Our ice cream was melted! The manager says their air conditioner is broken and has been for days. She said theyre working in 86° and for ice cream that is not acceptable. Also that is employee abuse! I ordered 2 small blizzards and one mini. The smalls were a mini and my mini was a sample cup! Did you do that because your ice cream immediately melts? Fix your store!!

My one year old daughter is teething 😭 and I went to get her ice cream the guy was very nice and even tried to cheer her up,I got a blizzard and soft-serve it was good

My Orange Julius was horrible. I never spending money here again.

I love this place! Fairly quick service. Always very friendly drive thru service. Always accurate, never got my order wrong yet. You cant beat the $6 meal that even includes a sundae!

I just placed a cake order (following up after placing it online last night). For the third time I did not get the young lady name!! I want to say she was creative and helpful, providing guidance in deciding and I am grateful.

They know me and my family there. On 1 occasion they did misunderstand what was said but were quick to fix it and very nice about it. I do recommend it if youre craving something sweet/ice cream

They brought back the popcorn shrimp and it is delicious. _9 something for a basket with drink. The place is small and kind of warm inside. Employees seem to lack customer service skills.

I was really disappointed when I got home. And found that my order was wrong. I called and I was told that they were sorry. I could return it for another one but I was already home and there was pretty far.

False advertising! Great pictures on the menu that grabbed our attention...They have the chocolate cake shake in a big picture on the menu... And the lady said they dont have it yet. So my wife asked for the summer berry cake and also have it in a big delicious picture on the menu...they dont sell those yet...wth...😞

So as usual I always get a misty float (cherry). My whole life whenever I get my float the ice cream always 75% and my slush is 25%. This time it was 85% slush and 15% ice cream. At the end it didnt came out good. And the sad part, they wouldnt help me and they just ignored me.

I always visit the Dairy Queen in my Wal-Mart located on 51st ave. I love their banana split Blizzard. Always perfect always delicious 😋
