Bought lazy susan set, was missing an unusual screw, they said home depot or ace hardware would have, made the trip, neither place had it. Clydes said they would mail it, meantime, found out 4 other screws were missing, the ones that hold the door.They said they would send me another set of screws.I received the package of screws, but the licensed, 25 years experienced cabinet contractor i had hired said the set should have contained a template, it did not. He called Clydes who said they would look into it but failed to ever call back. The contractor had to do measuring, readjustment and it took over an hour of what he said it should have taken due to the missing template.Being a professional, the contractor honored his original quote price.Clydes was very unprofessional in not returning the call and promptly addressing the missing template.If this product did not come with one, I should have been told at time of purchase.I do not recommend or will I ever do business with this company.

Clyde hardware is that old school, traditional service type of hardware supplier. If you want quality parts or fixtures, you have got to try this shop. They carry plumbing fixtures, cabinet and door hardware and more!

I needed new hardware for a drawer. The man said he had a lot of experience and gave me stuff that did not work. I wish he had taken more time to look at my drawer. Poor patience and not a place friendly to customers who do not know all they do!

I love this place they always have what you need and the staff are total experts. Has been in reconstruction and restoration for a lot of years and this is the one place you can count on to get what you need when you have something odd ball or that you dont know about or understand. The guys will help you find what you need and they never seem to be wrong.

I needed to match a very specific hinge. I couldnt find it at the big box stores or online. The Clyde rep knew what I needed right away, had it in stock, and sold it to me in under ten minutes. I am so pleased!

They were very helpful and polite, even though they knew they didnt carry the brand we needed and would not be their customers.They took the time in person and over the phone (after we misplaced the contact info) to get us for another company that does carry our brand of cabinet hinges. I even called before 8am and they answered and gave me all the contact info anew. Great to have had such an experience with a company.

Beautiful Showroom, very nice people..Helped me through selections, walked us around, great attitude. However, they have not followed through for us not at any level. No return calls, no quote almost a month later and two visit. I cant get them to sell me something, super odd. Biggest complaint is the limit hours of operation. They do not really tailor to consumer direct.Update 9/10 : Michael at Clydes Hardware ended up helping me to complete a purchase and he has been very helpful. The the wait time on the order turned out to be over 60 days. No one called me when all my products arrived, I just happened to stop in.

Phone call after recommendation: I need to find door hardware to fit (parameters A, B, C....) Oh yes, we can help you, but it is advisable you make an appointment. OK make me an appointment....I described my exact needs down to the sixteenth of an inch. I was told Oh yes, we can find you exactly what you need. My wife and I drove nearly 30 miles for this appointment. what did we get? We got to stand at the front counter while our expert pulled put the same catalogs you can find at Lowes, Home Depot, and on line. Then we were told, for all practical purposes, we cant replace what you want replaced, you will have to modify... This is what I pointed out when I was told to make an appointment with the Expert!Further, our Expert was so busy telling a contractor how much he owed and had to pay for before he could get his material and how Mr. X (wont discuss names here) has been looking for him to tell him how much he owes that she couldnt keep track of our conversation! I am sure this contractor really wanted me to know his financial business!This had to be the most unprofessional business dealing I have had experienced/witnessed! They could call me tomorrow and tell me they have exactly what I need and I would not buy a lollipop from these people! Having dealt with contractors and suppliers for nearly 45 years, this was definitely the most worthless unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered!

Very poor customer services. They transferred my phone call to another department with out asking or telling me they were going to do so. This company does not cater to the retail market with operating hours of 9-4 M-F. Last I checked the rest of the working population works 8-5.Ill take my money elsewhere.
