This was our fourth time buying a new vehicle but first with this dealership. Our salesman Curtis was very polite and helpful. Also thank you to Sarah who was very knowledgeable when showing us how to set up the truck. She was great. The finance manager made things go very smoothly and answered all of our questions. Overall 10/10 highly recommend!

Very convenient to be able to do a late night drop off and then it was ready before lunch the next day. Also I had scheduled to drop off the previous night but due to a severe storm and tornado watch, I was not able to drop off until a day later, and Mossys service took it in stride and performed the new vehicle service for me. I travel with a Lance truck camper on my dually and was in town for a couple days. As the norm with Jeff Smith and the crew, got me in quick without having to take the camper off the truck. This meant that the tech had to go old school on his back and a drain pan. Everyone at Mossy is super nice which is why they are my go to place for my Duallys needs.

Will not return any of my calls from the service department .not the same car on website was told the car only has 1500 miles on it no so it has 1927 on it and told that it has remote start not so and it was a demo and the person who had it smoked in it. Was told its new.Did not change oil and filter called the service department said that it was changed. The only good thing about my experience was the sales person in the dealership not internet sales.I hope I do not need to go to the service department for any thing if you dont call me back for some thing so small what will you do if it is something serious. Not a good experience

Diego Delgado did a fantastic job, he readily answered any questions I had and stayed in contact with me for two weeks until we found the truck I wanted. He actually made buying a new truck a pleasant experience for me, usually dealing with car salesman can be frustrating but not with Diego! Ive repeatedly asked the service department to tell the technician to top off any fluids that are low during service visit. “Yes sir, Mr. Williams. We’ll take care of it”. I get back home, check my fluids and they are still low. Coolant, brake fluid, etc. Oil residue all down the side of my valve cover! This is my 3rd consecutive service visit to you guys because i have the auto butler to do every 6 months. I paid you guys $55000 for this suburban! The least you guys could do is make sure my fluids are correctly filled, give me a windshield wiper change, etc! You guys need to get it together! When the customer request something, it shouldnt still be an ongoing issue 3 visits later! Listen to your customers and take care of your customers and they might buy another vehicle from you in the future!

UPDATE 9/30/2021:Mossy solved this matter professionally, and respectfully. After talking more with the service department, our sales rep Dave and discussing these issues, my car was repaired professionally, my wifes car was inspected and the parts for her car were ordered and will be installed when they arrive. I thank the owner of Mossy and the Mossy team for taking the time to fix these issues and for bringing to my attention my error regarding the belt size. I do apologize for the mistake on my behalf and thank their team for stepping up and solving these issues. I changed my review from 3 Stars to 5 Stars.Dave, my salesman was and has been awesome. Sales experience was top notch. My only complaint was the initial presale inspection of the car. This was not done as we have found that there was a major issue with the car being sold with the wrong belt on the car. The service department and the sales manager called me a (liar), I showed them photos and the end results of the damage caused. Still, no assistance except blame and derogatory statements aimed at me. Yet, I have a plug in the side wall of the tire since the time of sale and they didnt replace the tire. My wife had body work done on her car and they failed to make the repairs correctly, (ie. mirror is loose, front emblem fell of the car and the tire rubs the inner wall of the fender.) These are the reasons I gave three stars. I now have to pay out $975.00 for towing, parts and labor. The only reason they are not working on my car to make this right is because it is just outside the warranty. Sad to see this happen and hopefully it doesnt happen to others. Ask to see the inspection report for your records.

My wife brought my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Duramax in for the 6 month Auto Butler Service that was Actually 2 months past due because of Auto Butler NOT sending Reminders anymore and I was Surprised on how fast my vehicle it was ready and Most Importantly on how it looked. The Truck Literally Looked as if it came OFF of the Dealerships Showroom Floor. Actually it looked Better than when I purchased it in January of 2021. Thank You Mossy of Picayune and Especially Jeff Smith in the Service Department for ALWAYS getting stuff Done REMARKABLY Fast and Done Right.

If I could I would give Mossy a negative star review. I purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia back in January since then my vehicle has been in the shop on two separate occasions with this being the third. The transmission started slipping shortly after we purchased the vehicle so I called and brought it in for service only to be told there was nothing wrong. I decided to get another opinion so I brought it to Star Chevrolet about a week ago which they confirmed the transmission was slipping and had issues so against our better judgment we called Mossy again and brought the vehicle back to them which of course have been told by them once more their transmission guy couldnt find anything wrong. So Ive decided to pick my vehicle up and take it back to Star Chevrolet where I should have left it in the first place. So if your in the market for a new or used vehicle I would not recommend Mossy of Picayune. This will be the second second time weve been burnt by them. And the worse part of all of this they did this to a purple heart veteran. Shame on you Mossy.

I have had nothing short of excellent service the Service Department at Mossy of Picayune. Many times they have been able to do an oil change, tire rotation, and a wash with little to no notice always in less than 45 min. I will continually to use them as long as I have my truck!

4 hour wait is completely unacceptable for an oil change. Absolutely LOVE my car and Mossy....but everytime its a 4 hour or more wait time..... I literally dread coming for a oil chane.....EVERYONE was complaining about the wait. We can go to Dannys for a oil change and we are in and out in 8 minutes. Please do something about this. Was the same with our other car....

The staff helped with reservations and answered my dumb questions without judgment or sarcasm. I often have good service from the staff but this was the best experience. I informed them that I was preparing for my trip and they checked everything for me. My vehicle was cleaned and detailed which was extremely helpful and took that burden of me. Thank God. Monday I took my truck I purchase from mossy to get a battery replaced. Everything was good, until I was on my way home to Bogalusa. My truck all of sudden came to complete stop, and turned off in the middle of the road! Had to call service to come for me, minding you it was every dark and cold! Coming to find out who ever worked on my truck did not connect the battery right and did not screw nothing back together. Everything was loose. I’m so upset because this could of caused a bad accident if I had a truck behind me. Service needs to be more careful. Me and my family have always used mossy for our truck purchases and service. I really hate to give you guys a bad review but I don’t no one else to have to go through this. Please be careful!!

On 4/12/21 I brought my 2020 chevrolet silverado that I purchased from mossy in to service for a noise from the front end while driving that can always be heard it is not intermittent. I dropped it of at 5pm with Pat and never got an update the following day until I contacted Pat at 4pm. He then tried to tell me that they couldnt hear the noise because it was raining which was a lie because it didnt start raining until later that day. Then when I told him it wasnt raining all day he tried to tell me they couldnt hear it before then either. When I arrived to pick up my truck I asked if it was even put on a lift and he told me no they never put it on a lift. The only reason I was able to even drop my truck off is because Curtis went and told them I needed a loaner because I had made many attempts prior to this to drop my truck off and Chelsea and Pat both blew me off and never contacted me. The prior time I had my truck in there for an alignment and a radio reprogram it sat in the same place in the service drive for 2 days because pat said noone had time to do it or get to it. All they did was walk up program the radio and then leave it sitting and didnt even have any concern about getting it done. This service department is a joke and I will never purchase another vehicle from mossy and I will never return to the service department for anything else and will not recommend anyone to this dealership.

Paid close to $900 for dealership Auto Butler. This was the second time that the job was poorly done. There was bugs and tar still on vehicle. This procedure takes a while to perform so waiting around is not an option. To return to find out that there was no care to go over the vehicle and visually inspect it by the technician applying the application is an insult to me. Pride in his or her workmanship should be a requirement and the lack of should be addressed by management.This issue was brought to the attention of the body shop manager both times. His excuse the first time was that the person who did the job was a new employee and he apologized. The second time he offered no excuse but wanted to take it back and have it corrected. Again that takes time and I was not able to wait around for it to be corrected.However I did get written approval to have my number of treatments extended for 2 additional applications by the body shop manager, I still feel this should be made aware of by the dealership management.
