less that I suggested switching providers might be my only option. Made me feel like customers arent valued even a little.

Robert Grochowski was very helpful, polite and kind. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to work everything. Was very patient because we werent sure what we were doing. He also didnt rush us out. He stayed with us the whole way through even though I kept asking the same questions. Was very patient and would recommend.

Today I was in the Verizon store in Pittsburg, kansas. Amy was very helpful in finding me the best deal on a new phone since my nephews phone had been destroyed. I feel she went above and beyond her job discription to help me find the best case and screen protector for his phone so hopefully the phone will last longer. I always drive 45 minuets to this store, because all the employers here are always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend using them for all your needs!

Recently called the store to ask about a bring your own phone kit. The man on the phone said he had no clue what it was. I explained to him what it was and that Walmart was sold out of them so I was calling the Verizon store to check. The man instantly got an attitude when I said I was wanting to bring an unlocked phone onto the Verizon network and claimed it would never work. His exact words were Ha! Good luck! And he continued with this attitude, refusing to help and continuing to tell me that Verizon did no such thing and that it was impossible to do. Then when I explained to him that I was actually calling from an unlocked US Cellular phone using a Verizon Sim on the Verizon network he quickly said I dont care! And hung up. This is entirely unacceptable. If your sales associates are that uneducated and misinformed, how can we expect assistance. Maybe it is just a company thing, where they deny all claims of outside phones, so they can sell new verizon devices. Either way, the customer service at this store is non-existant and I would advise everyone to stay away. There are plenty of other stores and brands that can earn my money.
