Caleb was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, really knows his work like a true expert, and he was both patient and professional. I had never visited this location as its a bit farther from my home than another one, but I will definitely drive a little more for great assistance like his! Store was clean, well laid out, easy to navigate. Prices are a bit steep, but thats the industry (not the store). I will definitely be back!

I walked in for a product I havent used in over a decade (a harness). Technology has changed a bit since then. Caleb could apparently sense my moderate confusion & walked over to answer all the questions I had before I even had a chance to ask them. He was knowledgeable & I felt that he genuinely cared about my good time. I spent way more money than I intended & Im so happy I did.

The associate was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to direct me to the product that better fit what I was looking for.

I hesitated to leave a review because of the store, but tbh we all enjoy adult times.The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Its very judgment free.They do try to up-sell a lot, but I think thats a corporate thing.

The gentleman that was there was very helpful. He knew his stuff. He sold a vibrator to a young lady and her sister. For her first one she felt so comfortable talking about it with him. As a person who works in customer service he gave outstanding service. I will be coming back

This place is awesome. It has so many products and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you go in ask for Caleb, he’ll definitely help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I wish I lived in the area so we could shop here regularly.

Everything in here except stuff you don’t want is overpriced. You can easily find better and cheaper alternatives online which the guy in there tends to discourage and recommends the products with the highest price tags. I bought a $90 plug that no longer worked in a matter of weeks. They have the exact same ones on Amazon for $35.

The people here are always friendly and very helpful. If you have questions or need suggestions they will be there, if not then they’ll mind their own business and leave you alone. The only downside I would say is that sometimes it feels like they’re watching you to closely because of people who steal. Also, they don’t allow you to bring in big purses. Be prepared to show your ID when walking in.

Caleb you was awesome. Not only was he on point with the stuff they carry but he excused himself from helping me to make sure a female customer got to her car after a weird interaction with a homeless guy. Great salesman but also a gentleman and scholar!

Better selections than the other stores, more of everything to choose from. Caleb is pleasant and professional, he lets you know that he is available to answer any questions you may have but politely gives you room to browse comfortably. A fun store!

Horrible service. Walked in and was greeted right away, but as we were looking, there was an item I was interested in- the box was already opened, so my boyfriend lifted the lid and the associate told us not to open the boxes, they’re sealed for a reason. We advised her the box was already opened. She said no it wasn’t. #1- the box was already unsealed, #2- I’m not going to lie about wether I unsealed a box or not, #3- you just lost a sale because you straight up called me a liar, #4- get into another line of business because you clearly do not know how to handle people and castle just lost customers and sales because of your neglect.

Incredibly helpful in finding products that fit what my boyfriend and I were looking for on multiple occasions. I can’t remember his name off the top my head but I believe he is the store manager, he is extremely knowledgeable of the products he is helping sell. 10/10 would recommend.

I had gone to three previous stores, no one had what I was looking for. This store was called and had the item I was looking for. Last one left, of course and it was a drive. The employees where great. They held the item for me until I arrived. I previously had a similar item, the employee took the time to explain the new differences and care instructions. I will shop again.

I’m a crossdresser and was dressed when I walked into the store on camelback and central in downtown Phoenix. I purchased some hosiery and looked around. The staff asked if I needed help with anything. Upon checking out the male staff was friendly and got me on my way. Shopping experience had no frills but I was met with nice and friendly courteous staff.

I don’t like to be followed or waited for outside as if I’m going to steal something, that’s how I was treated and it’s all on tape. I’ve spent over $500 at the Tacoma store, and I was treated there proper, even before I purchased anything and I’ve gone back several times and still treated as a normal customer. I won’t be going back to that store in scorching Phoenix.

I was a little nervous about going here after some of the reviews I read (creepy, pushy salespeople, etc) but it was absolutely great! After a friendly welcome, I was asked if I needed help finding anything and after saying no, I was left alone to browse. When I did finally have a question, I was provided great service. Never felt any pressure. Thank you!

Took the bus and walked all the way here to get some lube and they wouldn’t let me come in with a backpack and a target shopping bag. I offered to set the bags near them and they stated there are no bags allowed in the store. The purpose of the policy to my understanding is to prevent theft and I offered to place the bags near you with you watching them and that still wasn’t enough. I don’t have a vehicle to put my stuff in and i don’t feel my stuff is safe sitting outside the store. Really crumby business policies against people who decide not to own a vehicle.

The store was a very nice store the clerk there was very helpful and it intensive she kind of showed me what I wanted to look at and and different options that they have it was very well organized and clean I did go over to kind of look at some more of the clothing Im a pretty big girl and couldnt find a corset like that would fit me too bad too cuz I probably would have bought it but they have some really nice stuff and its very well organized and theyre very friendly there and theyll take care of you right thank you very much

This is THE WORST castle store in town. I was here June 4th at 8:20 pm and the two people working here tonight were not welcoming at all and made my wife feel so uncomfortable the entire time. These people should not be working here if THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

Good staff, very knowledgeable and certainly know how to upsell. One problem I had was when I got home, one of my items had a security tag clipped to the fabric inside the box (which explains why the theft alert went off as I was walking out) so I had to go to YouTube to find out how to remove it.

Chased out of the store because I had a backpack. I was going to leave it at the counter like Ive done at Fascinations. At Castle Black canyon and in Deer Valley. Theres 50,000 bicycle riders and many more motorcycle riders in Phoenix that might be a little kinky that might also disagree with the store policy. Walmart tried to do it as well. Theres no ARS code and I havent done anything wrong. But...you can bring a purse cant you? Thats gender bias as well.

Been there a few times. Staff is really wierd. Pushy and the products are overpriced. They hover over you. Last night I went in with my girlfriend and we were followed by some young guy who obviously was following a used car sales script. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he is doing what he is told by supervisors and corporate. Fascinations is so much better. They are nicer and not pushy.
