I loved coming into fascinations. The experience is so much better when you go into a store and talk to the workers and they give you their opinions. I had the pleasure of speaking to Aubrey today, and she was so patient with me answering all my questions, and giving me all sorts of ideas in the bedroom, even though she had so many customers to help out.

It was a nice store for sure. Good selection and great staff other than one of the Male managers. He had a fowl mouth and was very disrespectful to say the least. Makes me wonder what kind of hiring slump they must be in to have this guy as a manager. I just felt very uncomfortable and even dare I say creeped out a little by him. All in all, great store, would recommend. Five stars in every aspect except him.

Im not sure what star to give when all of the staff is helpful but the one guy Jake who says hes the manager ruins my impression of the whole place. yes the selection of toys is great and well organized so that its easy to find, but the way we heard him talking to A couple other workers and even a customer was unprofessional and in appropriate my wife wanted to ask if he had a supervisor she could speak too, but we just decided to leave without buying anything. She might to reach out to his superior, ( honestly his attitude cant be good for the business) but for now well just leave a review. my advice to anybody wanting to shop there is wait for a time when the male guyus not working. Its a great store any other time
