This 5-star review is for my experience today and for my recent experience of ordering online with Lane Bryant during the pandemic. I had to return a bra today that I ordered online and I had the good fortune of being waited on by Virginia. She was so helpful, friendly and comfortable to work with. She also made me aware of an excellent deal on bras that I took advantage of. Lane Bryant definitely has the best bras for women who are well endowed. They give good support, they are very pretty and they can be very sexy depending on what style you choose. I have been buying my bras at Lane Bryant for probably 20 years now. I am not always crazy about the styles of clothing at Lane Bryant. I also think the clothes are pretty expensive. Being a store for bigger women you think they would embrace styles that accentuate or create the look of a waistline and that the clothing would minimize the heavy boxy look. But for some reason their clothes are very square-shaped. Not very complimentary. However, as I said, my five star review speaks to the experience I had today and that Ive had ordering online during the pandemic I am very pleased with the products and the service I received today.

This location is great. Always pretty well stocked and very friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is that some of the fabrics are disgusting, so there are some great looking items, but the fabric is crushable or feels awful. But they carry everything here and if they don’t have your size, they’ll look into it for you to try make sure you can buy what you need.

Went in for the first time today and asked if it was possible to get measurements for my correct bra size. The lady working the floor said yes and then disappeared. Couldn’t get anyone to assist me. I’ll chalk it up to it being a weekend and perhaps a little busy. I’ll try somewhere else.

Ive struggled so long to find clothing that not only fits my body type, but is still fashionable and comfortable. So glad I finally chose to check out this store. Plus this location has wonderful employees who really go above and beyond to help their customers. Tessa is such a great associate, she took the time to help my find exactly what I was looking for and even helped me find more than I had come in for. What a wonderful team they have here. If i could give them all 10 stars I would.

I really used to love this place but their styles have really become very cheap and no longer work with my more professional life. Fabrics are cheap and patterns and colors atrocious. Personnel are very helpful and friendly and I wish for that reason there would be something to draw me back. I have ordered a few random items online and the return process is not user friendly at all.

I arrived at the location in Tustin 4 minutes before closing on a Wednesday evening. When I attempted to open the door I discovered the doors were locked. The staff turned around to look my way, and then continued with their closing responsibilities. I was simply there to pick up an online order I had placed. Looks like I need to rethink where I shop. I wish I could skip out on helping people where I work a few minutes early to ensure I get out of work on time.

I was very cautious about shopping here but went over last night after talking by phone with Bridgette. She met me with a smile and asked me about what I was looking for. She was very understanding and helpful. Her coworker was also very informative with helping me pick out the right articles. Thank you both for a great experience. And me? I was a guy looking for bra,panties and nylons for my own use. The ladies were top notch professionals. Ill be back to shop here.

Rude staff. I dont know how they choose which customers are worth helping, but no one offered to help me and my daughter but they sure did run and help the ladies that came in after us. I was going to spend more money but they were so rude that I didnt want to.
