They install a injector and month later injector fell they have me go to the shop for warranty, expended all day at the end of the day they told that caterpillar doesn’t want to replace a new injectorThis people are thiefs!

I have all the documents Empire sent with an estimate of the repairs. It seems you guys were just guessing what was wrong with the truck and had me spend around $7,000 and I had to take the truck home by towing, with a flat tire, and a death battery.The last estimate you sent it stated the fuel pump had to be replace BUT- when it was sent to be tested it came back good you wanted me to change the other 3 injectors knowing they came back good you guys were just jumping around the truck having me spend all this money. I dont agree with the service I received and will for sure be taking Empire to court.

Worst experience ever. We called for road side service and talked to Jessica, she told us someone will come in 2 hours and she will update me or driver if it will take longer, I called them back and another dispatch told me that no one coming and unfortunately no one will come to fix your truck today. If you have another option - defiantly take another service, they are very unprofessional. Everything dispatch told me - Im apologize for that. 1 star

Is where you go to give a lot of money for very little in return.

These guys are busy, make no mistake about that. That said, they are great to work with and try their hardest to take care of you and treat you like a customer should be treated. The shop rate isnt cheap but quality and service cost money. Thank you Empire!

Very busy cat dealer but they got me in quickly and took care of the problem at a very very reasonable rate. They did help me out in other ways and went above and beyond. Highly recommend if you need work done excellent service......

AWESOME Group of people! My Rig Master APU was failing and only took 6 weeks to find someone to look at it. But glad it came here. They went Above and beyond to take care of us. Especially Jessica and Eric. Now my APU is running better and smoother than ever. Thanks Empire Should be 10 Stars!!
