I like the service department here. Friendly folks. Lots of comfortable waiting area. Rest rooms are clean. I’m always happy with the quality of service, but have discovered some things that I am happy to do myself at about ¼ the price, like changing in cabin air filter. I bought a car here once and wouldn’t do that again, but I like their service department.

What a pathetic experience with bunch of liers ( who claims service managers) working at Auto-nation toyota service center PINNELAS park.I highly recommend NOT DOING YOUR CAR SERVICE at this place as they are not at all professional on what they are claiming and they only look for you to sell your car to autonation and trying to buy a new one from them even if you are there for your car serviceThey committed hour and half for my car service and after 3 hours i dint receive any communication from them so i reached to the service center and i found my car at the same position where i left it and on asking service employee (RAQUEL C RAWFORD) she told me that we dont have anything to talk just speak to my service manager (MATT GORDON) who is more worse then her and so rude(which he claims a very polite) that he was blaming me to not wait for my car to get service and asking me that you are making rush(SUCH AN *****highly unprofessional self proclaimed manager.)Very very disappointed 🤬🤬🤬 if some one at higer managment reading it from AUTONATION TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT then please make a note that he was claiming that he is the top most person in hirarchy and claiming whatever he is doing and telling is final and and no body is there above him to complain about his unprofessional behaviour.Such a waste of my day…!!!

The worst service department experience Ive ever had. No communication as they kept my car for almost two full weeks. When the car finally was returned, neither of the two issues I brought it in for were fixed. They worked on the wrong window and the backup camera which only worked 50% of the time and was replaced. didnt work at all! They have now had the car 3x longer than I have. Still waiting to get my car back and hoping for the best this time.

Bought my car from this dealership a year ago. Died within the first week after it had been sold to me and completely serviced. One glance and my friend instantly knew what any competent service mechanic should know. Fast foward and had it serviced again before making a long drive. No issues. Not two months after being serviced, THE SAME ISSUE that should again have been noticed but was missed. I dont normally write reviews but, this service center is a joke. Go elsewhere.

Customer service at AutoNation are fantastic! Customer service Associates approached my car immediately. My appointment was at 9 am Dino was at my car at 8:55. Barry came over and made sure I was checked in for my recall services. Shuttle service was delayed but they offered other options. I was escorted to my Lyft, a customer service representative checked the driver and placed me in the car. Awesome job AutoNation Toyota!

Let u be warn. Oil change n bulb replacement takes over 4.5 hrs. Oil change toyota put wrong oil to original synthia oil-read your bill service. They didnt put back inserts after taken off headlights. Poor customer service. They never call u back u will have to baby sit them. They dont stick with appointments. Why have them? Run from this place...

My wife drives our 2015 TACOMA daily. It gets a good workout and like any vehicle our truck on occasion has a problem that needs to be addressed by the service department. Our most recent issue was a failed radio. I knew the truck was out of warranty but the radio quitting was really hard to understand and accept. Ive never had a radio fail in any vehicle Ive owned. When I brought the truck to AutoNation Toyota, Paul H. was my Service Manager. He had the Service Tech check the radio unit and it definitely needed to be replaced. I just knew this was going to be expensive. Thats when Paul suggested that I should call Toyota Customer Service, explain the problem to them, and ask what they might be able to do to help. So I called Customer Service and explained the situation and in a couple days Toyota called back and said they had looked at the circumstances and that theyd cover the radio and labor. That made my day! I called Paul and told him the good news and he ordered the radio immediately. Three days later ... the new radio was in the truck. I would add there are very few car companies that will stand behind their product like Toyota. Super customer support. Thanks to the Service Tech for doing the radio swap and, thanks again to Paul for going the extra mile in solving our radio problem. Great job by all!

Took my truck in for a synthetic oil change, pretty simple standard thing. When the service writer finished doing my paperwork he was attempting to charge me for a tire rotation when my tires have less than 2000 miles on them, as well as some other BS services packaged into this “special”. He presented this paperwork as a normal oil change and didn’t mention he was charging me for these other items that my vehicle did not need.Giving 3 stars because the maintenance team did the job very expediently.Will not be returning, I’ll find somewhere else that can figure out how to just do an oil change so I don’t have to be on the defensive so I don’t get taken advantage of.

Bought a one year old, used Dodge Grand Caravan from this facility. They sold it to me with a bad tire! It had the check tire light on during my test drive, and I was told that it was due to temperature change. After me CONSTANTLY putting air in it for six weeks, did they tell me to take it to a dealership. Low and behold, it was a bad tire that needed replacing. That should have been my warning sign. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since I have bought it! It seems every three months I am taking it into the dealership for something. The trunk of the van flooded three inches after the first heavy rainfall with it. There were burning smells coming from the van that requires new tubing and caps. I’ve had to have a software update because one of my rear passenger doors weren’t functioning properly. And now, for the past SIX months, during Florida’s summer heat, my AC has not been working (even stumping the dodge dealership). Until NOW. I am terrified to see what is going to happen next to my vehicle. I truly believe they sold me a lemon and they do not care. A representative called me within the past 48 hours questioning my maintenance (I have it done closer to home since I live near Brooksville), I informed him that my vehicle is constantly having issues, promised me I would get a phone call back. Guess what? No phone call. Not like they didn’t give me a hard time about the tire replacement from the get-go. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this facility. And I have warned all of my family and friends.

Ive frequented this service center ever since I bought my corolla from next door and was pleased with their courteous and speedy service until some some odd inconsistencies appeared in my service reports. Ever since Ive started using my mailed in inspection coupons I kept noticing redundant maintenance warnings on my receipts, and despite the fact that Ive either done the work myself or had another professional work on the vehicle, I still get emails and notifications on repairs or maintenance needed. Shouldnt they know if they even looked under the hood? Now this wasnt the big deal. Ive also been having some brake problems in the back and was told in-person and over the phone that their team inspects every brake. I was also told by a team member that they even look at my shoe in the drum brake. There was never a note for rear brake work.I had to have a different professional at another business confirm that my rear brake shoes are paper sheet thin and that my drums are nearly worn out. If this service center was the determining factor for my car maintenance, I would be paying more for redundant services while driving a very dangerous vehicle.From my experience I can only sum this place up as buyers beware. Sure theyll change your oil and give you a pricey tire rotation and yes it will probably be worth it with coupons, but I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to some real professionals for anything critical.

I had my car worked on here few times and service is okay until recently. I dealt with Peyton who is amazing service advisor and very understanding of the issues I had. I had to come back to this dealership three times in 2 months due to same problem which i was told it was resolved the first time. Every time I went I ended up paying more money and problem is still there. Even today I went for the drive with the mechanic and showed him what the problem was because he couldn’t hear the clicking noise that I was talking about. During this time he couldn’t tell me what was causing the clicking noise while braking and told me to just keep driving this way. Apparently they just want to keep guessing what the problem until they get it right. They did greased the brakes little bit and that was the end of it. Spend all that money the past two times and can’t even have the problem resolved. I will be taking my business elsewhere with my family and make sure that none of them even purchase another Toyota vehicle. What a waste of time driving 30 plus miles one way to sit there and waste my time and walk out with no solution. Thanks for nothing.

DO NOT COME HERE, STAY AWAY! Dishonest, unethical car dealership.I had reached out about a vehicle I was interested in on 10/3/19. I made a deposit, which, I have in writing from the salesman, I was told is refundable, on that same day, 10/3. After making the deposit, I later called the salesman, Sheer, to ask a question, and he was extremely rude to me on the phone. At that point, I decided I no longer wished to proceed with the sale.I reached out to the finance manager, Edward Lani, and told him about my experience and decision to no longer pursue a purchase. At this point, I had only signed an estimated quote—which is NOT a contract in which I agreed to purchase— and gave, what I *again* have in writing, a $1,000 “refundable deposit.”Ed said to me, verbatim “We cant cancel the deal the paperwork has already been sent.” This is a straight up lie. I had not signed any documents that committed me to this deal.I waited 2 weeks for this dealership to do the right thing and issue me a refund. They had not. So I emailed Ed and informed him my deposit had not yet been refunded last week. No reply still.It has now been 3 weeks and I have not been refunded my deposit, nor has anyone from the dealership communicated with me. I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. And if that doesn’t work, I will be filing a theft police report. STAY AWAY!!

I used to always have a great experience at this location. However in the last three weeks they have caused me to come in separately for similar issues that consistently occur shortly after I retrieve my car from them (in the same spot they just worked on). They then charge me an outrageous price each time. I was considering buying another car from them but after this experience I dont think Ill buy another Toyota. Wow. Talk about CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. These guys were amazing! I traded in my car and was honestly hesitant on buying one from them just because Ive never gone through a dealership before but they were amazing! Ed Lani was the manager I dealt with and he was willing to work with me on price, my trade in and was so courteous! Shivas Patel was the salesman and I couldnt have been partnered up with a nicer down to earth guy! Both were very professional and definitely deserve raises! They even washed my new car before I drove it off the lot! Ill be telling friends and family about this place and these guys specifically! Keep it up AutoNation, we need customer service like this everywhere!!

The facility is bigger than the Courtesy Toyota facility, especially the wait area. The facility possesses a business center and free coffee, tea, and donuts. I was impressed with the staff. As you know, Toyota is expensive and they overcharge for parts and labor but, their work is backed up by a 2 year warranty for parts and 1 year warranty for the work done on the car. I wont complain.

Dont waste your money on their horrible work. Took my 4runner there for an oil change and routine maintenance a few weeks ago. A few days after the pan that covers the oil filter fell off and dragged across the pavement. Luckily I notice it and was able to pull over to take it off before anything worst can happen. Went back the following week after my appointment to get it fixed and they put zip ties to hold it together. They told me that it was the only thing they can do to fix it, and if the zip ties break off I can go back and get new ones to replace it. Never will I go back to any AutoNation.

Awesome, ask for Brandon Morocote, excellent salesman and he definitely will go to bat for you to get you the best deal. The sales manager actually took some time with me and made me feel very comfortable. The guy texted the closing for us on the car title paperwork Etc went to bat for us on the extended warranty to get us a good price. Definitely when Im in the market again I will look up Brandon again cant say enough about Toyota AutoNation. For the last 15 years I have been buying from another AutoNation that did not even come close to what Toyota AutoNation did for us and how they made us feel.

RIP OFF went in to replace a 12volt battery and was quoted 309 just for the battery, when I told them it only 215 at Clearwater Toyota she want to bad mouth them. Then they wanted another 150 to install which took me 15 minutes after I bought the battery from O Rallys auto for 200.

Everytime Ive taken my car here for service Ive always had bad experiences. The service advisors were either unpatient or not informative keeping me updated with the details of my car. Soon as I met PEYTON she was very friendly and kept me up to date consistently with my car without being annoying. She seemed like she really cared and wanted to make sure I was getting the best service. She is the ONLY person I want taking care of my service needs going forward. Peyton is awesome.

Dealers have so many opportunities to break the stigma of dealerships. I hope they read reviews. Smiling, friendly people to greet you is a great thing - check. Helpful service agent... Tony, - check. Easy check in, check out process - check. Dealer prices - check. I want to trust my dealer and one way would be to get honest feedback about maintenance. Its always with fear and trepidation that I take my car in and get the news that there are five things that need to be replaced, fixed or maintained. I would love it if they showed me a dirty air filter and told me that we could probably run some compressed air through it and clean it up to give me another couple months or that I could probably replace the filter myself for half the cost. That would be a trust builder. I would definitely be more likely to bring my car in more often and more likely to purchase a vehicle from that kind of dealer instead of getting nickeled and dimed on air filters and oil changes. As far as dealers go, these guys are effecient and professional. Im still hoping they can become an exceptional dealership.

Front right tire makes a metal ratoling sound as if it’s grinding 3. Dash vibrates extremely. 4 engine smells burnt after driving. 5. Passenger airbag turns on and off nonstop. Sunday the sales Manager called me to follow up and make sure everything is alright, I told em about a few issues his response take it and let the service department look at it and we’ll handle it! Yeah that didn’t happened, the conversation was denied as if it didn’t happen !Took there the following day Monday September 16 they told me they had no appointments I’d have to make it for another day, explain I wanted to return the car they needed to look at it said I’d be in the return period still since I made an appointment.. the time I finally got an appointment one worker slipped up and said “ we had openings yesterday! LiesAfter having the car for 14 days I have realized there are major issues wrong with this car, in the car fax that they gave me prior to buying it stats oil and filter change, and that’s what they told me but under the seat I found a receipt with exact date and mileage from the car fax that stats the O-rings, transmission mounts and engine mounts were replaced just two weeks before I purchased it. It was labeled Tech Copy as if I wasn’t suppose to find it!BAD FAITH! So why on the car fax does it state that the service was a oil and filter change? Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and worked well with me, but these issues need to get resolved and they’re not! I would highly recommend shopping else where than AutoNation, I also had to pay 70$ for them to Look over car and tell me that it be $3,000 to fix a few of these issues including speakers, and that Auto Nation would not cover. So Basically i paid $18,000 for a car that has major issues with no speakers...

At first the experience was pleasant, but then it all went down hill with the finance reps. My husband and I have conflicting schedules, so we had to come in at different times time sign. He dealt w the finance manager who tried selling him optional coverage/warranties. My husband declined everything and called me when he left to advise me of this. Also, the manager had him sign a BLANK contract. Later that day I came in. I started signing next to my husbands signatures. Then, a form that my husband did not sign was presented to me and the exact words were your husband forgot to sign this. After looking at it I realized it was for an optional warranty that my husband clearly told me he declined. I told the rep that I would not sign that form without my husband present, and he told me that I wouldnt be getting the car without signing it. So, I went outside to wait for my ride to come back. The sales rep came up to me asking if I didnt want those options, I told him no, and he asked me to come back inside to sign a contract without that on there. I came back in, waited 30 mins, and then the finance rep called me back into his office. He again tried to force me to sign the paper for the warranty. I asked him if it was optional, he said yes, but he couldnt explain why I had to sign it. I got up and told him I would come back tomorrow w my husband. My husband and I came back together the next day. We dealt w another finance person who was completely rude and kept making comments under his breath about not purchasing any coverage. We finally got the car. Now, ever since we left the facility, weve had harassing calls from the finance manager, Joseph. He asks us for new documentation daily and most of it was presented during the sale. Just yesterday we received an email from him demanding verification of employment from me again and if we didnt get it to him immediately then we need to return the car. OBVIOUSLY that is something that is required to give them before you drive off their lot, so all of this drama is clearly retaliation. Its getting ridiculous and I would not recommended this place to my worst enemy!!!! Also, weve already had to put money into the vehicle for problems that were caused by the dealership (according to the mechanics). We reached out to autonation customer service and have yet to hear from them. Hopefully the Harassment will stop soon.

After two years of standing, my Camry hybrid did not start. I was helped by a neighbor on the tow truck to bring a car to them and after the diagnosis I was sent home on my shuttle and then by email we agreed on the amount of work prices and time. After doing the work, a shuttle was sent to me again and I took the car.Great help was given by the Russian-speaking employee Roman Yaschenko. I rarely give high marks and I have 7 stars Google expert but I can’t do less here.
