Terrible place to buy a car. They will break down not long after you buy them. They have a terrible name around town as ripping people off.

Horrible and shady looking. The lot was jam packed with vehicles. Could not hardly get in to look. Drove almost 2 hours for nothing... for a false advertised vehicle...We drove 2 hours to find that the ad didnt say that the heat and air didnt work in the vehicle we wanted to look at. The man on the phone we talked to twice could have mentioned something- some information but didnt offer. Left out that little detail. The ad also didnt say that the window had to held up by a string and that there was supposed to be a third row. Yeah there was a third row but second row seating was missing. The car seemed to run ok, but ws a wasted trip that they could have had the decency to tell us some detail before we got there. Real gas waster.....the only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the man that talked to us outside there about the vehicle was pretty friendly. And thats me really searching for something nice to say.

Bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 from pearl river wholesale and man I couldn’t be more happier! The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I have put thousands of miles on my truck since I purchased it from them driving to college and back and never had an issue. If you are looking for a quality, dependable, and great deal on a vehicle I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership!

I spent several days talking with who I assume to be the owner about two vehicles. I got approved for one with a decent down payment and the other had a larger down payment because of the price, which I understood. I got there and decided on the less expensive vehiclebecause of the way it felt (no jumps or weird knocking when putting it into gear) and we started the paperwork. I was told I was good to go soon and I asked for the monthly payment amount, WHICH I HAD TO ASK FOR because he wasnt talking to me during the whole thing (I had averaged it to be about $150 to $200) ... No, he said $300. I was putting $1,500 down on a $5,000 vehicle (down payment, taxes, registration, etc.) And it was $300 for a USED car that costs a little over 5k?!?!? No. They were trying to scam me and didnt think I would see through it. And to top it all off I didnt even get to test drive the vehicle before the paperwork was started (which I assumed would happen beforehand). They were so ready to get the money that they didnt even care about what I wanted or needed. Alost, THEY REFUSED TO HOW ME A CARFAX. They came up with some shifty excuse about how they cant finance a car if the carfax is bad, but refused to show me any information about the car. Im getting the same car from a larger dealership, slightly more expensive because the interior is actually nice, its a newer model, has less mileage, and im paying $200 a month, paid off in 60 months, with the same deposit. I wouldnt take anything from this dealership if they were giving it away for free. ✋🏻

Jessica from Pearl River Wholesale was absolutely AMAZING! She texted me on a Friday to tell me I was approved and on Tuesday I drove off the lot. The process was easy and quick. So far, the vehicle is in good condition and drives great. Will update if that changes, but Im hoping not!Thank you so much for all your help!

I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 from Pearl River Wholesale almost 4 years ago. I still have my car and Ive had no issues with it at all. Im very happy with the car I bought from them and I do highly recommend buying from them. Very lovely people. Very honest. I will be recommending people to buy here for used cars.

Would not purchase any vehicle from here. Cars come straight from an auction to the front line without proper inspection to be sold to the public. The vehicle I was interested in wouldnt make it back home if I had purchased it.

This is truly negative stars.... totally dishonest about a vehicle we drove 2 hours to see. Smelled like moth balls and totally ripped up in the inside.I wouldnt buy a skateboard from this place.UPDATE: This place commented on my review with more lies. NO, we were NOT told the door panel was missing. We were told the interior was in mint condition. Oh! And they attempted to cover the smoke smell with moth balls. Even your help that was washing cars agreed he smelled mothballs...it was nauseating. AND.. . The contact person who agreed to meet us was a NO SHOW! Pearl River Wholesale, honesty is the best policy. Never again!

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!! I had called them about a vehicle and they said I had to come see it in person. On my way to the dealership I had a question and happened to call and they say someone bought the vehicle before I made it there. This was all within 2 hours of them opening the lot and Im an hour away. Even if ... what they say is true someone should have given me a call. This is the ONLY!!! Dealership/wholesaler/Lot or whatever you want to call it I know of that DOES NOT ask for any personal info and now I understand why. I thought that was a good thing at the time now I see it as a HUGE RED FLAG.

Bought a truck from them by the time I got it home to louisiana it wouldnt turn on. The next week the transmission went out. Sign said all vehicles have a warranty but it just so happens the vehicle I buy doesnt? They offered me to look at it but how am I supposed to get the truck there when the transmission is out?

I have nothing negative to say I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from the lot about 6 months ago still have the car runs great everything work so I recently brought a 2016 Ford Focus looks great no check engine lights both cars run great I appreciate mr Rama for all his services so thank you

Dosent even deserve a star, they posted a jeep I was going to look at, got the approval and everything over the phone turns out the jeep wasnt going to be ready for quite some time. So why post a vehicle for sale that isnt for sale yet???? Then while I was there wanted to look at a titan the owner says ohh you dont want that one so, if your intrested in your time being wasted and lousy and lazy staff this is the place for ya!

Prices arent horrible but they they aint good either. The owners not good with customer service. They dont stand by their vehicles and sales, this is not a place to buy a vehicle for your child going away to college! Its ok if you stand firm on your negotiation and dont expect much from them other than a vehicle thatll crank up.

These people are straight lying crooks. I bought a 2002 vehicle from them. The black salesman that said he was the owner said the vehicle had no problems. I kept the windows up on the test drive to make sure the ac worked. After I bought it, the first time I had my window down at a drive thru it sounded like the wheels were falling off. It needed ball joints, upper arms, stabilizer bars. It costed 900 dollars to repair. The guy said he was also a mechanic. There is no way he didn’t know about the problems when he sold it to me. He’s either the worst mechanic ever or a liar. I say he’s both.I called them to return the vehicle and he said “ he pal it’s on you, you bought it with no warranty. You should have known better “DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Customer service here is appalling. We called to inquire about a truck they had for sale & told them we would be driving from THREE OR FOUR STATES AWAY to BUY this truck, total cash in hand, & could be there the next day. Not look at it, BUY. Weve been looking for this specific truck for TEN years! Most dealerships will hold for you for a fee, or we were even willing to pay in full with a debit/credit card if that wouldve held it for us!!! But no, they obviously didnt care. We were dying for this truck, willing to drive from states away through the night so we could be there when they opened this morning, but they would not work with us. Every car we have ever bought the sellers have been real kind & helpful & willing to work with us, but not here...we are heartbroken & have to continue the search all over again!

I went to take a look at a truck that was posted on their website.I was extremely disappointed. There was a huge whole in the middle of the dash board and the truck was in much worse condition than the pictures showed.

I bought a car from this place in October of 2014, and I have had nothing but trouble ever since: one breakdown after another, huge repair costs. Ive spent as much or more fixing this car as I originally spent for the car. I just watched it being towed away AGAIN....I have no words for my lack of regard for this car dealer...I tried not to give it a star at all. Google wouldnt let me post without at least one, though stars are meant to show positiveness that I sincerely DO NOT FEEL...

DO NOT BUY** Traveled 16hrs to look at an “immaculate truck” 06 Duramax. Truck was falling apart, sent me pictures of a completely different truck interior was destroyed, screws all in the door panels and both back windows fell down while test driving it. He even told me that’s the best truck they had, hate to see what the other ones looked like. please stay clear, I learned the hard so you dont

The air doesnt work,the windows dont work,most every truck the dash is cracked up! All of the vehicles SUCK!

Bought a 2013 Dodge truck that has been NOTHING BUT TROUBLE since we bought it in February of this year. Was not told nothing about it but can’t wait to get your money! I am a disabled person with cancer, have a trach and feeding tube in me and they disregarded me and my wife as we were Trash! These people sleep at night because they have no conscious! Sad that business can advertise like they do to get people to come to them only to get Ripped off! There should be a law against them and they should not be allowed to be in business. They care about no one. We have been broke down for two weeks now and i have to borrow my brothers car to get around to dr.’s appt.’s tests and whatever else that I may needmedically. I will not recommend this place to no one! Glad y’all can sleep at night because me and my wife can’t but then again we have consciouses to sleep at night because we care about people more than this business does. We have no money to get it fixed. Hope y’all are happy screwing people over! I have close to 3,000 dollars in this piece of junk. If it wasn’t for that I would let get repoed and finish destroying my credit. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!!!

Truck broke down soon as I bought it I put 3000 in it to get it halfway drivable so owed something like 1500 on it they had a tow company pick it up all my tools in it now cant work thanks guys....as many people as I sent there.......... crooks

The picture of the truck we bought was very misleading and when we took the truck home little by little we were seeing problem after problem and we are going to have to rebuild the motor.. Very dissatisfied with how the truck was represented will never go there to shop again.

Vehicles do not look like the pics on the internet. Vehicles smell of mold and mildew. Also personal sitting outback but no one helped us.
