This place is literally the worst they robbed me out of my money twice I made two separate orders online and to do curbside pick up and each time they told me that my money didn’t go through even though I called my bank and they confirmed it went through. I haven’t been able to receive any of the products I tried to buy and I haven’t received any refund And I wouldn’t even be having to order another product if the product I bought a couple months ago didnt break after only one use, it completely malfunction and didn’t even work after I bought it. This place will rip you off don’t even bother coming here or ordering online because the sales associates Literally don’t know what they’re doing and act like they are dumb whenever you asked a question. none of them can tell me where my money went and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this place.

Since I happened to be in Phoenix the other day, I decided to stop in to get something to take the edge off when my wife isnt around. I wasnt exactly sure what I should get.The Sales Associate was amazing! I forgot her name, Sarah? Susan? Sandra? Sally? Anyway, shes a very sweet gal that wears glasses & her name starts with an S. She showed me various items for males and explained them to me. I told her I felt like a weirdo and she said should I think about it this way, the other guests are here for essentially the same reason and the employees are here to help us get the right item(s) for whatever needs we have. So once I started looking at it like that, I eased up a bit. I purchased something for myself and something for my wife, and she suggested I grab warming lube, so itll feel more realistic, toy cleaner and a renewing powder to keep it from degrading faster. I got the lube and the powder. I also got some massage oils & and packets stimulation creams for both me and my wife. I can say I am very satisfied with my purchases and the service I received was phenomenal! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I live in Scottsdale, but for good service, the drive is worth it!

I came in with a friend last nigjt to do some shopping and lookin around. I didnt appreciate my friend had to leave her backpack at counter. I also didnt appreciate being followed around by employees. I prefer to do my intimate shopping with my friend and not the store employees. I dont steal and dont appreciate being treated like I would. Future tip. Dont follow people. It makes them feel like a criminal and uncomfortable. Some arent open to intrusion wen shopping for things like this.

This store has a vast variety of items. The cashier named Will was very helpful. Will was also very friendly and showed us different products we did not know about. Thank you Will. Well it been maybe a year since I went to this location and was very surprised to see it had been remodeled nicely. The staff was great and knowledgeable like always. Nice to see that they had security guard also as the neighborhood has been overrun with the homeless people, but that made it feel safer to be there so not having to worry about my truck while inside shopping. Found everything I was looking for which is always a plus.All and all Castle is still the best store in town!

Wonderful selection, and its great to see things in person to make sure you know what youre buying. Associates always seem to know what theyre talking about and can interact with you as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

Well without fail yet again castle megastore has left me leaving the store with nothing but a smile on my face and a comfortable feeling in my belly. I have never once entered that store and left feeling disappointed. But every single time I have gone to the store and left it has been nothing but the opposite I have never left that store anything but happy the employees working at each store I have visited and I’ve been nothing short of helpful casual but most of all deserve to be in a category of their own when it comes to making a client or in this case a customer feel comfortable with any and all purchases from my experience I can assure you if one of their employees there is unsure of a product that quickly find counsel with another coworker of theirs and returned to me with nothing but a satisfactory answer to any question I may have had. There have been many adult stores I have visited in my life as an adult, none of them can even come close to the diverse inventory of the adult mega stores nor has any even held a flame to what I have experienced as customer service and what I believe it should and shall always be in my eyes done correctly anyways I can preach about it all day but until one goes in there and finds out for themselves how spectacular of a store and the great employees of the franchise or chain of stores however it is they will never actually appreciate the wonder that I have come to knowThat is Castle adult in Megastore. When I first walked in love the fact that I was immediately greeted and acknowledged, store smelled really nice and very clean, not cluttered. There was a very nice energy in the store on N Black Canyon Hwy.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, she went out her way to help me. I was so nervous and shy but she made me feel very comfortable afterwards...special thanks to her. I forgot to ask her name but however I remembered she said she started working here about a month ago...great asset to this company. Thank you again for making me feel special and at ease.

I love this location of Castle. It’s always clean and well organized. I can easily find what I am looking for. But let’s talk about the employees. The girl who checked my husband and I out was phenomenal without being overbearing. I’m a hard upsell but she managed to give me helpful information on products and got me to buy additional items that I had had my eye on. Best store in Phoenix and only location of Castle in this area that I will frequent.

Always friendly, always helpful! Ive been coming to this store for about twenty three years and I love the way they keep up with the technology and trends. Most of all though we appreciated the smiling faces that remembered us and greeted us happily!

I enjoyed customer service cashiers not sure what to call them. Anyway my boyfriend and I started talking to them and they were a hoot. Usually I am shy not today! It was fun.

I’ve been here before but never had an issue before. The 2 females working in the store barely looked up at me when I walked in. Not even a hello or welcome in. The security guard was staring at me while shopping in lingerie and it was uncomfortable. When checking out, the female at register was more focused on doing other tasks then offering help. Overall poor service.

Sales rep gave good advice on a product I was interested in. Really enjoyed the gel.

From the time we entered the store till the time we left we were hounded by a worker. It was worse then being at a car lot. The employee couldnt understand or get or hints to hey can you give us some space and let us browse. The impression i got was they must get a lot of theft and think everyone is gonna steal from them. Usually I order most of my adult items online, but this is the store I do all my in person shopping at only down side is they tend to be in the pricey side.

I will never return to this location I’m not sure if your employees just judge everyone but not only did they not Id me after walking in (part of the job) your employees starred at me for several minutes watching where I went and what I did they felt the need to ask to take my bag because it was “kind of large and empty”. Mind you I have an average size purse not a duffle bag just an over the shoulder medium size bag. Your employees did not make me feel welcomed they didn’t make me feel like I had a right to just walk into the store and aimlessly look around. So except to be judged and receive poor customer service if you’re a minority and carry a purse.Just go to a fascinations they’re always so nice!

Instead of greeting my husband and I with a welcome, the young female abruptly approached us and asked me to leave my “bag” (medium size, zipped up and shouldered purse) in my car or she would take it and store it at the register. 1st mistake and I’m not handing a stranger my purse. Went out to my vehicle, where someone was at this point LEANING AGAINST THE DRIVER’S SIDE DOOR. Strike two!Felt super secure *sarcasm* about this choice... tried not to judge the place by its location but everything about our experience was sketchy at best. Would NOT recommend.

I went to the store today 05/26 and even though it says open on the website and on their marquee in big letters, all the door were closed with metal rolling doors. No way to get in. I spent my money in another location.

I have been here before with my ex-husband. I went today with my best friend....we had fun. The young lady who waited on us knew her product and acted in the most professional manner until we made her laugh! She was cool. We were out the door when we noticed the parking lot had customers waiting...not for the mega store. The oldest profession in the world set up shop in a space out back! Only in Phoenix.

I am not sure what type of hypocrisy or government ran Castle’s for lovers this is, but I have never been asked to leave my purse with the store clerk while I shopped, as a grown adult. This is crazy and feels like discrimination And the rude response we were given once questioning the validity of this rule actually applying to the general public or just the ones they discriminate against? But this is unacceptable. Maybe you should have your stores in better neighborhoods and you wouldn’t have to insult your long term paying customers.

So, I completely understand why most items in this store are non refundable. No one wants used toys or panties. Seasonal, clearance come on thats retail 101. However, I came to you with an opened tarot deck. For your clerk to not even check the merchandise or offer any solution beside NO is unacceptable. One more tip on your customer service. It is also totally unacceptable to answer the phone, walk away from, (ANY customer that is physically in your store) to tell the person on the phone about something you didnt have in stock.This seasoned marketing professional with 10 plus years in customer service cautions its your repeat customers that keep you in business and you certainly did not earn my repeat. Ive never been to your store or any Castle before on that note.

First time coming in here, I admit, a little nervous, it was my first time in, the outside but the staff there was helpful, not pushy or trying to pile up stuff in my arms. I asked a few questions on some stuff. There DVD selection was great, nicely organized. Crystal was very helpful to me, she was very knowledgeable at her job and was very polite. Definitely will be going back to get some more stuff!

Horrible customer service. I purchased hosiery, as well as some expensive toys and clothes, at a different Castle nearby, but my husband informed me he just ordered me a bunch online. I went to return the hose at this Castle near my house, less than one hour later. They stated since this was a “boxed” item, they refused to accept the return ONE HOUR AFTER PURCHASE, despite obviously being brand new, packages in perfect shape. I returned the items to the first Castle, no problems. I will never return to this location.

Terrible. I went in here to buy something for my significant other... The store clerk apparently was in a rush so she quickly checked my item and scooted me out the door.. upon returning the next day after finding out that the item was not working I found out that there was a no return policy... And not only that but theres a no exchange policy. The only reason I could think of a company doing that is they know theyre selling faulty equipment... Do not trust this place!!

Never coming back again. I have been coming to this location for years without problems but tonight I was so surprised by one of the workers so much so that after being there for five minutes we left. We were checking out the clothes and this woman comes up and says that they have more plus sizes in the back area. Because yes I am a big girl, I do wear plus size but it just came off so wrong. Its one thing if I were to ask for plus size but based on her just looking at me and automatically saying okay this girl is big so she should be looking in the plus size section. And then she just watched us from the counter. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

I went there this evening with my boyfriend and 3 steps into the door an employee yells from the counter “let me see your ID’s” while helping another customer. She continues making smart a$$ remarks because it took me a minute to pull out me ID because I didn’t expect to get carded after being a customer here for a while! I got frustrated so I handed my ID to my boyfriend to give to her and she tells him “thank you for actually walking up here to bring it to me” and gives me a dirty look . I blew this all off because I wasn’t going to stoop to her level and as we walk away because she hands him back our IDs SHE YELLS AT ME AND MY BOYFRIEND ACROSS THE STORE SAYING “CALM DOWN YOU WERE BORN IN 99’!!” This was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with an employee in my entire life. I am disrespected as ever and I will never go back here she should be fired I can’t believe castle would hire people like that. I never said 1 word to her and we walked straight out after she yelled that because it was humiliating and I refuse to be treated like that especially by an employee. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Decent selection but one of the store attendants demanded that she hold on to our items rather than let us walk around the store with them. She was rude and disingenous. I understand they want to prevent theft but my wife and I were still in the process of shopping when she literally took the items out of my hand. Instead of spending 200 dollars at their store we just left. The service is intrusive and rude.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.. bought lingerie that was cute but bought tights to go with it which they would not let me return or refund me for even though they don’t stay on what so ever.
