And when its time to get another car this is the only place Ill go.. and Im from a car family. My dad sold Ford from 1954 till he died and my brother works at the same dealership today. Purchased a 2014 Focus ST on 3/8/17 from Your Automotive and am very pleased. Joe and Daniel were very friendly and helpful. I hate to just say they are honest guys because it seems like a routine, generic comment so let me explain : I had a possible trade in and they explained to me right up front it wasnt in the cards and explained why. No bs. Also, after a test drive and chat I asked for a paper copy of what the final out-the-door-cost would be for me and they quickly printed up an invoice---I didnt see any laundry list of stereotypical dealer fees and had to ask if they would add that later (I was in disbelief) but, it was indeed exactly the price I paid for the car. happy customer here!

I bought a 15 Nissan Versa in 3/19. Best experience purchasing a vehicle I certainly have had. Not an issue until this week. This week as in 2020. Not just 2020 for us all, but more specifically for my family, the year of unemployment, debt, sickness, and even death. The breakdown of my car this week was really the last glimmer of hope of recovery I had. Within moments of emailing Daniel, he was called me to set up a tow, get the vehicle to him, reassured me they dont set me up for failure, and made sure I hadnt been towed the day before out of pocket when I had a partial reimbursement. He provided Information to me when I didnt even know what to ask with empathy that still left me a shred of dignity when I hung up the phone. I pick up my car today! I didnt expect realistically hearing from him until later this week and in under 48 hours, he fixed it, and even would make sure was still fixed before I come down. Warranty still covered.. but for service like this, I wouldve done what I could to pay double! Thank you! THANK YOU!

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Your Automotive. Run by 2 brothers, they were really easy to deal with and seemed very reputable. The car was used but was a clean 1 owner vehicle perfect for a first time driver. We actually had a few problems with the car, nothing major, and when we called them they didnt hesitate to help us out. Even though the car was sold as-is they inspected the car and fixed a few minor things at no cost. They have a mechanic on duty and he was really helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.

I bought my car from them after I got into a car accident which totaled my car. They were the only ones that were upfront with their price, no nonsense, no fees like every other dealer I spoke with. Also doesnt bombard you with texts and emails, doesnt call you every day, truly professional. I got the exact car that I wanted for a fair price. I would 100% recommend to anyone considering buying a vehicle in the future. They were very straightforward and helpful.

I recently purchased a pre-owned truck for a second business of mine through Your Automotive. And, while I understood that pre-owned vehicles are often considered as-is, I decided to purchase a 24 month/24,000 extended warranty plan in the case of the what-ifs. I found the truck and dealership online, was comfortable with the reviews and was under the impression that it would be an overall good buying experience.While Daniel was helpful through the experience, I found several negative issues with the vehicle. I commuted from Orlando to St. Pete to pick-up the truck. On my drive back, I noticed a couple of issues: 1) unusual sound coming from the axle areas, 2) check engine light was on and 3) squeaking sound from the undercarriage. Instead of driving back to Your Automotive, I made an appointment at the local dealership and then at a Pep Boys for a second opinion. Both determined that the truck needed catalytic converters, tire pressure sensors on all 4 wheels and lubricating of the chassis. Estimated price: $3000. I contacted the extended warranty company and none of the issues were covered! I, therefore, contacted Daniel to explain the situation. After some negotiation, he offered to repair it for me with a caveat; I would need to pay for the parts. I wasnt in total agreement with this, as I just bought the vehicle, but I was frustrated and went ahead with the repairs. Total price: $938. I found that having to fork out this much money after having the vehicle for just one week was appalling and, financially, very difficult.I recently picked up the vehicle and drove it home. However, when I got home in the driveway, I tried to open the drivers door and the door wouldnt open. I checked other control buttons, as well, and have discovered that the locking mechanism of the drivers door is inoperable and the passenger window motor needs to be replaced. Total estimated cost for these: $700. Furthermore, the squeaking sound still exists!! Im unsure what this latter issue is? If I had a choice, I would probably return the vehicle, but this doesnt seem to be an option, according to the laws.As a consumer, you always face the risk of an as-is vehicle. However, I have found that even with the extended warranty plan, it is often useless.Daniel, followed-up with me, via text, to see how things were after the repair and I replied with these issues, but didnt hear back..I guess avoidance is easier than confrontation.In conclusion, I was looking for a positive overall buying experience, a reliable vehicle for my business and the opportunity to be taken care of, in the event of any negative issues, and just didnt find it! Furthermore, having to spend at least $1638 for repairs is unacceptable.The entire experience has not lived up to my expectation and, potential customers should err to the side of caution when considering the purchase of a vehicle.

I bought my 2012 Chevy equinox in April of 2019 from Joe and Daniel at Your Automotive. Working with these gentlemen has been a refreshing experience to say the least. When buying a used vehicle it is important to be realistic about the fact that it is a USED vehicle. That being said, I did have to do some repairs to my truck since I first purchased it but, Joe and Daniel were always more than fair and, several times, they went out of their way to take care of me and my truck. Even though I live in Tampa, it is well worth the drive. The bonus part is that they have a very clean garage area with 3 bays to change oil, and do typical mechanical repairs. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had researched online and the car was everything I expected and more. Most times, used vehicles photograph so much better than they actually are. Absolutely not the case here. I felt like I bought a new vehicle. Everyone who has seen me in this vehicle thinks I paid considerably more for it than I did. This is a family-owned business and you can tell because of their work ethic and attention to detail. I wasnt pressured and the dealer answered every question that I asked, even to my personal mechanic who I brought along with me. This dealership invests in an indoor showroom and you can see how well the vehicles are maintained. My vehicle came with a complete service history, a Carfax report, and the NADA trade-in value already printed up. I actually had a conversation with Joe who seemed genuine in wanting to place me in a safe and well maintained vehicle without compromising my aesthetic standards. Dont bother with used car lots. Your Automotive is the way to go

They were nice BUT not very truthful. My biggest mistake was to not take the car to a shop and get inspected. I brought it up but was highly discouraged to do so because their mechanic inspects every car that makes the lot and makes sure they are in great condition. After paying too much for the car, I take it to their mechanic at some shady independent garage and to my surprise the mechanic says hmm I NEVER looked at this car before. Invested too much money into the car just so it can drive on the road. Never again.

I had been looking or a car for 3 months. Daniel is so knowledgeable about the process and didnt try to up sale anything. I took my car to the GM dealership (I do with any used car I purchase) and was told I got an amazing deal and this is still a great running car.

My first impression when I came to Your Automotive was everything looked clean, modern, well lit, well decorated and professional. The car lot was small, but all the cars looked good and clean. The mechanic shop attached to the car lot was also very clean. I first spoke with Daniel who was very friendly, and I asked to test drive a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer. He let my boyfriend and I take the car on a test drive alone, which I liked because I hate when pushy salespeople sit in the back and try to sell to you as you’re driving. The car ran great and was very clean. When I got back, I asked for a Carfax which he pulled up for me. We spoke about financing options and he gave me a lot of helpful information. I told him I had a few other cars to look at, he wished me luck and I walked out feeling NO pressure! After looking at the other cars I decided the Lancer was what I wanted. I told Daniel I wanted to buy it and he told me the car would be washed and ready for pick up, which it was. He asked me if I wanted to see the car again before completing the paperwork. When it came time for the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. This family owned business really took care of me! No wonder they have been in business so long. Like the reviews say, this place is far from your typical shady car lot! I highly recommend Your Automotive! You wont be disappointed!!

I first spoke to Joe, who took the time out to see me on a Sunday. He was very nice and helpful. I came back to take another look during the week. Thats when I met Dan. He was professional and nice. My mom came with me and is a little critical at times of car salesmen. She thought he was great..not pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable. He showed me a few different options,just to be sure I really wanted an SUV. The paperwork is never fun but he explained everything and was able to make it all work to get me the car I fell in love with. I was a pain Im sure,because I was stuck between 2 SUVs at first. I test drove them a few times more than I probably shouldve. He was patient and kept in contact the entire time. I was so nervous to get into a car payment. Dan was so helpful throughout that it took some of that away. I would recommend Your Automotive based on my experience with them.I almost forgot to mention that Dan let me know that my Escape needed a fuel pump. They installed it before I came to pick it up. We purchased a 2013 Honda CR-Z with 55k miles. Daniel provided a Carfax and details about the car as we looked it over. He had it well priced by comparison to like vehicles in the area (of which there were few) and also nationwide. The price was rated as a Good Deal on CarGurus but probably should have been rated higher in my opinion. We put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and took it to a nearby Honda dealer to have it inspected. It lined up with what Daniel described as the condition of the car- near excellent. The only issues were air filters and a new battery, which Daniel provided at his cost and installed for us. We didnt have to haggle because the car was so well priced but Daniel did still come down by a couple of hundred bucks which may not seem like much, but it helped us out. This is the first time weve purchased a vehicle from a small, non-franchised dealership, and we are confident we made the right decision for out needs- which was to purchase a fuel efficient commuter vehicle. Daniel was above board and didnt pressure us or fall short in the area of customer service. Wed easily and gladly recommend Your Auto Sales if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, priced fairly, and with a no-stress transaction.Thanks Daniel!M. Jones/J. Jones

When I pulled up to the lot, I was skeptical at first. Its a very small car lot and I had this image of dealing with some shady, rapid-fire, disreputable salesmen who would sell you anything to line their pockets. But I learned quickly- that was not going to be the case here.The first thing I noticed was how impeccably clean their garage was. I seriously dont recall seeing such a clean, stain-free garage in my lifetime. And they were busy too. The same could be said for the clean, minimalist office with modern furniture.I was told the cars that were being worked on were returning customers who now trust these guys after their initial car-buying experience. I learned how Your Automotive is a family-run business with two enterprising young brothers who were friendly, cordial, and most importantly, non-confrontational. They made this to be the most stress free car buying experience ever!In the future, when it comes time for another one, Ill be sure to stop by these guys first.They deserve your consideration.

Our experience with them was nice and trust worthy. When we got there the we told the guy what truck we wanted to look at and he handed us the keys and left us alone and didnt stand watch over us giving a spiel on why we should buy his truck . Also when we wanted to take it for a test drive he trusted us to go without a sit in and when we bought the truck he filled the tank for us.

Researching and visiting this business, you will see the word Honesty written all over the place. On the website, on their signs, and even on the obviously phony reviews. Dont be fooled. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.My husband and I visited their location to look at a car they were selling. The gentleman Daniel who we met with had an awe shucks nice guy attitude. We liked the car, but it had a number of issues. We went home and got prices for fixing the issues. My husband called and spoke with Daniel. They reached a deal on the price, and a time in which we would come to pick up the car later that day. On our way to their location to pick up the car, we got a voicemail from Daniel, saying they had broken our deal and sold the car out from under us. Daniel said his brother sold the car, and that he doesnt hold cars without money in his hand. He did this regardless of the deal he made JUST hours earlier. His word isnt worth a pack of gum. And at best their shop is disorganized and lacks communication. At worst, theyre downright snakes.Ultimately, Im glad not one cent of my money is going to these DISHONEST people.

After endless hours of searching for a car that fits me and my wants/needs, i came across your automotive while test driving a car from another lot. to say i was impressed would be an understatement. the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable with buying my first car. any questions that i had, they answered and answered them honestly. i ended up driving off with a 2012 subaru impreza. this place is amazing, family owned, and a great place to go for quality at a reasonable price!
