Joseph helped me as a new customer coming back to AT&T. It only took 25 minutes to set up my new phone. Joseph’s exceptional customer service and helpfulness made me offer him a tip but he kindly declined. Joseph is Fantastic assisting and talking to the public and I can foresee a very positive future for him.As well, Jasmine assisted me with trading in my old phone the next day and made it very easy to get it done and be sure when I left the account was set up just as I wanted. I’m not sure whom hires these rarely found customer service experts, but well done & Brilliant!

Joseph was simply amazing. I didn’t know what to expect leaving T-Mobile for AT&T but Joseph made the experience effortless and amazing please make him a manager ASAP I really like that guy. I offered to buy him some wingstop he was so amazing and politely declined. All he asked was I come say hi to him every now and again.

Not crowded when I arrived. Needed some help with my cellphone not working correctly.I was immediately greeted by a staff person named Jasmine and she was friendly and courteous .She asked me how she could help.I explained my problem and she removed my SIM card and restarted my phone.It worked and I was very satisfied.I will go back to the store if I need to upgrade my phone or tablet.

Joseph was by far one of the absolute BEST customer service agents that I have encountered in a LONG TIME!! He treated me and my mom with the utmost respect. He had a very positive attitude. Thank you!

Jose is want of the best he help me get an ipad for my wife he stays whit u untill the end also he help me fix my account cuz in another store the switch my plan with out my permision and jose notice that and ask me if i change my plan and say no and he got mad so he help me change it THANK U SO MUCH I WILL BE COMING TO THIS STORE FROM NOW ON

Just what youd expect from at&t.Not helpful and do not pay attention.

Went to the store to switch phones but when after he transferred the contents of my old phone to the new phone the only thing that transferred was my contact list. I checked the old phone and now a bunch of the photos are missing. It looks like the guy put everything on a memory card, deleted it from the original phone, and then failed to transfer it to the new phone. He then said he would format the memory card. I should have checked to see if the photos transferred over but figured I would have the old phone as a back up, and didnt think the guy would delete stuff on my old phone. The staff was nice enough and the deleting and failure to transfer the files may have been inadvertent, but make sure you watch what these guys do because they may be stealing information from your phone. I should have known something was fishy when the guy said their wireless network was down. Do NOT mistake their confidence for technical prowess.

My experience was time efficient, easy, and went along smoothly thanks to one of your store employees named Michael.He was very straightforward with his service — informative, clear, and he had a genuine consideration to make our visit pleasant. I appreciated that very much.

Retail Sales Consultant Joseph Reyes provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable and had a great personality.

Employees are very helpful and kind. They have 1 spanish speaking person too, but more could be beneficial.

I had the opportunity to speak to Ashneil today at this att location at Pinole ridge and I must say I couldnt be more satisfied. I did not end up making a purchase due to my indecisiveness but Ashneil took the time to answer all my questions and gave me great advice on my plans and options for upgrading. Even though he knew I wasnt going to make any purchases today as I was upfront with him, he still took the care and detail into making sure I was a satisfied customer and I think thats very important and rare in customer service in todays age. I have been a customer of AT&T for a very long time and I have enjoyed talking to the service representative. They have always been able to help me with any problem I had with service or products.

My husband and I went in the other day to find out if switching to AT&T from our former sprint account was a good idea. We had the pleasure of having Erik help us out, he went above and beyond for us! Erik was very clear on each plan, how the insurance works, and even helped me set up my at&t app on my phone. After, he applied the screen protectors with patience & care. We both walked out with new iPhone 8’s and were convinced that leaving sprint was the best choice. I did not know this location was here until I went to a family brunch next door and Ive been going to one that was 10 minutes from where I live. The store is well kept and the lady that helped me was extremely pleasant. I will be back here when it is time to upgrade my daughters phone. Hoorah for a local AT&T store

A bit short staffed but Customer Service was fine.

I came into the store because my Samsung galaxy s5 will not for the life me turn on. The screen was completely black but I can still feel my phone vibrate and when I put it to charge the light will still turn on. I was just going to get an upgrade. But after explaining my situation the rep found a way to fix my phone rather than to sell me a new one. Not only that but offered me a new Mobile share Advantage plan thats saved me about $45 dollars a month.Im glad to know that there are still reps out there that are not just there to sell but to help you satisfy all your needs.This is the first time I did not have wait over and hour to get service on something so simple.I highly recommend this store for all AT&T services. Great associates, clean store and not that long of a wait. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Do not recommend this store to anyone! They have never done right by me. Always a problem. Either with tech questions or payments. Now they are charging a $2.00 surcharge for taking a cash payment on your account. But, nothing for a credit card. Huge scam!!!!! Plus some of their display equipment is broken. Has been for months! This is not an AT&T company owned store. Obviously, the owner doesnt care about how he represents AT&T. I do have to say though, the people are very nice.........Too bad the condition of the store and what they charge to make a payment reflects on the personnel.

I’m very disappointed with the low level of service i encountered. I came in on Sunday evening, 11-25-18, I came in, no one greeted me, they all look busy. I saw a sign-in sheet, wrote my name on it. Waited 10 minutes, I saw one of the sale rep spent time talking with a man with an in-leashed dog, and the person spent time with the owner talking about the dog while as a person I was still standing-in a corner, being ignored. So I came over to ask the woman if I can can get help with my phone, since I just paid for a new sim for a new phone, an unlock phone, but i’m Unable to receive image sent by text. She was trying to help me, but she did not know how to configure phone, she asked her coworker on the next table, he suggested that she re-configure my APN, which I had no idea. She followed using google sear, spent a few minutes, still could not get my phone to receive image. She said ‘’oh, can’t help you, don;t know how to fix this, you have to call 611, att support “. But I am already at the store, the least she could do is ask if I can wait for her coworker who seems to know something about phone. But she turned me away. I feel so helpless, and cheated, because i’m Paying for service monthly to get this kind of treatment? Very disappointed, will Not ever walk in to this store, i’m Considering switching to a different phone company

The worst experience of my life with any company ever! This store shouldnt even get one star. It should be a negative 5 stars. I was lied to, I was charged for things they told me was free, and they added insurance and protection package to my bill without my consent.Over Chistmas I went to get a phone, just one, but the salesperson told me there was a promotion of buy one get one free. I thought ok and I went with the the promotion, only to find out 3 weeks later that I wasnt eligible for the promotion and that I needed to bring the extra phone back or I would be charged. It was their mistake and I had to pay the price. Who does that?They told me so many lies...here are free head phones - not free; here is a free cord - not free; I wont make you pay taxes on the free ipad - not true, he charged me. Then the manager had to apologize for the salesperson who did this to me. He lied to her and told her he had called me about me not qualifying for the BOGO, which he hadnt. But she wasnt any better. She tried to be all nice and sympathetic and said she would take care of everything and give me $150 credit for my inconvenience- and yet another lie, this time from the store manager.Dont go to this store. You will be ripped off. Go to a corporate store.

I came into the store to pay my bill and the manager helped me save money on my monthly bill. I am glad this store is close to my house and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great At&t experience.
