Absolutely a 5 star business! I have visited here on two separate occasions for different issues and they were helpful and accommodating both times. On this last visit, I needed my earpiece repaired in my iPhone. Peggy answered all of my questions, quoted me a price for my work (very fair) and had my phone fixed within an hour. (less than expected). It is nice to know there are small neighborhood business that survived through he last 18 months and based off of my experiences and other reviews online, I am sure they will be around for a while! The owner is very unprofessional. Telling lies and keeping stolen phones with them turned off so the police cant find the location hidden in the store. Keep doing what youre doing!

Out $50 lesson learned only fix expensive phones. Wish I would have known before wasting my time and money. Update my phone now comes on after being told my screen needed replaced at an additional $160. They kept my $50 and all they did was open my phone. I feel robbed.

Took my Google Pixel 3aXL to Verizon because I couldnt make or receive calls. Everything else worked fine. The guy at Verizon tried a few things and suggested a new phone. Of course. Took it to IParamedics amd Peggy did a diagnostic for $50 AND showed me how to fix it myself should the problem happen again. Sweet!!!

My front phone screen was cracked by my dog and there was a slight scratch on the back, I asked about a quote to fix that and like I mentioned they were honest about the cost and did not try to rope me into buying anything that I didnt absolutely need. I will be recommending to family and friends. I am not sure why there are reviews about them being rude or anything of the sort. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

I brought in my iPhone 8 Plus. The back was cracked, they ordered the part right away. And fixed it’s pretty quickly. When I got it back the flash/flashlight did not work. But also the buttons seemed very loose. I brought it back in. And they fixed it right away. But said the buttons were the best as they could get. They were better but honestly I would have liked to know that my phone will not be the same before I spend the money for something that’s kinda half done . I would have went to apple to make sure my phone was in better shape. And when I asked about if my phone was still water resistant they said it’s just an adhesive that’s making it water resistant. Then asked if I wanted it in .. after the phone was already put back together... like dont u think I want my phone just as close to what it was when I brought it in. When they fixed the flash light they put the adhesive in... I was not very happy to be honest. Also the man was so sick wiping his nose while fixing my phone. I did not see him wash his hands. I will have to just deal with my phone and next time go to apple. The lady was nice though .. so that was a plus .

My iPhone wouldn’t take a charge. So, I figured the charging port was screwed up. I went in to the store expecting to have them put a new charging port in. The were very friendly on the phone and In person. The technician there looked at the phone and pulled some pocket lent from the port. They could have very well charged me for a new port but didn’t. They didn’t charge me anything at all. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

I went there today because my phone was green and my phone was cracked but they managed to fix it in about 20 minutes! Not only did they fix whatever was making my phone green but they fixed my cracked screen and put a screen protector on it with a a 30 day warranty. It was all about $130 but that’s not bad considering it was a iPhone 8. The customer service was great too! They were really nice and got the job done. Definitely would go again.

I was able to get my phone fixed right away! Im from out of state and I had just dropped my phone today (awesome...I know;/). My phone screen was completely smashed and I use my phone for business so it was very important to have it fixed quickly. I dropped it off and it only took an hour which was great. I had customers calling with work and thanks to iParamedics I was able to get right back to them and get the jobs. It was a lot cheaper than buying a new phone and I didnt lose all of my apps, pics, and numbers so I was very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place if your phone or tablet needs help!

I needed to have the LCD and glass repaired on an iPhone 7 Plus and she told me they would need approximately 2 hours to complete the repair and diagnostic. Exactly 2 hours later Peggy called me to advised the the repair and diagnostic were completed successfully and I could pick the phone up. Took my Galaxy S8 in today to replace a cracked screen. They made sure that they did a good job. But it took like 4 hours. They were very apologetic about the whole experience and very friendly the whole time. But I just didnt really want to spend my whole day phoneless and bored out of my mind. They usually have the part you need and can repair it quickly. Im sure this was a one time experience. Overall, I would go there again, but Id plan my day around it.

Fast and efficient. I cracked the front screen & back glass on my iPhone 11 on New Year’s Eve. The iPhone store in the international mall was asking twice as much as iparamedics to fix my phone. Phone looks new again.

My screen protector cracked on my IPhone XS. I didn’t trust myself to take off the broken one and put on the new one without screwing something up. BEST PLACE EVER! I came in expecting to pay a lot more than I actually did! Everyone else I called quoted me a RIDICULOUS price. These guys were fast, inexpensive, and super nice! They go out of their way to get the job done right and the price is all worth it! I payed almost half of what the other repair shops quoted me and left with a new looking phone :) Definitely coming back!

Nothing is worse than breaking your phone screen, until you have to deal with the cell phone company to get it replaced. I was saved all that hassle by going here. they were courteous helpful, and knowledgeable, a rare combination in cell phone shops. well worth the trip. I hope I dont have to go again, but if I break another screen I know who Im going to see!

I just moved to the area and I had an accident on Christmas Eve with my phone and another drunken fun evening out with friends. Iparamedics was so nice and they were so helpful. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I cracked my screen and choice was new phone (and lose all information and pictures my Mom) or fix it. Got a loaner phone and it didnt take long for repair. Its as good or better than new and I have everything on it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. VERY PROFESSIONAL...OPEN 7 DAYS.

I called around for pricing to fix the cracked screen on my galaxy S8. They were about $50 cheaper and the only ones who carried it in stock so I drove to their store from New Port Richey. I was able to watch the worker fix my phone in front of me which was quite entertaining. 20 minutes and my phone was looking like new. Well worth the drive

I called several places to get a quote for the repair of my cracked screen. iParamedics was the most reasonable/cheapest! I went to iParamedics to get my cracked screen on my galaxy s4, replaced. Constantine explained to me that since my phone was refurbished (film underneath instead of liquid glue) the chances of successfully removing the cracked screen, without cracking, was 50/50. Constantine said he would attempt to fix it but couldn’t guarantee it would work without cracking. Since my only other option was paying my insurance deductible of $150, I decided to let him try. After an hour, he removed the screen successfully! Constantine is AMAZING at his job! I saved almost half of what I would have paid to the stupid insurance company! The entire time my phone was being repaired, I watched Constantine and Taylor, work on other phones. These guys are GREAT at what they do! The work of Constantine, Taylor, and Marco is proficient and professional! I will definitely be bringing my ASUS tablet screen in for repair, as well my mother’s computer. I recommend anyone to give these guys a try!

Very disappointed!!!2 weeks ago I brought my phone in to be repaired. She asks for my phone so I hand over my phone (with the case on) and the lady takes off my case and breaks my Otter Box case. She just says sorry. I’m very upset, however I stay calm and ask for a discount on my repair, she refuses that. And she had 0 intentions on replacing my broken case. I did pay the fifty dollars to run the unrefundable diagnostic test only to be told it couldn’t be repaired but that’s not why I’m giving this company 2 stars, I am giving this rating because I was personally wronged by them. My case was not replaced due to them and they would not even meet me in the middle for a discount. I could not be more disappointed, however the gentleman who was there when I picked up my phone seemed like he cared about my situation unlike the negligent lady who took my phone and broke my case.

If your phone never gets wet and doesnt work dont bother with the dish of rice that doesnt work do not charge it take it directly to phone medics. They did a great job for me and retrieving my data off of my old phone that I thought I had lost forever these guys know what theyre doing with phones I recommend them highly

Nice people but I took in my daughters iphone to them and they said it was one thing, replaced something, and it didnt fix the problem. They still charged my daughter $75 for labor and we had a broken phone. Unfair charge for 25 minutes work. Sad daughter, she is trying to save for a car and thats a big charge for nothing.
