Very bad costumer service, they never have anything when I go. They manager has a very bad attitude, walking in the phone cameras make it feel very uncomfortable

Great ice cream. No labels on flavor of ice creams. Got lost finding the place. The store is behind the McDonalds, next to the barber shop. 1635 is the store number. Affordable place for a drink or snack or sweets. There is a water and ice place around the corner. The lady that served me can barely speak English making it difficult to order if if you dont speak Spanish. So ordered using pointing fingers at what I wanted. I would definitely come back. There are some great options I would like to try next time. Today was just a drink and ice cream cone day. The ice cream was $1.85 and the soda can was .85 cents, total was $3.05 for ice cream, soda, tax, and non-cash adjustment. (.12 cents for non-cash adjustment) Forgot to add: You wont see there name outside the store. They only have a couple signs outside, one of which says Thrifty. However, their employees wear a shirt that says their name of the store.

I love this place, everyone is always super nice and friendly. They have the usual snack from raspados, to mangos and tosti locos. And also thrifty ice cream 😋

Worst customer service, I went on a Sunday, so it could be the you g lady didn’t want to be there, however she could have made an effort to answer questions regarding the menu, specifically because I mentioned it was my first time going. Never going again and also i recommend going across to Bahama Bucks instead!

Best strawberry pina colada and coconut raspados in Phoenix ! The small is perfect amount and they make them perfect. My husband and I love it. Great service.

This is a fabulous little place to go for a delicious treat. I love the fresh fruit raspados and my daughter worships the cotton candy ice cream.

Wow! Super nice owner! I had an Obispo with vanilla ice cream and lots of coconut. So delicious! I highly recommend you visit and purchase some yummy goodness!

Taste like it should. My total for a Tostislocos and a corn in a cup was 11.86 I enjoyed my antojitos :)

It is a new place but it was very dirty..the floor covered with the garbage. The tables, etc., the ladies talked among themselves and did not pay attention to what I asked of them ... I remember that the ones in the center were delicious and very assorted ... today it was very small portions
