These guys are absolutely amazing. I have a 1993 Corvette convertible, that Ive been putting off having serviced for the last year. Mostly minor stuff, but needed attention. They found a few more issues that desperately needed fixing, and they did what they promised. Major work on the Optispark was required and I couldnt be happier with the results.Before the work was accomplished I could definitely detect that the old girl wasnt performing as it should. My Corvette is approaching 9 years old and I know brakes, AC service and other normal wear and tear items will need to be replaced in the future. I had been going to local Chevy dealers in the past and while happy with the service received the prices they charged were out of sight.I received a mailing from RB Auto Service several months ago and thought I would give them a try for something small like an oil change and see how it goes from there.Today they changed my oil and from the moment I walked in I knew I had made the right choice..everyone I met was friendly and courteous.I was in and out in under 1 hour and at a price that was 1/2 of what I paid at the dealer.While Im not looking forward to repairs in the future Im confident that the people at RB Auto Service will handle any problems that may arise and at a price a lot less than what a dealer would charge.

RB Auto fixed what the Cadillac dealers couldnt accomplish correctlyI had my Cadillac XLR convertible tops hydraulic system rebuilt..The hydraulic pump and all hydraulic cylinders were sent out to Top Hydraulics and rebuilt and all parts were assembled correctly and my top is now in great working order.The service is a class act and the price was ritethese boys are good and know their business.if it wasnt for these guys my top would have never be workingThank You Very Much RB Auto Service And yes You sure Specialists

Great place to take your Corvette. They know these cars! They did great work on my 1980. They provide valuable, common sense advice and allow you to discuss your car with the mechanics doing the work which I love. They did a large list of repairs for me including replacing the old AC with a modern system. Great job. I will be taking my Vet there for all future work!

I took my C-5 Corvette to them for an estimate because it was leaking fluid. I was told I needed a rear main oil seal and it would cost $1800.00. This price was $600.00 more than the dealer by the way. I took it to the Corvette shop on Dale Mabry in Tampa for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. It did not need the rear seal at all it needed an oil pan gasket. R and B also missed a bad Transmision line leak that the Corvette shop repaired. I had to tow it to the Corvette shop in Tampa because I had lost 3 quarts of transmission fluid while R and B had my car.I have no idea how R and B missed the Transmision fluid leak. I was out the door in one day for $500.00 at the Corvette shop at 609 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. in Tampa 33609. Do not trust R and B They are over priced and incompetent.

Needed an old C5 climate control panel brought back to life. RB had it good as new in a couple of hours. New micro bulbs and solder repairs.

The whole team there is very friendly and helpful. Shop was nice and clean.I had my 2001 corvette in for trans fluid/filter, diff fluid, oil change and plugs and wires.Also on top of that zero sales pressure. They did an inspection and went over each item with me and when it should be really taken care of. And when I picked my car up it was cleaned and shiny.Again if you own a corvette or even a cadillac save yourself the trouble calling around. Theres a reason these guys hold a 5 star rating. I recently bought 2008 Corvette Z06 with 48,000 miles that needed a few repairs and I found the perfect place to give my car and me just what we needed. I have been a customer for 4 months. Purchased a as near as mint condition 1975 Corvette you can find anywhere, and they did all the repairs that it needed. Several months passed and one of the Hoses worked its way loose or it wasnt properly secured to the body when they replace it, and burned a hole in it against the pipes, releasing coolant while I was out driving with my daughter. I texted them right away, and was surprised to hear them say they would drive out to me to fix it first thing Monday. I live 90 minutes away. The Owner Showed up, did the repair in my garage, and when I asked if I owed him anything, he said no. That was a welcome surprise too. You may find cheaper shops out there, but you would be hard pressed to find that type of service and guarantee. Many thanks Russell and AJ, and the crew out there.

I have a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport. I took it to the Chevrolet dealership and then another shop to see what it would cost to replace the fuel sensors in the gas tank. Neither of them seem very confident about performing the task and we’re pricing at approximately $5000. I spoke with AJ and took it over to RB Auto Service, who took care of the repair in minimal amount of time & for half the price. If you have a Corvette, don’t hesitate to take it to true experts who only deal with these type of vehicles. No one will ever touch my car again except for these guys. Great job guys!

Wow!! Professional and knowledgeable staff; clean and organized shop.I just purchased a 2010 Corvette, and had some questions about maintenance. Kevin, a technician, spoke with me about my car for 10 minutes or so, explaining what could be wrong. He also highlighted the shops uncompromising work ethic. Consequently, I had a brief inspection done, and an issue was diagnosed. When I picked up my car, I met the shops owner, Russell, who explained the issue in detail. I was shown my car while it was on the lift, which was very cool!The shop and staff are clearly trusted by clients, evidenced by the variety of Corvettes serviced there. This is not an exaggeration: there was a Corvette of every generation!! The pristine C1, C2, and C3 models were particularly impressive.The office administrator, Judy, was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. She provided both physical and electronic documents, and even called me an Uber for a ride home!This shop puts the bureaucracy and generality of dealerships to shame! I am extremely impressed!!

I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER had a service experience like this one. First of all, they treat your car as if it were their own. They put plastic on the seats, floor mats on the floor and keep your car inside at all times.Secondly they shoot video and still pictures of all the repairs they make so you know exactly what they are doing. Theyll even give you the old parts they took out if you want them.They use only Delco parts and give you a 3 year warranty on the repairs.But thats not all. They even wash and vacuum your car so its returned to you in PRISTINE condition.I will never take my car anywhere else!!!!

Im always wary or repair shops being a woman and all. This place was highly recommended to me by a friend. I was unsure about it as its tucked away. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The shop was clean the owner was polite and respectful. He didnt talk down to me he just took the time to explain everything I asked about. I ask a lot of questions. He never got flustered with me. I felt really comfortable there and while this was just a minor job I feel I can trust him with anything on my car.

My 1998 Cadillac Deville began having the head gasket problem at around 137500 miles. This car is very clean and nicely cared for. The dilemma was to fix it or sell it for nothing because of the HG issue. I had been looking for a replacement car for my wife and the prices were way high and the reviews were all low, on anything I looked at besides a Cadillac. The reviews on the N* were as well known in the tank because of the HG issue. I was in a pickle and did not know what to do next. I came across Russell on line and gave him a call to try to tell if he was good. I have been a dealer and licensed mechanic myself and have rebuilt cars and trucks over the years. To work on the N* takes a better set of tools than I have in more than one way. His quote had to rise 1K because of things I sort of knew were coming. He did me right and I would recommend him. On top of it all he is a nice person as well. dc

I researched to find a shop that worked on Corvette’s since I have a 82 that needed some work and wanted one that specializes in Vetts. Russell explained what needed to be done and kept me informed of the progress. I was very pleased with the communication from him and Judy. I live in North Carolina, and drove my Cadillac (a 2008 DTS) 700 miles to have Russell complete the following needed work: engine removed to replace all engine seals, upper and lower front motor mounts, torsion belt and light bar on the rear trunk. The work was completed on time, and costs were fair and affordable – especially compared to what my local dealer would have charged. I found Russell to be highly competent, conscientious, ethical and trustworthy, and would highly recommend him without reservation

A refreshing experience! I took my Cadillac XLR to Russell after negative experiences with local dealers. Russell and his crew repaired the convertible hardtop mechanism while the dealers were very reluctant to even consider tackling it. They replaced the catalytic converter for far less than the dealer quoted. Far less. Dont be fooled because it is very small shop. Russell really knows Cadillacs and Corvettes. He excels on complex issues. Unlike dealers he controls costs and the work is top notch. Top notch. Were so happy to have found this gem of a shop. Chris M

My 2005 Corvette encountered problems while I was at my Florida home. I had not found a local mechanic and after much research found R& B. I spoke with Russell and had the car transported there for diagnosis. I had been told that it was a fuel pump issue by a mechanic with minimal Corvette experience which was around a $2000 job. R&B went over the car and found it to be an electrical problem which ended up costing me $300. Russell was very patient with me during all of our conversations and I was very pleased with the integrity of this shop and their repair of my vehicle.

I just moved to Tampa from north and own both a Northstar and Corvette. Finding RB has been a blessing. Russel is knowledgeable and has perform two repairs on my Cady and the results were better than I expected. The price both times were fair and promptly performed. Im looking forward to Russell working on my Corvette. Oh I appreciated their review of the condition of the car and the list of suggested repairs that will be needed in the future.

I have not had my car fixed by them yet but talking on the phone with Kenny has made me want to taking my car to them hands down. I have a classic 1980 Eldorado that is in good shape for the year. I needed a set of rear shocks which are air. After some local mechanics checking for replacement parts and coming up empty i went on line and found R B AUTO SERVICE. I called Russell, the owner and told him my dilemma and he assured me the parts were available and he could do the work. I took the car up for him to look at and he ordered the parts and had my car riding on air again in no time at all . His quote was right on the money and his work is the best you will find anywhere. He is the only one who will ever touch this classic again

I drove my 2006 DTS to RB from Atlanta for their Northstar oil seal treatment and I highly recommend it. My car is low miles and in great shape, but the oil seal issues were driving me crazy. RB did a full car evaluation and came up with a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed and let me choose which ones I wanted them to take care of. I felt the pricing was great and everything they worked on is doing what it is supposed. Two months after the service Ive had nothing but good results. Highly recommend.

Russell and Judy have been great about communicating the needs, the process, and the schedule for the repairs of my C5 Corvette. They called when they said they were going to call and when I was scheduled to pick up my car, it was not only ready but, it was cleaned and vacuumed! I needed brakes and gave this place a shot. Its a smaller place and a little off the beaten path. It is just one guy and he recently opened. You could tell he was working out the kinks still. But, when it came to my Cadillac he knew his stuff. For the quality, price, and warranty it was worth going off the main road. Hes my new mechanic for everything now.

Where to start? I have a 1996 Cadillac Deville and one day I drove home and accidentally left the key on and it drained the battery. After I jumped it it would crank but no luck. New battery no luck. Started doing research and a lot of people were telling me I needed to bypass the security system or check the fuel pump or the fuses, over the next few weeks I did all that and still NO LUCK! RB Auto Service (Russel Boulding) was the first to reach out to me and correctly diagnose my issue while explaining it in a way that I could understand, and then instructing me on how to fix it, all within a day! (actually the process of fixing my issue only took 30 min) Highly recommend to anyone who actually wants their car to get fixed!!!

Very honest shop! Dealership said one thing they fixed my 08 cts for half of that price.

Unfortunately I am way too far away to have him work on my car but I called with a few questions because my Cadillac was of course leaking oil and he gave me a honest price and diagnosis even after telling him I was not able to use him to service my car most others would not of been as polite after being informed that the business was not going to be with them and if I could get out there RB would be my first choice just by the way he treated me over the phone.
