I love harbor freight. I would say about 90% of the time I can find what Im looking for. And so far I may have only been disappointed with one product. Everything else has put up the abuse that I put it through, and has done the job. The staff there is always helpful and has always been able to answer my questions. Theyre courteous and conscientious and I appreciate that. My only knock on harbor freight is that there are certain tools that they just dont carry, or that theyre constantly out of a particularly popular item.

Everyone says they have throw away tools. They actually have different tiers of tools. If you want a tool to use one time buy the cheap one. If you want it to last buy the better grade tool i have had my complete set of tools from there for over 15 years. I am a professional handyman so I use them. I had one socket break from there socket set after 10years of use. I got there$ 8.00. 41/2 die grinder it lasted one month of heavy use and it burnt up. I then bought there good die grinder and it has lasted 9years and still works great. I got there best impact driver and I like it better than the expensive Hilti ones we use at work. I bring my Bauer impact to work because it is more comfortable and it seems to be stronger and easier to control the torque . So in my opinion harbor freight tools is the best. You get what you pay for but at least you have a choice between the different tools.

All the employees at this location were very friendly. Every employee had a smile on their face and the questions I had were answered thoroughly and easily. And when I had to return an item, it was a breeze. They didnt make me feel bad in any way when returning a product that didnt work for me...the process was quick & painless, the way it should be. And my receipt was nearly washed out due to the heat, but the cashier didnt complain at all- God bless her.

Its a good place if you need something real quick for a job, but you sacrifice some quality.

Inexpensive tools for light/ medium work. Get the warranty to exchange them. Battery product brands usually change types get discontinued.

Seems like ever time I go in this location. I ask for something pretty simple and common item that goes with another Orem they sell but nope only sell one half of what I need. Like tonight for instance. I went in to get some hand truck wheels, youd think since they seek the wheels. They would sell the lock washer or whatever the little ring that wedges into wheel post to hold the wheel on. Nope dont sell those separately, not even a suggestion of something they sell that would work. Just instant shut down without even trying to exhaust all possibilities they could sell that would work for the time being until I could get to hardware store to get proper wheelbase washer thingy. Then on top of everything they sold me a flat wheel. Man Im about to give up on these guys. Time before I walked in with a pressure washer sprayer nozzle thing and instantly started Sorry we dont sell any parts for that here. Instant turn down like they dont want me to spend my hard earned money there or something. Yup Im calling it on harbor frieght this migraine is not needed. There are plenty of other businesses that would be glad to accept me and my green cash. I guess all thats left to be said is so long, good bye, if tough to see you go but there you are shirnking in my review mirror. I mean something spectacular would have to happen for me to want to go back into another Harbour freight tools.

I suppose this Harbor Freight is good for the low prices but you have to know exactly what you want. They have no knowledge of the equipment and dont listen when you describe what you need. I needed diamond polishing pads and the parts to attach them to a drill to use for polishing petrified wood. They didnt carry the pads or were out of stock. One employee kept keying off the diamond part and showed me small parts that would fit on a drill not an adapter which I knew I needed from a YouTube video. They did not understand what I wanted or what I was trying to do. The employees were not rude but not notably friendly or cheerful and not helpful at all. No one asked me if I needed help even though employees walked by me. I had to ask for help. Dont go here unless you know exactly what you need because the employees are not knowledgeable. I found what I needed on Amazon but I really wanted to work on my project this weekend.

I wondered how their tools were so cheap. I was thinking they might just be cheap Chinese junk, however, the associate said that they make their own tools. Interesting. I guess since since they already have a distribution channel, they can make them cheap and still be profitable.Good prices. Clean store. Good stuff

Id always wanted to stop by. I had the opportunity a week or so ago when my son needed tools for work. We went in with a lost of 3 common items and they had NONE of them. Even worse, when we asked about the items thinking we had overlooked them, the person working the department didnt even know what we were talking about. My first and last trip to Harbor Freight.

Fast check out and cheap prices. Got gloves at another location and they literally lasted 2 hours before they got a hole so got some new ones and glasses to try out.The picture of the glasses were the ones I got at the last location and for $1.29 they definitely lasted and I got my money out of them.

We stopped in because we hadnt in a while. Found tarps we use as artists. The selection of sizes was beyond extreme. Pricing was high though, for the small size we buy for a dollar at the dollar stores. When we need larger sizes well be sure to buy here.

I like to wonder and look at everything they have so much that I want there. The staff usually watch me like Im going to steal something but whatever. And you would think after going in there every Friday and spendings hundreds they wouldnt do that anymore.

As the only female in the store, I found the staff extremely helpful n available to answer questions without being condensending or intimidating

Very helpful staff. Came in about 12 minutes before they closed. Asked a gentleman where I could find four items. He told me right where they were and even after just looking around I was still done and out more than five minutes before they closed! Love the rewards program too!

Harbor freight is a really good place to buy stuff if you dont have a lot of money but everything you buy nowadays they guarantee it I mean its 30 days so if the stuff works for 90 days youre good cuz I bought stuff that Ive had for years now used to their tools werent so good but now they have really good tools and the people are really nice and they help you out all they can its a great place to shop when youre poor but they have good stuff like I said

Decent priced tools and a wide variety. This is a place where you get for what you pay but good thing is you can bring back the tools that break of unusable for up to 90 days.

Bell Rd location is much more friendly and has plenty of stock.

I asked questions about a charger for a battery but the guy did not know anything about it then tried to fake it. I had a awesome experience Saturday evening, 11/21/2020.I was shopping around for a tech tool cart and after stopping at two other locations discovered that their inventory count was not accurate and did not have the exact color I was looking for.I called 35th Avenue and Bethany location from 10 miles away which was approximately a 20 minute drive. I told them that I was in route and I would be there in a few minutes. They were able to do a stock check confirmed that they have 2 in stock and reminded me that they were closing in 20 minutes.I arrived with them telling me that they were closing in 4 minutes as I came in through the door. To my surprise they had the cart up front at the cash register!I was very impressed with the team at that store that evening. On a Saturday night everybodys tired and wants to go home and shut down their stores.This team took it upon themselves to have that cart ready helping me as a shopper not waste any time. They didnt know for sure if I was going to show up, they could have easily wasted their time and had to roll that cart back to the shelf if I would have not been able to make it before closing. I sure hope that that team on that evening can continue to provide that great customer service that I experienced that evening. This harbor freight has a security guard which makes me feel uneasy shopping here, do they really need a guard? What kinda of people shop at this location, that warrants a security guard. Anyways like the other harbor freights: great selection of tools at lowest prices in town. Just wish theyd open more than one register at a time, stood in line for a good 20 minutes before another employee opened up another register.

Cheap one time use tool store. Most of the items I get get thrown in the recycle bin. They work most of the time.
