Powill has been the best company I have worked for (3 years and counting, second time working here). If you ask for help, they provide you with the tools you need and steer you in the right direction. As a mom and pop facility they are aware to the importance of family and are incredibly understanding when anything happens regarding your own. I truly feel that the effort you put in here is well what you get in return. Their benefits are good and paid vacation is earned after a year of being with the company. 1st shift is 5:30am-2:00pm which puts out of rush hour congestion both in the morning and afternoon. Communication is a two way street here, if you arent approached by someone on something you think shouldve been approached by, you need to speak up and not just complain about it or let it boil to yourself.

Powill Manufacturing and engineering is one of the most supportive employee focused companies Ive ever worked for. The foreman Kevin Wolfe is very helpful when it comes to guiding his machinists. Safty equipment is provided and overall each employee is knowledgeable in his or her specific position. The flow of production is very focused and efficient. I would definitely recommend Powill to any qualified person who is looking for a fulfilled career.
