We were coming on 07/31/2021 at 4.45 pm for help with our bills, and there a person came to assist us. He was very unknowledgeable and very rude. He did not willing to listen and was just wanted us to listen to him. We were doing business with T-Mobile for years and knew about the problem, but he kept forcing to us his opinion that completely nonsense just trying to avoid to help us ad he thought that we were dumb enough to be fool by him.Long story short he threw our documents and asked us to leave, so we asked him his name and he replied, my name is herb and I am the manager. He was not a good person.

Horrible customer service. I went to this store to purchase the newly released Samsung earbuds. I was not greeted upon entering. Several people that entered after me w we rw greeted. When a staff member did approach ne and ask what I needed he out me on the waiting list. Finally when I could get assistance from an employee he asked what did you need today I told him I was interested in the new Samsung earbuds. He then asked me for my phone number and password. Then he wanted to take a photo of my ID. I said wait a minute, you need all of my information be d ore you check to see if the item is in stock hmmm?. He said YES. This did not seem right . I Have NEVER been asked for my information before I was informed if the product was in stock. I got so frustrated with the T-mobile rep and walked out the store, still not knowing if the earbuds w were in stock.

I made an appointment but surprisingly I really didnt need one. I was having a problem with my phone saying there was no internet when I was connected and had an excellent signal. I tried everything rectify this glitch. The Gentleman that helped me was great. I wish I would have gotten his name. But he knows who he is. I was having trouble syncing my Fitbit Blaze. He did a reset on my network settings. I hadnt thought of that one. And then we uninstalled my Fitbit. And then reinstall the device. Everything works great now! And it didnt cost me a thing! I couldnt be happier. Which is pretty rare nowadays!

Today was by far the best experience I have had with any store in setting up my new service and cellphone. No frills....no fuss....just quick and efficient. If this is the new normal then its a positive change! We all need to be treated better and respectfully. I guess I was at the right place, at the right time. Kudos to Michelle!!

I went in for two mobile upgrades and the customer service was horrible the representative was not helpful at all. I ended up leaving and going to a different location where I was able to find the help I needed, definitely not coming back to this T-Mobile location.

Big help when come in t store just there few days ago got changer dont work then guy told its inside my were plug my phone in he said need be sent out came home buddy clean it for free he new what to do. Guy was much of help that first time happen to me hope get better

My salesperson DeWayne reversed two of the numbers in my pin its the same number I use on a daily basis to get in my safe I know my PIN number I waited to 24 hours to Port over my existing phone number to my new S8 I waited a second day and nothing still I called my other carrier they said the problem was with T-Mobile side not theirs I called T-Mobile no answer on the phone had to drive 20 minutes to get there and wait another 25 minutes in the store for a service person to tell me just wait a couple days more there sure something will happen bottom line 7 Days Later no phone hookup no service new phone doesnt work I went back to the store and ask to speak to the manager he pulled up my pin and showed it to me and I explain to him this is my PIN for my safe but two numbers were dyslexic Lee altered bad customer service does not answer their phone no Im sorry for the mistake mister I then and theyre canceled my service to T-Mobile and will not return Dwayne clear your brain

Was busy at lunch time when I went and initially had only one employee on the floor. Wait wasnt too bad once other employees came out. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.Charging stations in the waiting area were helpful.

Ive always had a great experience at this location. Retail Team Associates such as Symone and Roel (I believe was his name) as well as selected associates delivered excellent customer service and tended to my needs as a customer.But last night, an hour before closing, I went to this store and was not even greeted by two of the associates that Ive never met. They were apparently booked with their waitlist and they never even bothered to inform me. I get that theyre busy assisting a few people but I would have expected them to at least acknowledge my presence and had asked me to come back the next day instead of me having to wait for at least 30 minutes. Disappointing customer service from those two associates.

So far since ive been coming to this location, its honestly made me hate tmobile, always bad service, workers are rude, ive never left this place happy, and the only reason i dealt with it was because it was so close to home. But i think this was the last time im coming here, waited literally 40 mins no help, no greeting no nothing. Then went on to help the person nearest to them instead of who was waiting the longest(me). I quietly left and glad i was reminded why i hate coming here, never again.

I bought screen protector for my note 8 on 26 Feb 2018, representative at that time messed up while putting that on, she kept screen protector at store and packed everything in bag with reciept and requested me to come back to get another one after 2 days as it was under lifetime warranty, somehow I didnt get time to go back and last week accidentally screem of that phone broke as my nephew dropped the phone, so I got replaced phone from tmobile and when i requested and ask them new screen protector after showing them reciept as well the girl refused and claimed that its not their responsibility and I cant pin that on their staff that girl forgot to put screen protector in bag. I am surprised what kind of staff tmobile hires who dont know how to deal customer even. I didnt want to put review abt this store but due to the behaviour of those girls I am really upset, will never give my business to this store anymore
