I didnt have the best experience here because of an employee who ignored my requests but the owner Jim made up for that with his outstanding customer service. He personally reached out to me and heard my concerns. He really cares for his customers and his business and that goes a long way.

I have always found that getting any work done on my car can be intimidating. However, as soon as I met Jeff, I was completely at ease. He was honest and kind and I knew he had my best interest in mind. Not only did he offer both transportation to and from the shop when the work was done, but my car came back to me looking SO much better than it did before my accident! In addition to replacing two of my doors, Jeff and his team also voluntarily cleaned the fog from my headlights, installed the weather stripping on the car doors that were not replaced (I had the pieces in the back seat of my car because I never got around to installing them myself), and detailed it inside and out. I was blown away and near tears when I discovered how above and beyond, they went. This type of service is so rare these days. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I highly recommend them and know from experience that you will not regret it. No one ever WANTS to get into a car accident; however, the bright side would be getting to work with North St. Pete Collision!

My 3 week old Alfa was hit and the team at North St. Pete Collision did a bang up job fixing her. The guys there treated me like an old friend and kept me informed of all repairs. Highly recommended!!

Jim and the team were amazing. From day 1, Jim would keep in contact via calls and/or text to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. My FJ cruiser looks as good as new, if not better. After having an unexpected trip to the hospital, I was unable to pick my vehicle up when it was completed. Jim went above and beyond, reached out to the insurance company to extend my rental for me, and took the time to text me to ask how I was doing and mentioning my family was in his prayers. Stand up company!

Our Jeep needed some loving care after a hit-n-run. Jim and his crew were just what the doctor ordered. Their no-fuss acceptance of our insurance claim made the whole experience run seamlessly. Connie went above and beyond to save our abandoned dress clothes from the back seat. She even put them in a garment bag for safe keeping. The final product was flawless including a car wash to make her shine. Thanks to everyone at St. Petes Collision for taking good care of our girl.

I am so impressed at the level of service Im receiving here. USAA sent me here after a recent car wreck. An appointment was made to repair the car. When I dropped it off, there was so waiting. They saw me immediately and was able to process my claim quickly. The next day they called to say the repair work would take longer than originally expected. They processed the paperwork with USAA and my rental car place. They have been very easy to work with. Someone always answers the phone.

Great people that help set up everything while I left my car for 8 days. They cleaned my car inside and out for me! They even helped me with a non crash related incident. I cant say enough good things about their staff and service.

So, I wrecked my Challenger SRT8 the day after I bought it. Jim Degan was really helpful and great! Not only did they do the job for about half the cost of other places, but Jim worked around my schedule and actually met me up at the shop on a Sunday night to get my car. The repairs were perfect! I am very happy! I would highly recommend this shop!
