I’ve worked with many different staples printing and marketing locations in the past and have always had wonderful service. After quite a few trips to this location I can say I’ve only ever had one good experience. I’d recommend skipping the headache and going to Royersford or Exton.

I needed spanish for dummys for a friend of mine,first place i thought of was staples,Ive been here many times,allways very satisfied with the outcomes,,,tonight was no different.Had no idea weather or not staples carried that line of books,Jane was the first associate i encountered so i asked,do u have the line of books for dummys?,no,,we dont carry that line,,but we do HAVE on clearance spanish to English dictionarysvery friendly and helpfull,,also professional with how i was handled,again very satisfied. Thank u Jane for being so kind,.I WILL BE BACK AGAIN.DANNY...

Extremely poor customer service. In front of the store is a large sign that says cell phone battery replacement. Brought in an old iPhone 6+ to have the battery replaced and was told the person who does this isn’t in today but will be in on Friday. Came back on Friday was given the same exact response. Called Saturday and was given an appointment time of 4:30 PM Sunday for the replacement. I arrived at the agreed time and again told person who performs this task isn’t working today. I called Cell Phone Doc in KOP and battery was replaced in 10 minutes. Remove the sign or be honest if you can’t replace a specific phone battery. Lost a customer for future office furniture.

I had a great experience with at this store today. I was in need of something and didnt have time to come back for it. I worked directly with the manager, Joe. He was able to get me what I need without coming back again. I have used this store before for shipping and printing and have always had good customer service.

0 stars for Print Dept, 5 stars for everyone else there.Print Dept: These guys tried to charge me 12× as much as the UPS Store for the same job, and they complained the whole time about how busy they were, how they didnt want to fill certain orders, and how bad their jobs were! The UPS workers said they get many customers daily from Staples because the Staples Print employees seem to make up super high prices in the hopes that customers will just go away. Also, Staples wanted THREE DAYS to print 30 sheets of paper, whereas UPS apologized that it might take them 10 minutes.Employees in the rest of the store are friendly and helpful.

Products are wonderful. My family comes for anything. Customer service is wonderful as well.

Stopped by to pick up some office supplies. Got some great deals. Staff SUPER helpful and offered excellent customer service.

I was immediately greeted by Rick when I entered the building. Rick was extremely helpful and friendly. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. It is people like him that will keep me as a customer for life. Rick is knowledgeable, personable and great at explaining things.

Worst store!!!!!! Took 30 mins to go into the back and look for a mouse. The girl who does the UPS stuff is also very rude!!! Never again will I go in this store. Hire quality people who know how to service customers!

Staples is very expensive to repair cell phones. I got my iphone screen replaced at Staples and then realized it was alot less to get it repaired across the street at Cell Phone Repair. Stales charged me $180 and it was only $120 across the street.

Awesome service. I got hit with a $9.38 rush charge when I didnt specify I could wait for the print order. The manager refunded the charge when she realized I misunderstood the policy. I work on the road and have come to rely on Staples for all my print needs!
