I had one greatest purchase experience here at Nissan Picayune, it was more than two-hour drive but definitely worth it! All staff members I communicated are nice, cheerful and very professional. No pressure or hassle at all, instead had a little fun and laugh too! I strongly recommend to everyone ;-)

Best car buying experience ever! I really can’t say enough about how smoothly my day went after walking in to this dealership. I was approached with big smiles from Laura and I knew right away I was in the right place. My salesman Jason was super informative and not pushy at all. A huge plus for me! I took it to see what kind of repair I needed because of the check engine light that came on. I was told it would need a new transmission and the cost was more than the car was worth. So I thought I’d get another car but there wasn’t a car there that would meet my needs for the money I was willing to spend.

Nissan of Picayune is a good location to find a great vehicle. We purchased a Rogue SL in the beginning of 2019.My less than 5 star review has to do with Nissan Corporate. A few days ago we were going home, there was no rain, no one was around us on the interstate. All of a sudden POW! It shook us enough to pull over. Upon inspection we discovered that our panoramic sunroof had exploded! The shattered glass that remained was literally pointing upwards. Nissan Corporate turned down my call for help. Afterwards, I discovered that exploding sunroofs are a real occurrence.I am disappointed that Nissan Corporate just shut us off, knowing there have been previous instances of exploding sunroofs. Would not even look into it. Now I am stuck with the expense of an obvious defect. Sorry you guys, I really dont like negative reviews. I am just that frustrated.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Have purchased several vehicles from here this will be my last one. Partly my fault because I shouldn’t have allowed myself to be rushed. Said several times will think on it overnight. Word of Advice take your time and don’t be pressured… cause even offering an huge down payment to upgrade want be allowed

I’m always waiting for a minimum of 2 hours.. and the last time I got almost my entire list of red fixed. When I got back for another oil change, I had a list of some of the same stuff plus others.. feels like Nissan is just trying to make some money. But they always do great with my oil change and tire rotation.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing a car at Nissan of Picayune. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The lady who showed me the car was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question I had about the features of the car and how they worked. The gentleman who sold me the car was very straight forward with me and wasnt pushy and didnt pressure me. The finance guy was also very easy to work with and not pushy. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt want to. I felt like they were really interested in making sure that I was happy with my purchase and knew that I could depend on them for anything I needed. I would definitely 100% recommend them to friends and family. I will be returning to them for any servicing, even though it is a little bit of a drive from where I live. Also, if I am in the area when the time comes to purchase a new car I will be returning to them.

Not even 2 months of having the vehicle I noticed an oil leak took it in and found out it had two and also two recalls so it gets fixed or so they say after 2 days of having it back getting on the freeway it was misfiring the check engine light was flashing so while driving I called the dealership I got it repaired at they told me to bring it in only to tell me 1 of my spark plugs is bad that it needs a tune up! Well when I brought it to them it was driving perfectly fine other than the oil leak I paid 402 now they want 350 for a tuneup. They gave me the wrong warranty paperwork going back and forth with the dealership about the repairs still no word.UpdateSorry a few days lateYes that is correct, We got in touch with the right person at Nissan and he took very good care of me and fixed my vehicle issue, The service at Nissan service center was great!! Wish I could have went to them in the first place.

No high-pressure sales hype. Non-intrusive, just enough contact by phone to tell me the cost and that the model I wanted was on the lot. Delivered to my home (Im recovering from a spinal injury so this was appreciated), the vehicle was spotless inside and out. I am also thankful not to have to scrape the MSRP sticker off the window.

I initially thought they were okay to deal with but have learned after wasting much time, that they care more about numbers than taking care of their customers. They will only sell to you if you use their finance companies, because with lots inventory we have to use then to keep from hurting our numbers. Turning away cash customers is not a good practice.

The young lady who helped us was fantastic. But unfortunately this dealership will push their in house financing even though you already have your financing and cut check for your own bank. Then they will try haggle you with some discount and offer another discount for being a college graduate which should bring you down a certain price but then they find another way to bump you back up like the auto butler 600 to get u back up to their sale price. Pushing products you dont even want and you Express that. They only want it business as long u conform to what they want. Not the way to run a business. Ill go back to nissan in gulfport before Im willing to deal with these guys. I gave them a chance to work with me but they dont want this check I guess.

The customer service here is beyond what I expected. Alex went out of his way to correct the wrong of another dealership that I originally purchased the truck from (petro Nissan, Stay far away from that place) when he had no obligation to do so. That said all I needed to know. Everyone was helpful and actually showed that they care about Nissan customers as a whole. Next time, I’ll be purchasing from this dealership when the time comes.

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish with my car buying process at Nissan of Picayune. I started with a pre-approval online, and worked with DeeDee and Nick. Then came to the dealership to make a deal, and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service I received. Nick, Cody and Scott worked so hard to get me a great deal in a brand new Nissan. Sam did such a great job at explaining all the features in my new Rogue, and even bluetoothed my phone for me before I left. These people were just genuinely nice people, and I’m so thankful I chose to do business with this dealership.

We came to Nissan of Picayune to look for a Nissan Rogue after my Sport was sadly totalled out. Our sales consultant was Charissa Galaforo. She was extremely nice and let us look at three different vehicles before ultimately deciding on a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The finance department was great as well with allowing us to get a low interest rate for our new car! I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!!

My experience here was good until I found out the finance manager lied to me about the autobutler program. I didnt want the autobutler but he insisted that he could not take it off then he continued to lie by telling me that when I schedule the autobutler that nissan would provide me with a vehicle to use for the 3 to 5 hours that it takes for autobutler but when I called to schedule the appointment the associate told me they dont give vehicles for autobutler customers. I contacted the customer service a week and a half ago and no one has reached out to me yet.(In response to the owner, I have the voice-mails from Chris, he did not mention that they would provide me with a vehicle in the voice-mails. I appreciate your response, I will be emailing yall about this.)

Best car buying experience ever! From the moment my daughter and I walked in the door we were greeted in a friendly manner and were introduced to Charissa & Kaitlyn and they were with us through the entire car buying experience. We did not feel pressured and when we looked at quite a few cars Kaitlyn showed no signs of aggravation... in fact she seemed genuinely happy that we were happy. She helped my daughter find her first car! Charissa was extremely happy to talk to us to gather all the info to see what I was comfortable with paying. She asked questions instead of tying to pressure me into anything. After everything was gathered we spoke to Pat and we went over all of the numbers, extended warranties and gap. He even called the bank on our behalf. Everyone at the dealership was all smiles.... even ones that were working with other families. I cant brag enough on yall! We traveled from Slidell to see yall and I know 100% we made the right decision.

It was a fast, easy, and great experience. Darian was an excellent salesman. She knew everything about the car I was purchasing and did not wait for me to ask questions. When I did ask questions she knew the answer to them. Charissa was very knowledgeable as well with the finance side, sale prices, and rebates. The used car manager was also very polite and helpful with getting me the best trade value for my vehicle and the new car manager was a pleasure to work with in getting me the best price and working with me through my vpp service. It was nice going to a dealership and not feeling like a whole day was wasted. I did most of the work while on my lunch break!

We had the most respectful, compassionate, technician who went above and beyond to help us with our servicing needs on our transmission. This transmission had been giving us problems since right after we bought the car . We had brought it in on several occasions but no code could be found. We were informed of a more up to date machine for them to check it with. So Awesome Alex called and said that it could be either the valve cover body, or the transmission. The difference was either $1000.00, or $ 3600.00, rough estimate. Awesome Alex said he liked to let the customer know ahead of time what we were looking at. In the meantime Mr. Pat contacted Nissan to see if they could honor this under our warranty and they would do a 50/50 goodwill offer but Nissan had to make the call on which way it needed to be repaired. It wound up being the valve cover body replacement. I wont lie I was disappointed, due to the fact that we had brought it in on different occasions and was told they couldnt find anything while the warranty was still good, and we had to rent a car for the time it was being serviced, but at the same time Im very thankful and appreciative for The technician Awesome Alex, and Mr.Pat for all their help and compassion along with Nissan for giving us a 50/50 good will offer. It was $400.00 plus my rental $400.00 thats with gas replacement too. Needless to say, I am very thankful it went the way it did because it couldve cost $4000.00 easily if Nissan didnt offer the goodwill to us. Thank you so much. Plus it has a warranty on the new parts too. Thats why I have given Alex the nickname Awesome Alex!

I am recasting my first initial review. I had went in and was getting a car, everyone was very nice, I did have a hiccup, and was quit ticked off, which was something that with a lil bit more communication between everyone, it can be fixed. After my initial upset I did go back and speak with the salesman, manager and they both and all assured me they were all upset cause of the situation that happened and then proceeded to want to make it up to us. And that they did. They did everything to help me get into a vehicle that I was happy with. And to be honest, even though I liked the first car, I am happier with the one I got. I can honestly say, its not how they started but how they finished. And, In the end they were more concerned about my customer satisfaction, and for that I am thankful.I did learn something, Never stress on things you cant control, cause in the end, what is meant to be, will be. Last minute decision to have my vehicle serviced and when I called Sara was extremely helpful and professional. She was willing to help me if I needed a ride somewhere while waiting.
