Beware, terrible service and crooks! They told us that our hydraulic valve would be $50 to inspect and then they would call us to let us know what it looked like and that the $50 would go towards the repairs. They also told us it would only take 1/2 and hour to an hour to repair. We decided to have them check it out, after several days and us calling them they finally told me Friday morning that our valve was the next to be worked on and they would call. I waited all day and called them after not hearing anything from them. They then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be around $400 - $500. I told them that I would just buy a new one for under $150. The man at that point got short with me and said fine, you can just have it back in pieces. I could have just left it with them and not paid a dime but I sent my son to pick up the part. When he returned he told me that they charged $100! Im fine with paying the agreed inspection charge of $50 but to be charged $100 and have it returned in pieces, thats the worst mechanic move ever to pay someone to fix something and just get it back in pieces. If I take it apart I know how it goes back together, anyway that doesnt matter as I wont be using it anyway but the point is that they were not honest, didnt communicate when they told me they would call after inspection and then rude when I didnt want to spend so much to have it fixed. This company has horrible service and very dishonest! What a joke, dont use them! Its much cheaper to buy a new replacement on the internet than to waste so much time and money on these dishonest jokers!!

I just got off the phone with Kennedy Hydraulics, and Ive got to say theyve taken rude and offensive to another level. Im dumbfounded that theyve been in business for as long as they have. I asked for a quote for a new Rexroth AA6VM160 hydraulic motor and the guy tells me hes not interested in being involved due to the fact our drilling business is in Mexico. I said that if we could get a quote and decide we would like to order from them, that we would pay 100% up front. He said, not interested. He then said,, Ive got some other calls to tend to, and he hung up. As a business owner, if I ever heard an employee speak to a customer, or a potential customer, the way the guy at Kennedy spoke to me...itd be his last day on the job. I have no patience for rudeness. In business, keeping your head above water is tough enough without treating your potential customers as unwanted calls. I imagine Kennedy has scared off potential customers for years, and after reading their reviews, I see theres a pattern of abusive charges, overpriced service and offensive treatment. I certainly dont wish anything bad for Kennedy...I just hope they get what they deserve. Good, bad or otherwise. My recommendation: if you want to be treated as a valued customer, go anywhere but Kennedy Hydraulics.

Horrible service from this business. Had them reseal a motor, was told it was tested prior to repair leading to the diagnosis of needing resealed. Brought them another motor, asked to have tested. They claim theyve never tested a component prior to repairs. At this point the old man is cursing. So they lie! And have a temper. Took motor to Empire Hydraulics and they do test components before repairing and they were over $100 cheaper for the same reseal. So Kennedy is a rip off as well! Stear clear folks.

Extremely unsatisfied & upset customer! I call for a quote and told I need to bring in my parts for a quote. I drive over 60 miles and leave parts there. I get a call later that repairs will cost over $530 with taxes & only a 30 day warranty. Ridiculously high! At that price I can get a new one. I told the employee not to proceed with repairs as I will not be using their services after all! I arrive there to pick up my parts and told I owe them $200! What? They did no repairs, to top it off I look at my parts and now more broken parts then before I dropped them off. Snap ring bent, and much more damage to parts. They are the professionals but yet cause more damage. Now I have to pay more $$$ to repair what they now broke. I told the sales guy you all are nothing but a rip off! Then the sales guy literally dropped my cylinder and other parts onto concrete! I was recommended this company by Hughes Towing. I strongly recommend not to go to them unless you want to get ripped off.

Terrible, took cylinder in to have rebuilt. They called the next day and said we cut cylinder apart and it couldnt be rebuilt and that this one is in pieces, but we can build you a complete new one for $1700.00 when I first dropped it off it was just $130.00 to rebuild.
