Such a clean and friendly location! The staff was helpful and the interior/exterior was aesthetically pleasing. They had a great selection of toys and media. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a adult store! Definitely check it out!

First time in this store today while I was out running errands, and am highly impressed! Much better than other stores Ive been into here in the valley. Its very clean inside and the selection is the best Ive seen, prices are pretty fair for the products. I prefer in store shopping over online shopping anyways. Dana was super helpful and friendly with me during my visit and during checkout. A++++ This will be our new go-to store for all things fun in the future!

I have a closer castle location near my house but, I have been shopping at this location for several years. The store is always clean and they usually have a great selection of products. The ladies who work at this store are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and make it easy to ask some of those possible embarrassing questions. They are always checking with the customers to see if they can be of any assistance. I say ladies because I have never seen a male working when I was there. If you and the partner or you solo want to go find some erotic toys or outfits in a comfortable environment this is the store. I had never talked with either of the ladies working but, they were very informative and helpful as usual. I recommend castle because they have a large variety, employees are knowledgeable about products and their stores are clean. The young lady who helped me today was very nice and polite she offered me help without making me feel uncomfortable. 👍

My husband and I were looking to purchase some safe products that would make “sexy time” a little more comfortable for me being 8mo pregnant and the staff were very helpful in recommending tools and also had a much more natural variety of lubricant products than a local Walmart. Especially since we like to make sure we’re using skin/body safe elements, it was nice to have advice on things that help us to better be closer to each other!

Salespersons were checking in with all the customers to answer questions and assist each person. Very friendly, made experience very enjoyable. We joined the customer club and will be back again. It has great selection for every item you may be looking for. Also has a great section for party items.

We live in Gilbert.So we must drive past a few competitors to get to you.It has been a year or 2 since I stopped in.Your location has been there for decades.It is clean and bright.The selection is far superior.I dont like to buy these types of items via internet.I like to handle things to feel comfortable in making a purchase.My wife was comparing online prices and they were close.I hope you are able to continue to keep that location open.

The young lady that helped me was pleasant. HOWEVER, upon selling me on giving my email/phone information, she assured me that I would only receive communications once in a while (unlike your competitor). The very next morning, I received a welcome email (no problem). I then received another at 8am… followed by a third email at 9:05. Can you say irritation? And unsubscribe?

Fantastic store with an amazing staff who were available to answer all sorts of questions, and make great recommendations. The store was clean and not intimidating, with so many fun products!

The staff were helpful (and sexy) and very knowledgeable on ALL of their products. And the other thing i love about the Castle? Its right here, in town! I dont have to to wait to get anything shipped to me. They have a huge variety of items. And you better believe ill be shopping their again, soon!

--- Rude employee --Me and my partner recently got engaged and as a gift received the KY yours and mine lube. I know from pervious experience that I’m allergic to this product and thus wanted to exchange it for something else. The product is unopened and completely sealed in the original packaging. We took the KY lube into the Washington St location to exchange it for something else. The lady helping us said she couldn’t do anything without a receipt. I asked if it could be looked up by a phone number since it was my mom who got us this as a gift. The lady helping us was reluctant; but, ended up looking it up by my mom’s phone number and confirmed the purchase. She then told it was past the 30 days. It was past the 30 days by 1 week. Me and partner have been out of the state for the holidays and we didn’t have time to go into the store to exchange it earlier. I asked the lady helping us if there was anything she could do to help us out. She said No and was rather rude about it as well. She continued to say that at least we have some nice lube despite me telling her earlier that I’m allergic to it. We ended up leaving the store with a lube that I can’t use and all we wanted to do was trade in for something else that we could enjoy.It was a bad experience not only because we couldn’t exchange the product but because of how unhelpful and rude the employee was.That your business eslewhere!

Awful experience with my SO as we were both wrongfully accused of attempting to steal merchandise. We were casually browsing and taking time to decide on some products and suddenly we were asked to empty our pockets and purse which contained nothing but our original belongings. As we tried to shake it off we were verbally harassed and thrown verbal warnings and passive aggressive threats from the staff. I was then told my card would be charged for the things I didn’t steal. I don’t plan to return to this establishment or chain in the future as it was a highly negative interaction for us both.

Very small selection. As with the other location, neither of the 2 employees standing by the door greeted me as I and two other customers walked in and only started talking to me to tell me the underwear i wasnt paying attention to was on sale. After clarifying that the ones I WAS looking at were part of that same sale I was already shopping I asked for additional sizes of which there are none. Five different panties I looked at were all sized small, so within the limited selection there arent even many sizes available. Im giving up on the skirt I wanted AND shopping at Castle altogether because it seems like poor customer service is part of their business model.On another note, I stopped into my local Fascinations and while they had a small selection as well, the employee let me know that one of their locations carried tons of apparel and as I was leaving she even stopped me to give me coupons in case I drove to the other one.

We just left this location and the customer service was awful. Its our wedding anniversary next weekend and we were prepared to drop a lot of cash but not after not even being greeted. We were there for good 30 minutes and had picked out some items, but still not even a word from the employees. Then I was pretty loud about wanting to know which product was best and still no help. There were other ppl in the store and they were not being helped either. So I put the products we had back it the right spot and left. I am a GM in retail and I always help my customers even when Im crazy busy which these people were not. So I will take my cash somewhere else.

Was in this store thirty minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. The cashier with the white hair stayed on her cell phone the entire time. Another customer entered and the other person, not the one in the phone, assisted him. He seemed to be a regular and was the only other patron. I guess they didnt care about my money. Products I get at home in my state were three times the cost here. I left and went to a another store called fascination Google recommended which was more expensive than this place but at least they had customer service and cared about your needs.
